The light reflects so well off the the candle wick detailing that runs from top to bottom. It is blue with beautiful-highly detailed clear glass. All components are in excellent condition and are from the mid century era. The shade and stem compliment each other nicely. The shade measures about 12 inches in diameter and is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. The metal components have been sanded and repainted a glossy white. The original Leviton porcelain socket has been rewired and accepts a 150 watt bulb. This amazing light fixture hangs 16 inches from the ceiling. The mounting hardware will be included. Today I can envision the chandelier in your newly renovated kitchen or spa bathroom. DETAILS: Sadly. The period-correct, hand-painted bulbs are not included. The gilt tole frame has a nice aged patina and tiers of delicate branches draped with very unique glass beads. Blue opaline glass drops are dripping from 4 levels and there is a blue opaline bobeche at the bottom. The three candelabra arms have lovely old ribbed clear bobeches which tie in nicely with the original beaded swags. Currently working with e-14 base sockets. You can easily change to US sockets or use adapters if desired. All vintage wiring should be checked and installed by a qualified person. Maker: Verrerie d'Art Degué(the chandelier is not signed by Degue(like many of their chandeliers) But has the model number(no. 210) stamped on it's border. Materials: The center bowl is made out of thick-walled. Molded glass and is partly clear polished and partly frosted. It shows a strictly geometrical reduced and outstanding leafs decor in its center- the border is adorned with clear glass bubbles. The chrome-plated metal fixture is still original from the time. The chandelier is equipped with two bulb sockets, so the center bowl becomes equally illuminated. Very beautiful! We are pleased to offer this antique(c1940s) French. Louis XVI styled brass and crystal chandelier. This lovely, elegant fixture is LOADED with crystal details. The chandelier frame is brilliant brass, open cage design, with an incised, faux twist pattern on the arms. The frame is a delicate brass cage which is scrolled on the top and bottom. The frame attaches to the bottom of the chandelier in between each arm. The top of the fixture has a total of 8 large crystal florettes attached to the scrolled frame. There are 8 of the florettes toward the lower section of the frame as well. There are 3 tiers of crystal beaded chains which attach horizontally to the fixture. The top section of chain features a large, blue, raindrop crystal which hangs(vertically) in the center of the chains. The middle row of chains have a 4 bead crystal ... morechain that hangs vertically in the center. The bottom tier of horizontal chains do not have a vertical feature as the candle sleeves rise at this mid section. The bottom of the chandelier features 9 blue raindrop crystals. There is expected aging to the brass patina in a few areas. But overall it is still brilliant brass in color. Florettes are in very good condition. LARGE MID CENTURY ITALIAN BLUE WHITE CRACKLED DELFT PORCELAIN 6 ARM CHANDELIER
We are pleased to offer this beautiful. Made in Italy, crackled porcelain, Delft style chandelier. This stunning fixture features ornate brass hardware with 6 deeply curved arms. The arms have"tied tassel" leaf feature at their mid section. There are smaller, non-functioning, decorative arms in between which are fashioned in acanthus leaf scrolls. The porcelain is beautiful. It is white and has a crackled finish. There are blue painted accents and flowers. There are also black flowers for contrast. The chandelier body is porcelain as are the bobeches. Under each bobeche is a brownish gold, porcelain sphere. There is a bell shaped porcelain cup on the bottom of the fixture. It houses a single bulb for down lighting. Therefore the chandelier is a 6 arm, 7 light fixture. The original, Made in Italy" stickers are still present ... moreon the top side of the bobeches but most of them have faded. This is a beautiful, Mid Century(1950s to 1960s) fixture. It is in very good condition with very little evidence of age. The wiring is vintage but in very good condition and the chandelier is ready to hang. There is an on/off switch on the fixture. The fixture requires 6 candelabra type bulbs for the arms and one standard bulb for the down light feature. Standard, 60 watt bulbs are recommended. j The chandelier is large. MID CENTURY FRENCH ITALIAN TOLE STAINED BLUE PURPLE GOLD GLASS CHANDELIER LAMP
