Old Hand Wrought Iron Wall Candelabra Sconces French Fleur-de-lis Gothic
These French candelabras are made out of wrought iron in the Gothic style with a Fleur-de-lis design. I am not sure about how old they are. But the construction looks crude and they have a great patina. This pair did come from a 1920's mansion, but not sure if they were original to the house. There is a hook on the back to hand them up. 4 Vintage Cast Iron ? Brass Wall Sconces ? Light Parts ? Decorative
Here is what I think are 4 very old vintage decorative parts from a wall light or lamp? The one still has some of the old wiring in it. One is missing the ring thing. I can see some gold color through the dirt? Does not look like dirt but they need cleaned. The one with the wire has some damage where looks scraped and that is where I can see the gold. I did not clean up because I did not want to ruin them. These have to be part of an old light since the one has the wiring. But I really don't know. I got a huge lot of cast I have been listing and have some still to list. Check it all out on my other sales. I have no idea what some of these are for. They are here for sale. This item is approximately 5 3/4 inches tall and about 3 3/4 inches across at the widest part. Each one weighs.46 pounds.

Pair Antique Cast Iron Art Deco 1930's Vintage Outdoor Sconces Old Wall Lights
This huge pair of cast iron Art Deco sconces came from the same estate as all the other sconces we have listed this week. This pair must have come off of a commercial building such as a bank or a factory. Certainly were used on the exterior of an old commercial building. These heavy cast iron sconces have some of the best Art Deco lines of any you will find. The sconces are in generally good condition. The flat black paint as it is in really good condition so probably recent and they have no breaks, cracks or repairs. Although the one is missing its socket and the jar type adapter which I assume was to screw the shade to, it would be easy to replace with just a socket and then place the shade in the 6" fitter. You will see holes in the sides of the fitter however they have no threads. You could probably tap them for threads to put set ... morescrews to hold the shades however not really necessary as the round shade would certainly fit nicely into the fitter. These old sconces are incredible size wise. Each one measures about 13 1/2" tall with the flat sided roundish part being a good 3 1/4" diameter. Here is an unbelievable matched pair of heavy cast iron wall sconces. They are huge- 32" long(see photos for other dimensions) and weigh 75 pounds each. Super heavy duty- the scrolled wrought iron bracket is 1/2" thick. They are made for exterior use. But could easily be hung indoors as well. The have a great massive gothic look, and you will not find these again. Top quality- the glass lenses are a full 360 degrees, so it even shines back on the bracket to accentuate the look. This is the real deal in great condition- the only comment is that one of the rear lenses has a crack that is shown in the last photo. Still intact and not very visible, but easily fixed if you want. One measures 12 1/2 inches tall. The other 13 inches(31.8 cm, 33 cm) They're each 9 inches wide(22.9 cm) They protrude from the wall 3 3/4 inches(9.5 cm) The detailed hand work is really beautiful. They're all original and have never been repainted. They each have a little hole on the flat star base of the candleholder section. So with a little ingenuity they can actually be turned into lights if you like. They're both in very good condition. With just embedded dust on them and a few tiny areas where paint has chipped off. Vintage Iron 2 arm Wall Sconces Monterey Spanish Revival Arts Crafts orig paint
Up for consideration is a pair of vintage 2 arm cast iron wall sconces in original paint. The sconces measure 10 inches tall by 10 1/2 inches wide. They have great black green red coloration with spots of oxidization. They need to be rewired. The candle covers do not go with the sconces. The are marked Patented on the back as well as with some numbers. These are very good looking sconces and they are hard to come by in original paint. These fit in a variety of Styles From Rancho Monterey. Cali Style, to Spanish Revival and Tudor as Well Gothic and Arts& Crafts. The sconces are cast to look like Wrought iron. Set of two antique electric wall sconces. Cast iron? Definitely ferrous metal. Original'hold down' bolts are present(center of each) Original enamel paint on details. Some cream colored wall paint. Pair of Vtg Antique Industrial Cast Iron Wall Lamp Sconces Garage Barn Lights
For your consideration is a pair of nice vintage cast iron lamps. The lamps have been wire brushed and have 3 coats of a flat black primer. The may be used as are or ready to paint your own paint colors. The globe fitter screws all look original but one and have considerable wear to the threads. The lamp wall bases are 7 1/8" in diameter x 11 1/2" deep with a 4" globe fitter. The new porcelain sockets accept a standard base bulb(bulbs not included) The lamps have been rewired with 18 gauge wire and are ready to be hard wired. My grandfather had them hanging in his shop for at least 35 years and I know they were given to him by my great grandfather. I have tried to research the style. Wood and stamp.
