There is also signs of rust on the thumb screws as well as the chain which would need to be cleaned up. It looks as if someone had started to restore this lamp but never finished. Antique Art Deco Brass Hanging Chain Ceiling Light With Glass Shade This is an antique Art Deco hanging chain ceiling light with a white and tan satin glass shade. The ceiling and light socket fixture are both brass. The chain is brass coated metal. All parts were tested with a magnet. The magnet doesn't stick to the brass parts. But does stick to the chain. It comes with the original cast iron hanging hardware. The light hangs from the ceiling 30" The brass ceiling fixture is 5 1/4" in diameter. The shade measures 7" in diameter and 3 3/4" tall. It has the original ceramic socket and cloth insulated wires. There are several breaks in the insulation, so the lamp will have to be rewired. The glass shade is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks. There are wear marks from where the pull chain rubbed on the outside ... moreof the shade. These can be seen in the last picture. Here is a Pair of Antique or Vintage Brass Wall Sconces Lights With Crystal Hanging Prisms. Each one of these has two arms on them with white candlecovers. These will need to be rewired as I wouldn't want to trust the wiring that is in them. These have a nice patina on them. One of them has some paint around the base of it and some up on the arm also, which I am sure would come off with some scrubbing. These will need a good cleaning, all I did was knock the top layer of dust off. There is some very, very light corrosion in a few spots but this isn't bad at all. Extremely rare. 1900's- 1950's antique hanging brass lamp from the Turkey/Morroco area that has a Moorish/ Muslim/ Islamic influence from the research I have done. This is being sold for the ORIGINAL OWNER who shipped this back from Turkey during his military deployment in Instanbul in the early 1950's and has kept it in beautiful condition ever since. It is from a super clean, non smoking household. This is an extremely RARE piece, especially in this condition. Both lights work(there are 2 bulbs total inside the lamp) and the wire is in pristine condition. This lamp is extremely colorful with blue, green, purple and orange jewels with heart cut out patterns in the metal and transmits a fabulous lighting effect when it's on. One of the large jewels is not completely flush with the metal, but none of the jewels are missing ... moreand they all appear to be original. A couple of the smaller jewels are not perfect and have small sratches, the brass is tarnished a bit and there are a few flaws in the brass that you can't see in the pics, but overall it's just spectacular. It is wired and has the original chain attached to hang it, so all you have to do is plug it in. THIS LAMP IS QUITE LARGE AND MEASURES APPROX. 18 INCHES FROM THE TOP METAL LOOP TO THE BOTTOM OF THE FINIAL. THE TWO LARGES GLOBES ARE APPROXIMATELY 9 1/2 INCHES ACROSS. THIS IS A ONE OF A KIND. Antique Brass & Cast Iron Art Deco Chandelier 5 Sockets Hanging Cluster Light
Here we have an Art Deco hanging chandelier that holds 5 bulbs. This is an antique lamp that is brass and cast iron. The soceket cups and the shaft of the fixture are brass and the center star and circle are cast iron. The chain on this chandelier is a more recent vintage chain but could be easily replaced with one that would go better with the age of this lamp. As you can see it is in good condition but there is some wear to this lamp the worst of it shown in the last photo. This chandelier is about 15 inches in diameter and has a turn switch in the center that can turn the lights on and off. I would recomend re-wireing this before installation. Up for auction is an antique brass light fixture. Ceiling mount with a pull chain. I'm guessing it's brass. It is not magnetic. Looks like brass. Has a cloth cord. Black piece between the cord and fixture is plastic or bakelite. It uses a standard size bulb. I don't know if it works. I have no way of testing it. The pull chain does click when pulled. It's in good used condition. No cracks. Chips, or breaks. Brass shows wear, scuffs, marks, paint marks. It might be able to be cleaned/polished. I haven't tried, I'll leave that to the experts. I think it has character the way it is now. Cloth wrap on the cord has fraying but I don't see