The six slumped amber pebble glass panes are new& are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Each porch sconce measures 12 3/4” tall, 10 1/2” wide& extend 5” from the wall. They open to change the light bulb by unscrewing the small ballhead screw near the top, and then pulling the shade frame down with its hinges. The bottom brass hinges are new. Exact age unknown. We are told the more inclusions of bubbles in the glass the older the piece. This globe is loaded. Really a unique wonderful piece of glass. Hand painted but we think this was done in more recent times. We see the artisan had a few spots of paint outside the lines on the glass. Presented"as found" We see that this is slightly dirty and could use a careful cleaning. No chips or cracks but we do see some fleabites ... moreon the fitter flange. As the glass sits in the base this fixture measures approx. 8 1/2" tall. 4" fitter. The widest part of the glass measures approx. 7 1/4" diameter. The cast iron base measures approx. 6 3/4" diameter x 1 3/4" tall. It has some casting numbers. The glass attaches to the base with three set screws. This 1920s Celtic Arts& Crafts porch sconce is made of sheet iron(frame& top) Cast brass(arm& finial) and spun brass(backplate) with embossed Celtic brass medallions on the sides& crosses on top of the shade frame. The six honey& white slag glass panes are new& in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. The sconce is 13” tall, 7” at the widest& extends 7” from the wall. It is rewired& ready to mount. Antique Brass Slag Glass Hall Porch Lantern Arts & Crafts Mission Re-wired Nice!
Here's a good authentic mission/arts& crafts style lantern fixture that recently came out of a small town Nebraska estate. Would date to 1910 or so. The lantern is 6" by 6" at the base and about 12" to the hanging hook. Made of brass with original green slag glass. Parts of the brass have old gilt paint on them. Some oxidation. No cracks in the glass. Has been safely re-wired for use. Has a pull-chain socket but this can be wired directly with the switch set to on. Use in a hall or on your porch. With it's current length of chain has a about a 32" drop. Chain can be shortened. Great period piece. Careful packing. Guaranteed to be old and authentic.

Up for auction is an antique light fixture. Probable for a porch. Looks like an outdoor fixture. The fixture is metal. Painted white. The globe is white glass. The acorn at the end of the glass is cast aluminum. It uses a standard size bulb. I don't know if it works. I have no way of testing it. It's in good used condition. No cracks. Chips, or breaks. One very tiny chip on the globe edge that goes into the fixture, hardly noticeable. Some surface rust on the metal, paint worn/faded. Globe has scuffs and marks. Looks like a new socket has been put into it. Has the original screws that hold the globe on. It measures 12" long. Fixture is 5 1/4" diameter, globe is about 6" diameter, opening that goes into the fixture is 3 1/8" diameter. Mid-Century Outdoor House Porch Lights, Carriage House Style, Curved Amber Glass
Pair Mid-Century Exterior Lights This auction is for one pair of outdoor light fixtures. We took them off our house two years ago when we had to reside and they were working fine at that time. They are all still wired for 110 and a medium size base bulb. They were on the house for about 50 years. They are carriage house style. They are cast aluminum and in great vintage condition with wear appropriate for the age and being outdoors. The color is black(needs paint) and the glass is amber and curved. The glass is all good. No cracks or missing pieces. The first four pictures show each side of the pair. The fifth picture shows the bottom. NOTE that on the bottom of one of the lights, a small(about 3/4" piece is broken off. We do not have the broken off piece. The next two pictures shows the tops. And the last three pictures show the textured ... moreglass, with each picture getting closer to the glass. The top is hinged with a screw latch. The hinges are good. Each light weighs about 5 and 1/2 lbs. Each light is about 20" tall. The hinged top is 8" x 8" and the bottom of the main part is 2 1/4" x 2 1/4" and has a drain hole. The glass starts just under the hinge and goes to the bottom of the main part so it has a very nice curve. They mount on a wall and the mount is about 5" tall x 4 1/4" wide. The light extends from the back of the mount to the hinge by 1 1/2" There is a coordinating porch post lamp that is still being used. International bidders MUST contact me prior to bidding for a shipping estimate! Up for sale is a Vintage Cast Iron Slag Glass Gothic Arts& Crafts Mission Porch Light Fixture. This fixture has a great revival look. features removable slag glass panels. They were originally installed via 2 L-brackets. So that they could slide in. Now, the bottom brackets are still there, but the top brackets have eroded away, or they were possibly cut out so that the glass could be removed. This is all the original glass that came with the fixture. The only way I could figure out how to properly hold the glass in, was to use velcro on the top side. Believe it or not, it works pretty well! I took a photo showing the little velcro tabs. Obviously you could remove those tabs if you wanted to use a different method. The glass panels will be removing during ... moreshipping. Otherwise. The glass is free of any chips or cracks. The fixture is very old and vintage, and has a few areas that are weathered& have small splits(near the bottom finial part) The paint isn't in the best condition but has the weathered appeal. The base is cast iron; the other part of the fixture(the fram part where the glass goes) is not cast iron, it's some sort of painted metal. The entire fixture is heavy and solid, weighing in at about 5 ounds. The fixture has a new porcelain socket& brand new wiring. It's in excellent workding condition! The entire fixture measures 12" long by approximately 6" wide. The glass has a green swirl design but when lit. It almost looks yellow. For your consideration is this magnificent pair of antique Tudor style porch lights. This pair of copper lights was made between 1915 to 1920. Note the wonderful detailing on the lights. And the great hanger style backplates. The lights measure 14 1/2" tall by 7 1/2" across and stand out from the wall 10 1/2" The access doors are on the side and both working well, with latches that hold well. The textured amber glass is original and in good condition, no cracks or broken panes. The sockets are porcelain and take standard Edison base light bulbs. The wonderful aged finish is natural, but been given a clear coat to protect and enhance the lights. Vintage, Arts & Crafts - English Tudor, Chunk Glass Porch Light - Lamp - Sconce
Restored. Vintage, chunk glass, 6 sided porch lamp/sconce, newly painted in Charleston Green. Light has been rewired to current electrical code, with ground wire. Surface has a hammered look to it. 14" tall and projects 10" Probably from the 30's. Very solidly built and has great presence. If you're artistic, or at least adventurous, you could paint the back of the glass various colors and make a stunning faux stained glass lamp. Please email with any questions. NICE ART AND CRAFTS SLAG GLASS GOTHIC HANGING PORCH LIGHT
This auction is for a neat Art and Crafts period Gothic style hanging porch light. It has 8 slag glass and amber glass panels. The light has a great look but has a few minor losses that are not too noticable. Especially if it is hanging. First it is missing two decorative finials, one on one top corner and one on the bottom. One amber glass panel has some light crackling to the glass. It is not broken through and the glass is in tact. It is also missing the piece that would cover the wiring where it gos into the ceiling. There is some light paint loss to the metal but it only serves to give the light character. The piece measures about 13" tall from top to bottom and about 7" wide at the top, narrowing smaller to the bottom. Sold with No reserve! THanks for your bid and Good Luck!

