Cover has wear and tearing and is almost completely removed from book. Inside book is in nice shape. With maps good, with some tearing on the extreme edges of pages not affecting the maps, some age related toning and light stains here and there. Inside back cover page has a tear on the corner of the page.

Up for sale is a nice antique map of the State of Minnesota or Wisconsin. Map was published in 1907 in the Universal Atlas of the World. Published by Rand. McNally& Company, Chicago-New York. It measures approximately 11 x 14(including the border areas) On one side is a map of the State of Minnesota. It also has some county/city/population data along the edges. On the other side is a map of Wisconsin. It also lists city/county data. Overall map is in good condition. Some light browning around the edges. Some dings and tears along the edges. But it does not affect the map. Will look very nice framed. Note also that while I have included a picture of the title page it is not included in the sale as it is a reference piece to determine authenticity for several other maps. UP for sale is one of several maps from the early 1900's that I'm selling on eBay. All of them were published by C.S. Hammond& Company in their Atlas of the World and are copyrighted from 1903 to 1907. All of the maps have wonderful color and nice detail and are in very good condition, unless noted in the listing. This map measure about 9 1/2 x 13 1/2" Including the borders. The map in this listing is two-sided. Copyrighted 1905, with the Porto Rico on one side and the United States on the other. The Porto Rico map shows numerous cities and towns and their locations. And has two inset maps, one showing the islands east of Porto Rico, like Mona, and the other showing island west of Porto Rico, like Vieques.
