This auction is for an antique 1920's art deco ceiling light chandelier that is fully functional and ready for installation and use. It consists of 2 parts of thick frosted glass. The upper is clear and the lower shade is light green with a beautiful art deco pattern. The lower part has glass tabs that insert into the slots of the upper part and rests on little ledges when turned 1/4 turn, as designed. The escutcheon plate and bulb holder are made of brass and the total height is approx. 17" This classy and opulent vestibule light appears just lightly used and in very good condition. There is a chip in one of the ledges of the clear round part and the square green part rests securely on the other 3 ledges with no problems and it is guaranteed to be a solid connection as it is and this minor detail cannot be seen when in use. Circa 1920-1930, but please make up your own mind about this. The light measures approx 10 inches(250mm) tall by 5 inches(125mm) in diameter. It is modeled as an inverted flame. Mounted in a painted brass holder, and is in good condition with no chips or cracks to the glass. The bulb holder is a standard UK bayonet clip type. It is in good original condition with very light wear consistent with its great age. But no damage or repairs. This is a fine example of its type and it would make a beautiful decorative piece. The glass shade measures 10" in diameter and other than a couple of small nicks on the top rim. Has no chips or cracks. The fixture hangs about 11" measuring from ceiling to finial. The white glaze looks super, with only a few small flea bites. The fixture takes 2 standard base bulbs and no max wattage is noted on the fixture. This is a hard-wired fixture and I've not been able to test it. It appears to have all original cloth insulated wiring. In good condition. R eplacing the electrical is at the descretion of the buyer. Molded glass and has a mostly frosted surface(with some clear polished elements in it) The center bowl is adorned with a strict geometrical flower pattern. The canopy is made out of solid bronze, the three chains are made out of solid brass. The chains have been renewed recently. The chandelier is equipped with three bulb sockets, so the center bowl becomes equally illuminated. The chandelier was most likely made by Degue, although it isn't signed, it has a model-number on the rim(no. 599) what is very typical for many Degue productions. Marvelous Art Deco Painted luster glass ceiling light fixture. The fixture has been cleaned and upper chain rewired. The mounting hardware is included and ready for use. The antique painted pressed glass stem compliments the shade. The glass shade is in very good condition with raised unpainted patterns wich allow the light through. The shade is not clear glass it has a luster finish to it. The fixture has brass and uranium type glass finial which will glow under a black light. A glass pattern and brass washer complement the shade. This hanging fixture would come down around 25 inches on the current chain. The gold painted chain can be shortened if needed. The center column is pressed glass with six new hand-cut Czech crystal prisms. Pair Vintage Art Deco Hanging Ceiling Light Fixture Chandelier Cased Glass Shade
These are a matching Pair of Antique Hanging Lights or Chandeliers with matching cased glass orange shades. They are in very good condition. There is some paint on the ceiling mounts that need to be cleaned off. There are no chips or cracks to the shades but there is a spot that has been ground down on the rim around the fitter on one shade. It is hardly noticeable and undetected when put into the ring. The shades are cased with orange and white faded colors on the outside and white on the inside. The shades are 4"long x 5"wide. The light hangs down 18" to the socket and 24" to the bottom of the shade.

When lit the thick 3D clear glass pattern in the shade just comes alive with a Beautiful lighting display. The flush mount fixture is just as Beautiful with a pattern glass ribbed center stem with dangling crystal prisms. When lit this will have you a AWE! they way the light filters through the clear glass and the prisms reflecting ... moreoff the wall. It is a BEAUTY! It measures 11" down from the ceiling not measuring the finial/hanging crystal. The shade measures near 13" in diameter. In Excellant vintage condition. The only flaw I seen upon close inspection is there are small chips? on inside top rim(pictured) This is not seen at all when hanging in place but wanted to mention for accuracy. Up for Auction: Beautiful 1930's old Art Deco Ceiling Light Fixture. Chandelier. White Frosted glass shade with clear designed rim, with Original Beautiful detailed Sparkling STEM. In very good condition with no cracks or breaks. Minor wear on the ridges of the Frosted shade. This light is exactly as we took it down from the ceiling, with original wiring, so it will need to be rewired. Vintage 1930s Art Deco Glass Ceiling Light Fixture Chandelier Satin Crystal 16"
Description: This beautiful chandelier has a large. Thick glass shade measuring 16-1/2 inches wide. The shade is frosted on the inside and textured on the outside with a raised pattern. Part of the bottom of the shade is also frosted, and the rest clear. Beautiful! The clear glass center column has eight new hand-cut Czech crystal prisms. All of the glass is in fantastic condition with no chips or cracks. There is one shallow flake on the inside of one of the top scallops of the shade. This is not noticeable. The last photo shows a close-up. There are also some light scratches on the bottom clear section. These can be seen if you look closely at the close-up picture of the bottom, but they are not obvious when the fixture is hung. The steel ceiling canopy is new.
