If the quantity falls below 10, this indicates that 1 or more doors sold. 10 Beautiful doors salvaged from old homes in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Eight of the doors are made of solid pine and 2(Doors# 4& 8) have solid pine cores with 1/8" thick quarter sawn"tiger" veneers on one side. Hardware: The doors are currently not equipped with any hardware. However. W e have a good selection of period hardware in our eBay store. And tons more in our physical store. If you would like any of the hardware holes patched with a solid block of wood.see"Modification" below. Condition: Door#1: On the exterior. The bottom corner of the hinge stile is chipped. On the interior, ... morethe edge of the hinge stile has a few scrapes. Door#2: The top corner on the hinge stile is chipped on the exterior. Door#3: On the exterior. There is a small strip of wood missing from the top rail. There is a small chip in the wood above the middle panel. On the interior, there is a chipped piece of wood between the top rail and hinge stile. There is a deep scratch in the middle stile, between the top 2 panels. Door#4: The door's height and width were unevenly cut at some point. Most likely to compensate for a settling foundation or a warped floor. On the exterior, the bottom corner of the lock stile is chipped. There is a chip missing from the middle hinge mortise. There is a large break on the top of the lock stile. Between the lock stile and top rail, there is a 1/8" gap with a smaller gap on the opposite side of the door. On the interior, there is a chipped piece of wood below the middle hinge mortise. Description This is a nice piece that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian home. They are made of pine and are painted on both sides. Each door has 10 lites or panes of glass with wood dividers in between. Most of the hardware needs replacing. They measure 54 inches wide by 80 inches tall and are 1 and 3/8 inches thick. Overall they are in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. They could use a good cleaning. One pane of glass is broken. They are very dirty. Antique, interior, french, double doors salvaged from an old home in Northeastern Ohio. Each door has a solid Oak core covered with 1/4" Oak veneers and features 5 horizontal, glass lites. Please don't think that"veneer" means inferior quality. Unlike the paper-thin veneers used on modern doors and furniture. These veneers are 1/4" thick and provide strength and stability to the door. Even though these are interior doors. They can also be installed as exterior doors for your home. Hardware: One of the doors is equipped with 2 flush bolts and one strike plate and the other door is only equipped with a mortise lock. If you would like to add or replace any hardware. They need a bit of work before they could become a true pair. One door has a lip on the edge of its lock stile and the other doesn't. The hinge stile is wider than the lock stile on the door without the lip. The extra wide stile would make it pretty easy to cut into to create a groove for the lip of the other door to fit into, and make the doors a true pair. Outstanding pair of antique french wood doors with 10 glass panes in each door. Very good condition. No cracks in wood or glass, very solid and true, panes are solid, hardware works great. Each door measures 79 1/2 inches tall and 30 inches wide and 1 3/4 inches thick. Also has door lock latches at top and bottom as shown in pictures.I can store these doors in dry area for quite some time if needed for arrangements to pick up or I can freight, just need a business close to you in order for the freighting company to deliver too, residential would be considerable higher! If wanting Snowflake design panes, I have some available and plenty enough to go into each pane of the doors but the snowflake design panes would have to worked out as they would be a higher price, questions are welcome!