We are pleased to offer this very nice. Ornate and quite unique Mid Century(1960s) French or Italian tole pendant lamp/chandelier. This 6 paneled, 3 light fixture features an ornate tole frame. The tole has a hammered pattern and extends around the bottom of the frame and in the borders of each panel. Each panel features a large wire fleur de lis which is topped with a tole acanthus leaf. There is also a tole flower in the center of each fleur de lis. The finial is gilted tole acanthus leaves that curl upward on each end. The stained glass panels are textured and alternate with 2 blue panels, 2 gold panels and 2 purple panels. The glass graduates in width and is wider at the bottom sections. The 3 light section of the pendant is gilded with nice bobeches and curved arms in candlestick design. There is also a bottom finial. This beautiful ... morefixture is in EXCELLENT condition with very little wear or evidence of age. The glass is free of chips. Cracks, etc. The wiring is in very good vintage condition and the fixture is working. There are several feet of the original chain. The chain is thick and is gorgeous with twisted detail and gilt finish. There is no ceiling cover/canopy with the fixture. The pendant measures 17" tall from the top finial to the bottom frame. The bottom finial extends another 1.5" below the frame. The bottom diameter is 17.25" Each glass panel is 11" tall. 2" wide at the top and 8" wide at the bottom. This is a nice antique early 20th century powder blue Venetian glass chandelier. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with some fading as well as it having losses to the gold decoration and it is missing a leaf or flower. I'm not sure which, and it comes exactly as shown. Although not shown it does work. It measures approximately 17 1/2" x 17 1/2" x 22" and has no chain. Up for auction is an AMAZING rare original vintage hand blown blue glass grape cluster light chandelier! This light fixture was recently removed from a New Hampshire estate and is fresh to the market! I am unsure of the exact maker of this light. But believe it to be Italian made. It consists of several hand blown blue glass(rare color, couldn't find another one like it) single"grape-like" pieces that are about 2" in diameter and 3.5" long. In between these grape fixtures that are several small blue glass leaves that give an excellent t touch to the overall look of this great chandelier! Each glass piece has a small piece of wire that has been blown into the glass and then wrapped around a central metal wire cage in a cluster fashion. There are two different looking glass grapes that make up the light. Several have ... morea crackled surface(not cracks through the glass, simply a surface texture) and others are smooth with curved longitudinal segments. Condition wise, this light fixture is in as found condition. We have not tried to clean, re-wire or alter it in any way once removing it from the estate. The bottom looks like it may be missing some of the glass grape pieces(see photos and judge for yourself) but this doesn't take away from the amazing look of this piece. VINTAGE 6L~French Italian AQUA Blue Macaroni BEADED CHANDELIER~Murano Ball DROPS This gorgeous old chandelier is French with Italian Aqua Blue Murano glass ball drops. Dating to the early 1900's. It has 6 lights, macaroni beaded strands, rosette tipped branches and ultra rare turquoise ball drops. Measuring 18 inches in diameter and 22 inches long without any chain, there is an additional 15 inches of chain and lead wire so height can be adjusted. In very good condition, the only flaw I can see is that the arms don't sit perfectly straight which seems to be the norm with these old French hand made chandeliers. I have added 6 new US standard light sockets and the wiring is working well. All vintage wiring should be checked by a qualified electrician. I take great care in packing every item and have been shipping chandeliers worldwide ... morefor over 10 years. I purchase bubble wrap. Styrofoam chips, tape and use sturdy boxes to assure a safe delivery. Larger chandeliers will have the arms unsrewed and lifted. Restored 1920s Vintage Blue Art Deco Glass Light Fixture Chandelier!
This is a very unusual pretty blue shade. It has thick clear embossed design that almost looks like a shell pattern on a pale blue background. This is a very thick old shade. It's not a new reproduction. It has a crystal clear ribbed stem and candle cup that holds five water drop style prisms. This fixture hangs 18" from the ceiling. And can be lengthened or shortened slightly. Let me know the length you need, and I'll let you know if it's possible or not. This fixture is perfect for lots of impact in a small room with a low ceiling. This would be gorgeous in an entryway or powder bath. It's really beautiful when lit. The shade measures 11 inches in diameter. The hardware. And canopy are dark antique brass finish. The shade hangs by three silver tone chains with a crystal bead on the ends. This fixture has a brand new ... moretriple socket and new wiring. It takes three standard size light bulbs. A really nice feature of old glass is that it gives off a beautiful warm glow no matter what kind of bulb you use. In the pictures above. Vintage Wrought Iron Hanging Chandelier with 8 Handblown Blue Glass globes
Offered here is a vintage wrought iron chandelier with 8 what appears to be hand blowen glass globes in a crackle glass pattern. The globes appear to have been blowne right in the iron frames. The glass is 3/8 inch thick. The chandelier measure 32 inches across and is 18 inches high from the point at the bottom to the top ring. There is a chain that it hangs from that measure 36 inches long. The wiring is all intact but I would recommend that it be rewired to make sure there are no problems. This chandelier has set in a damp location for a few years and has some surface rust on it that I think could be cleaned up easily or it can be left as is and be called Rusty Rustic or something like that.
