VINTAGE ITALIAN TOLEWARE HANGING LAMP CHANDELIER SCONCE & BOUQUET of FLOWERS
I had a hard time getting pictures of this Italian Toleware Sconce hanging light fixture. It has the made in Italy tag and I have a matching one I would be glad to list if you need a pair. I noticed from the pictures. It needs to be dusted- I also would have this one rewired as the cord is taped. The silk shade also has damage at the top. This is a large hanging lamp or chandelier. The floral tole part on top is 20 inches long. 7 1/2 inches at it's widest point and 12 inches deep. So it does come out from the wall. The shade is 16 inches long and 9 inches across. Below that is a darling bouquet of flowers at the base. It is a little over 4 inches across and a little over 7 inches tall. It has a wrapped bow at the bottom and there is a metal beaded chain or cord to pull to turn the lamp on and off. All together is is about 45 inches long ... moreand there are also tole leaves around the finial. The flowers in the sconce and bouquet look like lillys with little blue posies. 47 antique ASSORTED FRENCH CUT PENDALOGUE 3"- 5" CHANDELIER lamp sconce PRISMS
Offered is a fabulous 47 piece lot of old French Cut pendalogue chandelier prisms. This is an asssorted lot with the smaller ones measuring 3 inches long plus the top bead. The largest ones are 5 inches long plus the top beads. These are flat on one side and cut with a double bevel edge on the other. A great mixed lot with some unusual cuts, some have glass florete top jewels. There are more than enough prisms her to really dress up your old French Versailles chandelier. There are a couple of them that are missing the top jewels, I will add them prior to packaging. The parcel will be a rather large and heavy. I have shown with the pen tip the only damage I can find on the bottom of one of the sconces a tiny piece is missing. The 5 light Chandelier measures approx 15" across at the widest and 15" to 16" in total height. This auction includes a set of two vintage sort of pale pastel yellow or creamy custard art glass shades which have a very nice flared shape to them. Raised ribbed patterns around the sides, and rough cut top and bottom rims. They measure approximately 3" tall. By approximately 6" across at their widest center points. The top openings measure 5" across to the outer edges, and the small bottom fitter ends measure approximately 1 3/4" across to the outer edges. Both are in very good condition. And have no chips or cracks overall. There is minor roughness with some small chiggers to the rims which is typical on rough cut shades. There is a about a half inch of play at the joining of the cup part to the arm. As shown in the images. I don't know if the cup should move like it does or not. There appears to be a little nip in the stud hinge thing but it might be original. If it is damage it should be an easy repair. The arm measures approx. 8" from the wall connecter to the outside of the cup and is approx. 9" from the top finial to bottom finial. Up for bid four vintage stained slag glass light/chandelier fixture scone shades they are in great condition the colors are white with pink and green colors in floral motif they are 5inH X 4.5in dimension and the top rim is 2in only one has a very tiny crack. I checked all the scones inside and out in the light and found no breakage. Perhaps I threw the damage one.