any bare wire exposed. The wire inside the cloth wrap seems to be cloth wrapped and not torn or frayed. Here is a nice vintage hanging light. Nice art deco. It holds 4 bulbs. The center bulb is a large size porcelain socket. The three arms take standard size bulbs. The body is made of iron. The arms are made of nice decorative brass. About 10 inches tall and 7 inches wide. I do not know exactly how old it is but it is an old one. It has aging and wear with some stray paint on the brass. Paint is peeling on the iron body, it is still very nice. It has socket recepticles but will need to be rewired if you intend to use it. Sold as-is, not tested for working condition, wiring is old. Two Antique Moe Bridges Brass Floral Chandelier Hanging Ceiling Fixtures
This is a fantastic pair of Victorian Moe Bridges hanging ceiling fixtures. One fixture has five sockets surrounded by brass flowers with blue and red coloring on them. The other fixture has three sockets surrounded by the same flowers. Both have long curved and ribbed stems connecting the flowers to the main part of the frame which is made up of two round cast iron tiers designed and colored all the way around in red and blue. From the lower tier hangs six amber colored pendants from the larger chandelier and four of the same pendants from the smaller chandelier. Both fixtures hang from chains and have brass ceiling canopies with designs stamped into them and red and blue coloring. One has a bracket for ceiling mounting. But the other does not. It would screw into a standard bracket. Both fixtures have some dullness and spottiness on the ... morebrass in spots, but overall the larger one is in very good condition and the smaller one is good but has a little more spottiness. Photos 1-8 are of the larger fixture and the last four are of the smaller one. Both need to be rewired. Both have Moe Bridges Milwaukee, Wis. stamped on them. The larger fixture measures about 20" W and hangs down 30" from the ceiling. And the smaller one is about 18" W and hangs down 30" from the ceiling. They will be packed well with care and insured.

Antique Ceiling Hanging Light Fixture Chandelier 5-Bulb Electric Brass Metal
For your restoration pleasure. Here is a lovely antique ceiling fixture. Mixed metal construction, the socket covers, bottom body, and ceiling rose are brass, the arms are probably pot metal, and the upper body part is steel. It measures about 18" across at the sockets, hangs down approximately 16" from the ceiling to the end of the finial. All five sockets include the shade screws and the individual switches are intact and seem to work properly. The lamp will of course need to be rewired. And it has developed a fair amount of oxidation, tarnish, and finish loss. Other than that, the fixture is in remarkably solid condition, should restore to a show piece or could be enjoyed as found if you appreciate a shabby, original look. Vtg. Antique Brass Hanging Electric Ceiling Light! Lamp! Victorian! Chandelier
I have two of these listed so if you need a matching set please view it's mate. I listed separate because most of the time people only need one. This wonderful antique light measures 23 inches wide/round and 18 inches tall. The chain and the part that attaches to the ceiling are an additional 20 inches. But of course, the chain can be shortened to adjust to the height of your ceiling. I personally would replace the chain and rewire the lamp due to age. For its age, it's in excellent shape, and I can find very little wear. There is a bit of scuffing and the metal has tarnished a little bit in spots. That would be mainly on the chain and such though, as the body of the lamp is just great. The bulbs need replace and you can chose the bulb of your choice. Antique stained glass/ brass hanging light fixture cieling mount complete
Up for consideration is an antique stain glass ceiling mount light fixture with brass details. The glass is all intact. There are paint specks on the glass and the entire light needs a cleaning. I will leave that to the new owner. The light is 8 inches tall and 6.25 inches square at the bottom of the 4 pieces of stain glass. The ceiling mount plate which is brass is 4.75 inches round. The colors in the stain glass are reds/greens and blue greens. The pull string still works it clicks on and off. The main color is red. I'm not sure of the age but would guess late 1800's early 1900's.Because of its age I'm sure there are minors scratches etc. But for the age it's in remarkable condition. Antique chandelier mount parts hanging light fixture twisted glass and brass