This is a wonderful pair of vintage metal Mission Arts and Crafts style Porch/Bungalow lights. Not an expert on material but I did a magnet test& it DOES NOT adhere to the metal. These are ceiling hanging fixtures with stunning caramel-colored slag glass panels. The slag glass even has a gorgeous iridescence to it. The tops look like they are riveted. The light sockets inside are still intact& usable. The sockets feel& look like porcelain. The wiring is CLOTH original to the fixtures and is still intact. Was told at the estate sale lights were hanging in place and working just fine, however, you might want to have an electrician to check them over since it still has the antique cloth wiring. Both fixtures are in exceptionally good condition for the age. Appears to have been in their original location and hung there for many many ... moreyears. The textured amber glass I was told is original to the fixtures and ALL PANELS are in good condition with no cracks or breaks. I did notice one of the panels are inserted in reverse and probably hung that way unnoticed. Also the cap that hugs the ceiling is missing on one but should be an easy replacement. Gorgeous antique light fixture. Featuring a cylinder amber glass shade in a brass fixture, four rods with finials on both ends hold the glass shade in place. The fixture is solid brass, it has a brass toned paint on it which is original, this could be stripped however and this would really shine. It has some minor stress marks and dents typical of brass, but nothing major, some wear but could easily be used and displayed as it is. It has been rewired with a porcelain socket and new wiring and could take a 100 watt bulb if desired. Original mounting hardware. The only replacement part on this aside from the socket is the finials on the bottom of the fixture which are new, solid brass- one original finial was missing so they were replaced. Vintage Tudor Gothic Wrought Iron Porch Light Reticulated captured Crackle Glass
This crusty 50+ year old survivor is freshly removed from an old porch in Michigan and needs TLC. The lantern measures an impressive 16” tall(add 5” for the massive link chain) x 8” square near the top x 4” square near the base and has wrought twist corner elements and wrought floral topper. The glass is a rare olive amber crackle blown into an iron mesh. I see no breaks in the glass and it has no wiring. It is obviously rusty under a later coat of black paint: I see no rust-through. Antique? Handmade Porch/Outdoor Light w/ Hand-Blown Glass.
This auction is for ONE old. Handmade porch or outdoor light. The light the winner receives, may or may not be pictured, but the two main differences between the lights is how much exterior paint is on them and how much twist there is on the 1/4" square stock welded to the light. It is probably an antique. But I haven't been able to verify that. I am told these were taken off a local church in the Williams, AZ area. It was definitely on a building when someone repainted it. That is why you see paint on the parts that would have been against the wall. The previous owner told me that the glass is handblown. When you run your hand on the glass. Pieces of it tries to grab you. The 1/4" square stock looks like it was heated& hand twisted. Before it was welded to the frame. Rate of twist varies from bar to bar on the light. Some ... moreare 1 twist per inch. Some are 1 twist per 2 inch. The wires are pretty old& I don't trust the insulation. A vintage cast iron light fixture with lightly textured ruby red glass panels. Measures approximately 11-1/2" tall to the top of the hanger finial x 4¾" in diameter at the widest point. The mounting plate measures approximately 6" in diameter. The glass panels are free from chips or cracks. Overall condition is good. There are small two cracks in the cast iron on one side which does not affect the soundness of the fixture- please see picture#6, the cast iron is oxidized, it will need new wiring and will benefit from a more thorough cleaning.

Nice looking vintage lamp. Has a little paint on rim. Signs of wear but sits straight and no damage. Glass globe inside has a little chipping on one spot where it meets the housing. You can see condition in the pics. Solid with all nuts and screws. Just needs mount bar which is easy to find. I will try to take a picture when lighted soon. Has a good amount of wire left for install. Glass cylider is very nice and is 1/4" thick at bottom and thinner at top to fit housing. Etched flower design. About a foot tall and 8" Diameter.
