Here for consideration is a magnificent chandelier by Gaetano Sciolari produced I imagine by lightolier with heavy brass. Heavy chrome, hundreds of glass rods and a feel much larger than the measurements suggest. This is a chandelier that can only be seriously appreciated in-person and not via photos. Plenty of photos provided showing details to see how good this is. Please review them all. General Description: Gaetano Sciolari has designed many great pieces. And this one is one of the largest designed. This exact chandelier may be found on first dibs, and another seller on ebay also has one listed with frankly, more alluring photos than mine- I do not have a studio. I photographed it with only about 40% of the rods in place due to the weight that was bearing on the ceiling hook. Twelve 40 watt bulbs illuminate 204 glass rods that are 18" each suspended on 6 solid brass and chrome plates that alternate in height. The quality of the brass and chrome is second-to-none. This chandelier came from an institution in West Virginia with a 7 foot chain linking it to a ceiling plate. The chandelier was kept in a humidity and temperature controlled environment which means it has survived well. It measures approx. 21" high from the top of the hanger finial to the bottom of the lower row of glass rods and is 21" wide. Condition: Brass and chrome is almost near perfect with only mention of some scuffing and light scratches to very few areas- not worth the mention but for the sake of accuracy must be. The only area to show any real patina is on the central spoke holding the three arms to the 6 fixtures. The janitors took good care of this but in the process over time. 5 of the glass rods have been broken- as the fixture has internal rods and external rods we recommend either sourcing 5 rods, or simply omitting them from the interior rod arra

PAIR OF TOLE& CRYSTAL SCONCES Offered here is a pair of gilded tole sconces with Italian crystal. These Florentine pieces were hand made in Italy around the the 1950's. As with all of our fine lighting devices. These pieces have been rewired, cleaned, and restored. Each of the crystals are in good condition, and no parts are missing. What a magnificent pair of lights! Each sconce measures approximately 16" tall by 9" wide by 5" in depth. This piece has two light sockets. The center of the chandelier features an extremely ornate brass/bronze band with large crystals inside the band. The chandelier is 6 light; you will note a couple of the light sockets are missing bulbs, but they all function perfectly. The brass/bronze is absolutely beautiful throught this fixture. MID CENTURY VINTAGE FRENCH ITALIAN REGENCY BRONZE BRASS CRYSTAL DRUM CHANDELIER
We are pleased to offer this beautiful. Mid Century, 1960s drum chandelier. This stunning, Hollywood Regency fixture features elements of both French and Italian design. The fixture is made of bronzed, textural brass. The chandelier is tiered with the upper, 3 banded tier, housing the chain connectors which attach to the lower tier. The lower tier features seven"window" sections which are accented/framed with an overlay of ornate brass trim. Inside each window are 6 strands of 3 crystal beads. The 4 light housing is located in this lower tier. The chandelier hangs from an ornate chain with a 10.5" long, beaded and swirled glass, decorative connecter. The chandelier is in very good. Vintage condition with only minor signs of age/use. The wiring is vintage but in very good condition and the fixture is ready to hang. There is ... morethe option of adding additional crystals to the decorative, pierced bands of both the upper and lower tiers. There are also two additional glass tubes which can be added to the fixture to increase the hanging height. Additional wire would be required for this option. This is a very beautiful, somewhat rare and interesting drum chandelier. The chandelier measures 38" tall from the bottom to the top finial above the glass connecter. It is 26" in diameter at the bottom tier. The window sections in the lower tier are 4.5" wide and 3" tall. Too DIE for old Italian crystal chandelier. HOLLYWOOD REGENCEY at its finest! This has been tested, all works just fine. I think it is a ceiling mount type, but could be made into a swag lighting with a qualified electrician. It is super heavy, LOADED with teardrop, long raindrops, rosettes, and swag crystals. There is a metal"Made in Italy" tag on it. I can't even begin to count the number of crystals, but you can guess by looking at the photos and get close. Measures 34" long. top of the chandelier to the bottom of the hanging crystals) by 22" wide. There is 9 inches of chain for hanging. This chandelier was removed from an old house in Pueblo, Colorado. I was told when I originally bought the chandelier, it was brought back from France by a soldier, to his wife, and put in their home. It has 5 bulbs surrounded by crystal dishes. The chandelier has both prisms and dewdrop crystals. The dewdrops are" Murano" glass. The light has had an electrical cord attached to it so that I could use it by my bed as a lower hanging chandelier. Originally it came from a ceiling, hence, the 9" chain. It takes standard base sizes with candelabra tops, you can buy these type at the dollar store. Could also use new candle sleeves I think I have and can include in sale if you want them to be new and white. And the arms are lined with macaroni beads. The sconces are 18" tall by 12 1/2" wide and stand out from the wall 6" The back plates measure 5" and the sconces have been newly rewired and the candle covers have been replaced with new antique drip covers. The scones appear to be from the 1950's or 1960's and are in great condition, except for a couple of tiny places in the gold gilt. Vintage Ornate French Brass Crystal Chandelier 6 Light 1960s Regency Italian
Offered is a lovely vintage brass and crystal 6 light chandelier. This is an extraordinary design with fancy open bobeches. Scrolling arms and dripping in crystal pear shaped prisms and large acorn finial. The chandelier features ornate detail throughout including a divine ornamental chain and canopy. It is a beautiful piece that adds character and a lot of elegance to a room. All crystals are included. None seem to be missing. Length from where I have it hanging to the bottom of a crystal is 32.5 inches. To bottom of the lamp is 30 inches. Width is 2 feet. The large crystals are 3 inches and the small crystals are 2 inches. With each crystal there is a small round crystal above each one which measures 1/2 in each. Marie Therese Crystal Chandelier c1950 Gold Italian Ornate Ceiling Light Antique
This is a spectacular Marie Therese crystal chandelier made in Italy around the 1950's. It has five arms and measures 21" tall by 32" wide and and has a 20" chain. This came from a house sale where the owner was moving in and the chandelier didn't go with their Pottery Barn style. It was reported that the previous owner had it rewired at some time and redone. Can't be sure about this but I will attest to the fact that all the lights are in good working condition since my husband tested it himself. I can also affirm that it is all intact without flaws and with all dangles present. The dangles are very lovely sparkly crystal with many facets and I attempted to show this in the photos. I got the information for the title and description from a current eBay listing#131064596152. My chandelier appears to be the exact ... moresame chandelier but theirs is stated to be totally refurbished professionally and offered with a professional certification. It is $749. I don't offer any certification but am offering it at $250 less. I have based my confidence that it has been redone by comparing it to what seems to be the original model of this chandelier which is also on eBay. Please observe item# 30128163585. Same thing here but offered at $199. But it has a cracked arm. Missing dangles and needs rewired. But I think it's a good example of the original form of the chandelier and mine has various newer shinier elements leading me to concur that it has been redone. Buyer.