Antique or vintage chandelier or ceiling light fixture mount with base. Chain and twisted glass. It hangs down about 24" the bottom section to the chain with the glass is 10" long. The base mount is 4 1/2" across and 1" deep. There is some wear on the paint from age and it does not have any wiring. The glass has no chips or cracks in the glass that I could see. Antique 1920's Art Deco Glass Crystal & Brass 5 Arm Chandelier Hanging Light
Antique 1920's Art Deco Crystal& Brass 5 Arm Electrified Chandelier This is old. Probably post WWI/ 1920's from the glass, which has a great Art Deco look. The glass is thick and sturdy. The wiring looks like the kind you find in old knob and tube electrical and it would certainly need rewiring. It does have a great look and all of the parts appear to be here including the collar that fits to the ceiling and the chain and its hardware necessary to hang it. As for the metal. I believe it is brass or something with brass plating over it. Some spots show the wear on the surface and I would take steel wool to it as the underneath looks like brass also. There are also a few rust spots on the very bottom that could benefit from a good cleaning. Restored, it would make a lovely addition to a post Victorian, Art Deco building. early antique brass electric light hanging fixture sconce single bulb
Up for bid is a vintage hanging electric light. I think its brass on the bottom. Not sure of the maker. But there is a D with an arrow on the switch. The top of the light has rust on it. Vintage Antique Hanging Solid Brass Lamp Light Fixture Lantern On Stand
Here is a very ornate. Solid brass, I believe, hanging lamp lantern on its own solid brass and iron stand. I am quite certain this is solid brass- It is non magnetic, very heavy, the lamp weighs over 9 lbs. The whole lamp measures just under 24" tall, The lantern intself measures 7" square and between 10- 11" in height. The base of the stand is also solid brass, and the rest of the stand is iron(magnetic) The lantern portion is very ornate and has 4 unbroken glass, tiny checkerboard, panels in it. One of the panels is loose and not attached to the lamp, but is not broken. The lamp is in excellent working condition as can be seen in the first picture. The only other thing wrong with it is that is needs a new brass cap screw for the top of it- one of the original is missing and currently has a regular screw in place. The electrical ... morecord is short and measures around 20- 21" in length. This is a beautiful unique solid piece and would look great on a patio or other outdoor living area, as well as for indoor decorating. Lamp is dirty and needs a good cleaning. Antique/Vintage Ceiling Hanging Light Fixture Pressed Brass Flush Mount
This is a nice antique brass gold metal hanging flush mount ceiling light fixture. Magnet does not stick to the ceiling mount but sticks to the chain. Circumference of ceiling mount is approximately 4 1/2 inches. Length of ceiling mount is approximately 4 1/2 inches. The ceiling mount has some paint on it showing it's age. Chain is rustic and black. Length of chain is approximately 23 1/2 inches. Not sure if pull chain works. Not sure if it is original wiring. Paint is chipped where the screws go on mount. ANTIQUE BRASS 4 Llight Swag Plug in Ready Hanging Chandelier ( Works)
Well here is there Brass 4 bulb Swag wall plug in chandelier. The pictures really don't do it justice of the beautiful work. It is Brass it measures 1 foot long and 10 inches wide. The Plastic light covers are 4 inches tall. They are the only issue with it. Some of the tops are melted(see pic) I guess someone didn't push them down fully and the bulb was next to it. And one of them has a piece missing near the bottom(see Pic) But it works like new and would look great with 4 new light covers. The work on it is really amazing. Selling a very old copper or brass(magnet does not stick) light with original glass chimneys. It is approx 29 x 20 and the shades are 10" wide at the bottom. Antique Vintage Deco Brass 5 Light Hanging Lamp Chandelier w/Frosted Globes EXC
