We can see a predominant Art Nouveau theme with Louis XVI elements. It originally had a central gas lamp and two additional lamps at each end. The gas lamps are now converted to hold electric bulbs. This is a counterweighted lamp: the center section can be extended/retracted with a chain and pulley system. This system works as it should except the chains could be longer. The bronzework on this chandelier is excellent. With high quality construction and nicely done details. It is nicely patinated to a medium bronze color and we did not attempt any restoration or polishing. The wiring and sockets are old and in poor condition and must be replaced before use. Antique Vintage Light Fixture Gas And Electric Hanging Fixture No Shades
Here is a great old gas/electric combo fixture. And all of the gas plumbing appears to be intact. The finish is worn over the entire piece, all components except for the gas plumbing are brass. The gas valves move freely, though there is no wiring at the moment. One of the sockets is frozen, so the pull chain doesn't move. A complete rewire is needed anyway, so all of the issues can be addressed at that time. There are no shades included. And there are 2 fitter screws that are missing. The fitter size is 2 1/4" for the electric, and 1 1/2" for the gas shades. The finial appears to be a replacement(see pics) There is a nipple at the end for mounting/gas connect. Rare Ornate Antique Cast Iron Gas Town City Street Light Lamp Post Bracket
Here is a great RARE antique cast iron gas street light bracket. It may also have been mounted to the side of a building. Either way it is very unique and rare. It measures a total of about 19" from top to bottom and 7" in diameter across the top. The bottom rod that sticks out is about 5" long. Overall it is great shape. It obviously needs cleaned up. The top removable round"disc" is slightly bent and will need straightening. I am not sure how the other two"discs" fit on. They may be the base and trim piece for a pole. Up for auction is an antique gas light double arm fixture recently found at auction in the Syracuse. NY area. It is found in good to very good used condition. It is quite heavy and ornate in form. VICTORIAN 1800s ANTIQUE CHANDELIER RESTORED BRASS GAS LIGHT ETCH GLASS SHADES
This chandelier is a beauty! Formerly a gas light. It is fully restored and electric addes. The only imperfection is a slight chip on one of the etched shades as shown in the close up picture. You will also note that the edges of the shades vary slightly even though they appear to be just alike. The chandelier measures approximately 31 1/2" tall by 32 inches wide. Local pickup would be the best scenario but will work with the buyer if shipping is necessary. This is a very old chandelier and the glass shades are original.

I have a matching fixture listed separately. The sockets do not fit normal bulbs they are foreign possibly French. Easy to swap out for ones that accept normal bulbs or possibly there is an adapter that can just screw in. The milk glass shades look great and have no chips or cracks. The fixture with the shades is 20 wide and 34 from the ceiling to the bottom. the shade fitters are 2 1/4.

Antique Victorian Gas/Electric Brass Wall Sconce~Acorn Pull Chain~Hubbel~Flowers
Beautiful little sconce. And has a very unique acorn finial on the pull chain. The set screws on the pierced top fitter are pretty little flowers, and all three are present. It was in use in our 1891 home until just recently when we opened up a wall to the reading nook it was in to make a master bath. I suspect it was there from when the house was wired to replace the gas lights. Our town. Bellefonte, was the second town to be electrified after Edison's home town! The sconce is wired and ready to go. But please an electrician or knowledgeable person double check the wiring to your satisfaction since it is not a new piece. The wiring is cloth covered, but doesn't look original, so may have been rewired more recently. The piece is marked 250V Hubbel 250W on the socket. And Pat Applied For on the arm. Antique Brass Gas Wall Sconce Roses Art Nouveau Lamp Candlestick Holder
Up for sale is an Antique Solid Brass Gas Wall Sconce features a rose design. Looks like a bouquet of roses. There are 2 tubes that lead to the large open roses, which thread onto the tubes. The front features a hole where a knob would be mounted to control the flames. There are a total of 2 gas burners, it could be used as candlestick holders or even be converted to make a really nice wall accent lamp. It is approximately 21"T x about 12 1/2"W, and total it stands approximately 4" from the wall, so I would say 4" deep. This is a really intricate and realistic casting, note the detail work on the closed buds and on the leaves. This is a very quality piece, and very solid and heavy, it weighs almost 6 lbs. Ornate Flowers & Leaves~Antique Victorian Etched Glass~Gas Lamp/Light Shade~4" F
Unusual antique etched light shade with all over ornate floral. Leaf and vine pattern. Detailed acid etching. This Victorian era shade most likely dates to the 1870s to 1890s. About 3-3/4" tall. 4" fitter, and just about 7-5/8" wide at the top. In lovely condition for its age. It has a little slight roughness around the fitter, but no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. One area on the inside has some tiny texture bumps, almost like hairspray got on it. It is part of the glass, and not visible, but thought I'd mention it. It will be carefully packaged for shipping. We were told that it came out of a mansion that was being torn down. There are no cracks or any other damage. It is a light Amber color with Rose Floral etching. Brass cutoff valves are all in working order(opening& closing) and are soldered onto gas supply tubing. Connecting end to main gas supply line from house has a female threaded coupler. All three pieces have different gas injector nozzles as seen in attached pictures but cutoff nozzles are all the same. It appears as if someone added newer holding fixtures for the globes at some point. Otherwise all pieces appear to be original to time period. this is a rare exquisite antique victorian bronze wall mount candle holder sconce. It was once a gas sconce and could still be concerted back. But was turned into this wonderful candle holder and very high quality. it has exquisite ornate detailing and holds 2 candles. it is made from thick heavy bronze and has a wonderful patina from age. it is highly embossed with beautiful scroll work. And foliage patterns. it measures 12 1/2 x 11 inches and sits 7 1/2 inches from the wall. it is in good shape and can be wired with electricity also if desired. it has new hardware in the back but does not take away from the piece. i believe the middle arm knob is the on/ off gas hook up. very rare victorian sconce.
