Vintage Schonbek Polished Gold Constella 10 Lt. Crystal Chandelier Strass Prisms
Your chandelier or light should be the crowning glory of any room. Keep this in mind when making a purchase. This is a chandelier that will truely light the way to magnificence. This is a Schonbek. I believe it is the Constella 10 arm but am not sure. The star crystals are by Strass. Note the falling star tails are rinestones with 4 prongs to secure each precious one. I do not know if this has all the crystals. This is the way I bought it so I am selling as is in found condition. But with new wiring in the main stem. I think it looks fabulous just the way it is. Some assembly required. This has 39.5" drop including chain and canopy. It is 24" wide. The fixture is about 20" without chain and canopy. Ready to hang. No need to worry about the wiring. I am excited to offer this gorgeous Italian Murano Fruits chandelier from approximately 1920's. It came out of an estate of folks who traveled Europe and bought beautiful high end decor for their home. C handelier measures 22" from top of glass column to bottom of hanging fruits and is 15" in diameter. What I call medium sized. It has 4 Lights which hold candellabra based bulbs. All four bobeche cups and top ornate column are graduated B lue to L avender M urano glass. Top column ha s a crack& small chip near top which has been glued and is stable. See pic#8. Turn this part to the back and no one w ould know. Body of fixture is birdcage shaped and features central brass column and 2 tiers of brass arms. Lower 4 brass arms have G lass B eadwork and ends of arms heavily adorned with colorful prisms and Maria Teresa flat flower ... morediscs. There are P urple prisms/discs on top tier and A mber on lower tier. Top glass column has glorious glass F ruits and P risms/discs hanging from it on 4 sides. Glass G rapes hang from the four arm lights. Also from the bottom of fixture along with a glass P ear. The fruits hanging from various parts of fixture are A pples. Multi-colored G rapes. A great mixed lot with some unusual cuts, some have glass florete top jewels. There are more than enough prisms her to really dress up your old French Versailles chandelier. Some have small chips. I have not looked at every one of the crystals. The wiring looks good. But you would need to have your local lamp repairman check it out. From the canopy to the bottom crystal it is 30 inches long. 24 inches in diameter on the lower section. There are 10 light sockets. I put 25-watt vanity bulbs in it. It is in working condition but just needs cleaning, about 4 extra prisms and candle sleeves.It has 5 arms and measures 20" wide and 12" tall excluding the chain.It is made from a gold gilt metal and glass. It has bobeches on each arm which are 4" wide. With prisms attached. Total prisms are 26, it needs about 4 more and a center glass ball.The prisms are 3" long and are glass(1 prism is chipped) There are little glass flower rosettes throughout the chandelier which at one time probably had glass bead chain attached. This auction if for a very beautiful. Ornate and well made vintage made in Spain brass and crystal chandelier. The chandelier is a three tier one. With crystal prisms hanging from all three layers and it has eight arms with eight lights(candles) The metal work is all solid brass and it is therefore very heavy. Without the prisms on. It weighs 20 pounds. The ornate brass canopy and chain are original to the chandelier and are matching all other scrolled work on the metal. The entire brass metal work on the chandelier is very intricately detailed. And the bottom is completed with a very ornate cap and finial which are again matching all the other scroll work on the fixture. The chandelier. As can be seen in our pictures is in perfect working condition and ready to hang. It was too large for the room displayed in, and has to be replaced with ... morea smaller one. The measurements without any crystals on are: 24" in diameter X 26" high. The original and existing chain is 18" The chandelier comes with 80 prisms all together and one round crystal ball for the bottom. These are: 12 large tear drops 2 1/2" long 40 medium tear drops 2" long 8 small tear drops 1 1/2" long 8 large beveled flat(shell shaped) 3 1/2" long 12 long ones 7" long. Up for your review and consideration is this gorgeous vintage petite brass 4 arm Made in Spain Chandelier. The chandelier measures 12" 1/2 wide. The chandelier itself is about 10" 1/2 inches tall. And with the chain is 14" 1/2 inches tall. The chandelier comes with all of its crystals and the chain is in good condition the light does not have any chips or cracks. The canopy is 5" wide and its made by Underwriters Laboratories. The wiring is in good condition as the pictures were taken before the chandelier was brought down from an estate sale in Cape Coral and it was hanging in front of a bay window in the master bedroom with an antique vanity underneath. Since then. I've cleaned the prisms but the chandelier will have to be cleaned by the new owners. It's actually quite gorgeous. I have this beautiful old chandelier up for auction. This is a single bulb chandelier. There are total of 76 prisms on it. This chandelier is an used item and it might have some rust, discoloration, dirt, paint, missing parts and other damages and issues, and some of the glass prisms might have small chips and cracks. I have not tested, inspected or cleaned this chandelier, and i don't know from materials its made of. This chandelier might have old wiring, and it might need to be rewiered by a proffesional before being used. Incredible auathentic mid-century Italian chandelier with Murano glass prisms that are 11 inches long. In the picture with the lights on. There appears to be burnt out lights on the lower tiers. I took these pictures in the house I have since vacated. I have had the chandelier since 1990. It is from the 1970's. I is approximately 34 inches long and 24 inches wide. The prisms are supported on a brass frame. It has a chain support and the chandelier is extremely heavy. It will require strong support. Pricing is difficult at best. Although rare. I am finding similar chandeliers from $2500 to $5000. I even found an Italian firm offering a new chandelier"based on a mid-century design" for $2900 plus shipping from Italy. It did not have nearly the same number of prisms. Well here is the original design! I will start the bidding at ... morethe low end of this price range. Shipping and insurance will be included. Used prisms are selling for $15-$20 each and are very popular with artists designing new"things" They are $33 each new plus significant shipping charges. Vintage Sears Crystal Chandelier 8 Glass Arms Prisms Parts Repairs 34-84661
A woman who helps seniors downsize asked me to sell items for her clients. Offered here is a vintage crystal chandelier from Sears. Model number 34-84611. It has 8 glass arms with 9 cups, one with a repair, but I think only 8 are used. There are 33 tear drop prisms, one center round faceted prism and 16 chains of prisms. There is also a cover piece for the wiring. It came to me in pieces and is being sold for parts or repairs since I don't know if it will work or if it is even wired correctly. It also has 5 glass globes with etched grapes on them. Chandelier can be used with out globes. It measures approximately 17 inches long. There is also a dogearred set of instructions. Sold as is. Pick up is always an option. It weighs 16 pounds before packing.
