3 Victorian Electric Brass Wall Sconces Early 1900's
Set of three wall sconces. These were early electric and the shade holder shows dates from the 1890's. One of the three has be refinished and rewired. All ready to go! Two of them need some polishing. The only thing I see missing are the set screws for two shade holders. The conical wall mount is 5 inches in diameter and the distance from the wall is 10 1/2 inches.

Matching Set of 3 Brass Wall Sconces Victorian Nouveau Shades WEBER Sockets
Three restored. Matching, early 20th century brass interior wall sconces. Backplates are decorated with stepped rings around the perimeter. Cast brass arm is profusely ornate and features a WEBER turnkey socket inside of a 2 1/4" shade holder. Sockets have been rewired with period appropriate cloth covered wire. Each measures 10" tall x 4 1/4" wide x 6" deep. All shades have some rubs around the fitter area. One shade has some rubs on the exterior. See image 6. If you like French then these vintage wall sconces are for you- this is a pair of brass 3 arm wall sconces with handpainted Sevres style medallions depicting a courting couple. The brass has a nice aged patina. At the top the brass is a basket of flowers then they have criss cross pattern that continues down to the arms of candleholders. The medallions are on each arm so 6 total-the brass work around the arms are very ornate and very much in the French style. They are in great shape-there is some residue from candle wax(last picture) which I am sure can be removed. Up for consideration is a fine set of 6 bronze 2 arm wall sconces. The sconces are very thick. Heavy, robust, very masculine if I may add they are surprisingly larger than what shows in the photos. The sconces measure 12 1/2 inches tall by 12 1/2 inches wide and 6 inches deep. They weigh about 3 1/2 pound each. The sconces are bronze and are the Spanish Revival Form with a hammered texture. Up for consideration is a fine set of 4 or 2 pair of Antique French Wall Sconces. The sconces date from about 1910 or so and measure 14 1/2 inches tall by about 10 inches by 5 inches deep. This set consists of 3 arms on each piece with great casting and super casting. As with good fine quality French Sconces they are cast in many separate pieces. The backplate consists of 3 separate pieces. There is a lacey bowtie top cascading down and tying into the top of the torch with descending bell flowers in the center body of the torch. Absolutely beautiful! Bow and wheat themed in the French Provincial style. Selling as a refurbish/repair project.but they are in working condition. Will need a few crystal replacements. Not many though. A good cleaning likely needed. I am terrified to ship these, but will do my best to protect them for absolute safe traveling. These are not reproductions. The electrical cord on these is only about 6 inches with an old style plug. Seem perfectly safe, but may consider a rewire for safety. Please message with any questions. Up for consideration is a fine set of 7 double arm bronze Gothic/Tudor/Medieval wall sconces. The sconces measure 14 1/2 inches tall 9 1/2. They are bronze with two arms with a back plate that has a variety of themes. There is some panther heads that are peeping out from behind a shield. There are some Art Nouveau type floral embellishment in the center. A Gothic stained glass window type back drop with a winged Gargoyle on the bottom. Some of the sconces have a blue backplate and a few have a burgundy color. Both look to be original coloration. Two other sconces have been painted and sometime in the past with a silver color and one sconce has been stripped completely of color.These sconces are of nice scale not too big but chunky enough to display in a room with a 10. 12 or 14 foot ceiling. Antique bronze Dutch sconces 3 arm with Royal crown design 1920s Up for offer today a unique pair of Dutch sconces. These sconces date back to the mid 1920’s and are made out of solid bronze. Not copper. The only flaw I see on these sconces is a opening on top of one of the arms. This is not a broken part. This happened when these were made. As bronze is heated up to a melting temperature. In the mold these were made. There was just not enough bronze at that part. If these were made today, these sconces would end up in an outlet store. You can compare it like that. Once you hang these sconces, it’s for you to know. Can’t see it once these are hung. Height is 10” width is 12 ½” and depth is 10” These sconces have the European wiring and will need to be rewired to work in the USA. These also have the old wood sockets.