Here is a beautiful antique hanging light fixture I just removed from an old house. It was still hooked up and being used. It works fine. It has 4 smaller lights with globes, each one has it's own switch. The larger globe has one bulb inside. This fixture has the old cloth covered wires which are still soft and flexible, with no cracks or frays. There are no cracks in the globes, but one of the all white ones does have a small nick in the side. As you can see there are 2 globes that match the large center globe, and 2 with frosted glass and colored flower designs. They fit and do look good, but are not original. There is some paint spatter here and there from over the years, and there is a dark patina on the brass, it actually has a copper look to it. The only damage is to the thin cover just below the chain eye. It is just superficial ... moreand just cosmetic. This is a nice one, ready to hang as is, or clean and polish. It measures approx 21" across the top from the outside of 2 diagonal lights, and hangs approx 28" from the ceiling to the bottom of the globe. I ship once or twice a week, not everyday. LOVELY DECORATIVE ANTIQUE 4 ARM HANGING LIGHT FIXTURE/ CHANDELIER. GOLD& COPPER TONES, THIS FIXTURE HAS SOME DISCOLORING FROM AGE, HOWEVER, THE PHYSICAL BODY IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH NO DENTS IN THE METAL. Antique Cranberry Hanging Oil Lamp Victorian Brass Queen Anne Estate Find This lamp is directly from a local estate that had accumulation from the 1800s which had been passed down in the family. The main shade was not found with the lamp. However it seems as though all the parts are there. The burner is marked Queen Anne, otherwise no other markings. Cranberry glass is in excellent condition. The brass does have some oxidation, but nothing horrible. Chain still good and functions properly. There is a weighted mechanism with a heavy iron weight in the center. The ball can be pulled up or down to allow for lighting the lamp. The weight is not included. But can be purchased and shipped separately. Please contact me if you would like to purchase the iron weight. Although it is pictured. It is not included in this listing.

ANTIQUE BRASS FLUSH CEILING LIGHT BEADED DOUBLE HUBBELL SOCKETS VINTAGE HANGING FIXTURE A lovely. Antique, brass light fixture that mounts flush to the ceiling. It appears to be all solid brass except the canopy may be plated white metal(it is quite heavy) It has two arms with sockets and the shade holders have holes with beads hanging from them. Both electrical sockets are marked" HUBBELL" and they both have acorn pulls chains. It measures approximately 12" long from the ceiling, down to the bottom of the beads x 12" across x 9 1/2" across the ceiling canopy x 5 1/8" wide(at the ceiling canopy) This fixture is in very good condition but the hanging beads were changed at one time, to plastic. There is only minor wear to the brass and there are tiny set screws along the edge of the canopy, but two are missing(one ... moreon each end) I see no dents or breaks to the brass. It has been re-wired, at some time in the past) and works fine. Both pull chains can turn it on or off. It throws a much prettier light then the photos show and has a terrific 1920's feel. This is a great old light fixture that will look wonderful hanging in just about any room! Being offered as is and with no reserve. High bidder to pay all shipping costs. Import duties. Antique hanging light chandelier fixture brass 2 socket with sconces Perkins
Antique brass hanging light fixture. It has 2 sockets and white milk glass sconces. It comes with 3 sconces. It hangs down 39" and is about 22" across. The sconces are 5" long. 4 1/2" across the open end and have a 2" fitter. The glass has no cracks and no chips other than some small chiggers on the rim. The fixture has the base mount and one side has a pull chain and the other side has a turn type switch. The turn switch has Perkins on it. Has nice patina and I did not clean it very well to preserve the original look. I have described the items condition to the best of my knowledge. Victorian Antique Brass Hanging Pan Chandelier Lamp This light comes without shades but does retain the shade holders so that shades can easily be attached. Hangs approx. 24 inches to end of socket. With shades and bulbs it will probably hang a few inches longer. The chains hang nicely once shades are added and the weight of the glass shades pull and straighten the chains.
