They measure 95" long fully extended x 93" tall x 2.25" thick- each window measures 23" x 6" All original door hardware is included along with handles. Key plates locks, hinges and track wheels. There are no cracks in the glass panes. Half of the screws are original. The remainder are size-correct and have a nice patina that fits in well. 93"H x 86-1/2"W Primitive Antique Double Bifold Carriage House Garage Barn Doors
Pair of double bifold doors from the interior of a barn located in Klecknersville Pa. The overall measurements are approx. 93" tall by 86-1/2" wide by 1-5/8" thick. Each panel is made of solid pine laminated construction(7/8" thick half-lap joint construction frame on the front side. With 3/4" thick beaded tongue and groove applied to the back) Window openings measure 12" by 26" two glasses are missing, but the two that remain have very wavy glass) All the original hinges are present and I have most of the old flathead screws. There are three slide-bolt hardware pieces attached to the doors, but it looks like the hasp has gone missing from the center of the doors. As you can see in many of the photos, these doors show wear, cosmetic blemishes, and lots of great character, which is to be expected for their ... moreage. The wood is still in good workable condition. Antique wood pocket doors from a very old house
One pair of antique pocket doors that came out of a very old house. There are rollers on the top of the doors. But one roller snapped off and one is bent. There are 4 rollers included with the doors, 2 for each door. The extra rollers you see in the close up of the rollers are from 2 doors behind that also have rollers. The pair we are selling are shown, the other pair is not shown, except for the rollers. The doors are old and have great character and charm. They just don't make doors like this any more. They will need just a little TLC to bring them back to their beautiful glory. I'm not sure what type of wood they are made of, but I don't think it is oak. They are very heavy doors. These are raised 5 panel doors meant to be used as a pair for a wide doorway/opening. The door on the left is 30 3/4" wide by 83 1/2" ... morehigh by 1 3/4" thick. The door on the right is 30 5/8" wide by 84" high by 2 5/8" thick where the trim is(and where it meets the other door when they are closed) But otherwise it is also 1 3/4" thick. These are a VERY BEAUTIFUL set of ANTIQUE WOOD POCKET FRENCH DOORS. They come with the rails they roll on and the rollers. You can see the rollers at the top of the doors. We never took them off of the doors. I bought these BEAUTIFUL DOORS from an old house down the road from us. It was built in 1900. So the doors would be 115 years old. The man that was tearing the house down took the doors and the hardwarre out for me. But I am sure these would make a DELIGHTFUL set for someone who is redoing an old house and would like something that would match the original decor of the home. I believe the doors are mahogany but I could be wrong. They could use a good cleaning but im sure they will clean up rather nicely. The doors are 82 3/4 inches tall, they are 34 3/4 inches wide and they are about 1 5/16ths inches thick. Up for sale is a matching pair of large vestibule doors from a Victorian house built in 1876. The house was built in Plymouth Meeting. Pa. Both are in great shape. The hardware on them is original.
