Antique Etched French Glass Doors, From the early 1900's, Nice Set!
For your consideration- Wonderful set of vintage etched glass French doors. These were reclaimed from a house that was built in 1910. Each door has a etched basket of daisies in them and a large star at the bottom. The border around each of the doors is also etched glass. The wood appears to be oak and is in decent condition. The glass is in perfect condition with no cracks or chips. Each door measures 30 x 80. The bottom latch lock is missing on one of the doors. This auction is for local pickup only. Penn Antique Restoration. 36"x 83" Pair Antique Interior French Doors W/ 10 Wavy Glass Lites. Rare. Beautiful. Antique, French, interior doors salvaged from an old home in Northeastern Ohio. Each door has a solid Douglas Fir core covered with 1/16" birch veneers and features 5 wavy glass lites. Although the 2 doors look like a pair when placed side-by-side. They need a bit of work before they could become a true pair. One door has a lip on the edge of its lock stile and the other doesn't. The hinge stile is wider than the lock stile on the door without the lip. The extra wide stile would make it pretty easy to cut into to create a groove for the lip of the other door to fit into, and make the doors a true pair. If you don't have someone who could do this, we could do it for you-email us for a quote. Hardware: These ... moredoors are not equipped with any hardware. However. Each door measures 79 1/2 inches tall and 30 inches wide and 1 3/4 inches thick. Also has door lock latches at top and bottom as shown in pictures.I can store these doors in dry area for quite some time if needed for arrangements to pick up or I can freight, just need a business close to you in order for the freighting company to deliver too, residential would be considerable higher! The set was salvaged from a 1926 commercial building* at 334 Carondelet St. in New Orleans in preparation for a planned condo conversion. These doors and windows are heavy. Commercial grade, and unusually tall. They are in excellent condition and have been stripped and cleaned. They were previously described as pine- corrected here as cypress. These absolutely gorgeous 3 section antique quartersawn oak Victorian era doors with fabulous etched glass windows with all the bells and whistles when it comes to fine exquisite antique etched glass. Like it's cartouches and swags in the corners and across the tops above the three Dutch scenes across the bottom, each individual but they work together, like the doors, drawn in by their border designs. This old glass appears to be in very good condition, intact and free of any cracks, chips or hairlines. The paneled oak doors are solid and in very nice condition on both sides, and protected across the bottom on each side by an attached wood kick board on both sides of each of the three doors. There is an interesting border design with cartouche's in the outside corners across the bottom of the three scenes and across the top of the three tree sprays which show the three panes come together as one picture, as in one doors. These three doors are each 108 inches tall and are 27 1/4 inch wide and 1 3/8's inches thick. The doors are in good condition with a few nicks and scratches that can easily be sanded out. The glass is perfect with no chips or cracks. There are no hinges. The latch is still attached but is missing 3 screws. So you can add the screws or remove the last one and install the latch of your choice. Description This is a great set that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. They are made of pine and are heavily varnished. The top of each door has a panel of leaded glass. Most of the glass is distorted except around the central flower which has flat clear glass. There are 3 flat panels below. Most of the hardware needs to be replaced. They measure 48 inches wide together. 91.25 inches tall and are 1.5 inches thick. Overall they are in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. They could use a good scrubbing but will clean up nicely. There are a couple of small. Tight hairlines. There is a light cracks at the upper mortise bolt. One door was trimmed at the bottom. 4 Antique Victorian Ornate Cabinet Door Doors Wavy Glass Raised Panel Eastlake
I believe thease were salvaged from a built in cabinet. They date to the late 1800's period. What is left of the hinges and the RUSTY but intact/functional latchs are Eastlake Victorian. The glass is intact and wavy. The glass doors measure 25 inches wide by 64 tall. The bottom raised panels are 25 wide by 26 tall. The white chippy paint has a heavy texture. These were a barn find and had so much dust and dirt you couldn't even tell they were glass. Let alone white. I DID NOT attempt to clean these other than a wisk broom and quick windex wipe. SORRY, I WILL NOT attempt to ship these. Pay on pickup is acceptable. Email any questions.

Antique French partition doors. Large - 15 pane daisy glass.
This is a pair of French doors as you see. They are the type that one opens and closes freely while the other has a bolt at the top and bottom that you trigger to swing the other. They are large ones and were used to separate rooms. These have been stored for about 40+ years in an attic- so could use a paint job obviously but the wood is in very good condition. They are 36" x 89 1/4" each. I will get better& more pictures when it's not 10 degrees out. This will be for local pick up only at this time. North west Indiana. Any other questions just ask.
