Same pattern but the canopies on this pair are slightly different in size. The pair on the right is for Martha. They have smaller E-25 shades. The shades on this pair as pictured are XE-40 which match the double sconces. If you prefer the smaller E-25 Holophanes on your pair then I will ship that model instead. They are all brass from around 1912 plus. Please see the other listings if you need more sconces or pendants to match these. The shades for these are period Holophanes. Some of the shades for these sconces have rib fleabites no worse than the ones by my fingers in the pictures. These wall lamps have been washed. I believe the piece to be made from bronze and brass and it measures 17" long from the top of the bow to the very bottom underneath the middle candle holder and just a little over 11 1/2" across the center front outside edge. Also measuring just shy of 11 1/4" from the back inside edge where a mirror or picture would be held and 36 1/2" all the way around the circle frame. As seen it has 3 seperate candle holders highly decorated with ornate molded florals& leaves. Detailed raised trim beading and what looks like a hand hammered top bow& ribbons. On the back is missing a couple of metal brackets which hold the mirror or picture inside the frame. The piece looks solid& free any breaks with no signs of ... moreany repairs. It's in a naturally aged patina no polishing and other than some naturally aged ware& tare such as tarnish as shown. A good polish will bring out it's beauty. These are very different and were taken out of an old house in central Missouri. The sconces have exposed screw threads on the backs and under the shade fitters. They do not have back plates or shades. They are wired and the wiring is vintage but good. The sconces are very simple for a very clean look. For your bidding is a gorgeous pair of Art Deco 2 Light wall sconces. The backs which are 7" in diameter are brass grating with a brass plate in the back that has been painted white. Each sconce has two lights/candles that are 6 1/2" tall with the original sleeves and pull changes to turn on and off(all working) The total length of each sconce is 9 1/2" The arms of the lights have swirled detailed designs and reach out 6 1/2" from the wall. The back plates of the sconces are held on by three nuts. There is a metal bar in which to hang them. They have the original wiring which looks to be in good condition. All parts are originals. Pair Vintage Brass Or Bronze Victorian Style Grapes Sconces Wall Candleholders
These sconces came from the same estate as all the bother sconces we have listed this week. These feature a back plate of grapes with the vines and leaves swooping out in an S fashion to hold the holder part. They're cast from either brass or bronze. Can't really tell as the patina is real dark. A magnet sticks very slightly to the holder part so they must be plated. Each holder has remnants of a candle in them. Minor white-ish colored oxidation appears on both which is of no concern as it just adds to the vintage look. Not sure of age on this pair. each one measures about 5" tall with a 4 3/4" protrusion. But was turned into this wonderful candle holder and very high quality. it has exquisite ornate detailing and holds 2 candles. it is made from thick heavy bronze and has a wonderful patina from age. it is highly embossed with beautiful scroll work. They were installed in my old home and I have moved- thought I would use them but have gone more modern! So my lovely lights can now be yours! They feature ribbons. Swags, urns and floral accents. Stunning Pair of Antique Floral Brass or Bronze Wall Shelves/ Sconces

As one can clearly see they are beautifully crafted in a floral. Stem and leaf design. Although not an expert, I believe thay are painted in their goldish copper color and since there are a few areas where the paint has worn off, the metal below appears to be bronze. They not marked though I believe these may date to some time mid 20th century. The two pieces are solid and heavy pieces weighing approximately 5 pounds three ounces each. There is a little play when prompted between the top shelf and the lower floral area which is only mentioned for accuracy as they are held together by two screws. As aforementioned there is some wear along with some areas where the paint has worn off though not easily or initially ... moredetectable. These detailed descriptions certainly do ot detract from the general aesthetics or functionality of the set and are only mentioned for accuracy. One may say they have weathered the years extremely well and are in very good condition for their age. These treasures measure approximately 13 to 13 1/8 inches longest point top to bottom( not counting the two extended areas where the screws go in to mount the piece) x 6 1/4 inches across x 5 1/8 inches front to back if looking at them from the front. This is a very solid heavy pieces weighing approximately 10 pounds 6 ounces together so shipping will most likely be higher than normal. This is an old antique Bronze or brass electric wall sconce. Quite heavy for it's size. It has 2 scrolled arms that hold ornate design candelabra style lights. Each has a light socket inside. The candles are made of hard plastic type material. The back section that goes against the wall has a cherub style face. It measures 9 1/2" from top to bottom. It is approximately 6 3/4" wide. This is a Beautiful Pair of Heavy Antique/ Vintage Cast Solid Bronze or Brass Wall Sconces with Etched Frosted Glass Shades. Made in Italy. Each of these heavy sconces weighs just under 3 pounds(without the shades about 6 pounds for the pair) And they have a nice heavy, solid feel. The back of each sconce has"ITALY" etched or cast into the back near the center hole as seen with a blue circle and arrow calling your attention to the location. I initially thought the sconces were brass but based on the patina and weight we think the may likely be bronze but we do not know for sure. I took the following measurements(all approximate) Description Measurement Total overall height of sconce and shade 10 1/2" Total overall height of sconce and wall plate without shade 8 1/2" Maximum depth from wall without shade 5 3/4" Maximum ... moredepth from wall with shade 6 3/4" Centerline height of wall plate 6 1/2" Maximum width of wall plate 4 1/2" Maximum diameter of glass shade 4 1/2" Top outer diameter of shade 2 3/4" Bottom outer diameter of shade 2" The sconces are made to be installed on electrical boxes on the wall following all applicable electric codes. There are not light switches on the fixtures. So clearly the sconces are intended for installation on boxes controlled by a wall light switch. The wiring is the old cloth covered type. I do not know if this meets current standards or not; convert an electrical professional. As you can see there is an IBEW(International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) UNION MADE green and white paper sticker and an Underwriters Laboratories Inc. black and yellow sticker on the back as seen. I found online that Underwriter Laboratories was founded in 1894. I would date them to C1910-1920s the back plates and arms are bronze and are incredibly ornate in the Art Nouveau in style, the dishes are made of brass with beautiful coloured claw held glass cabochons, in two shades of blue, green red, they are so beautiful and just imagine how fabulous they will look lit. I think they are designed for the bowls to point downwards but I have photographed them both ways because I think the choice can be yours, they are exacly as I found them on an antique market here in the South of France, there is the odd mark here and there on the brass cups, these marks possibly will come off with cleaning, but they are very old, you will see they look simply stunning, they are wired for use, but with all second hand electrical items it is always ... morewise to have them checked before use, they are designed to take bayonnet type light bulbs. 14' high and 11.5' from the end of one arm to the other end. This two light wall scone is in fine condition. As can be seen clearly from pictures it is beautiful. Actually I just acquired this and a few more wall lights from a new residence I just bought from a spinster who comes from a very well known family here in Malta were I live. She took most of her antiques but I have a feeling she left this and all her other wall lights because she did not know how to disconnect it. Each of the bobeches and candle-cups feature a foliate motif. This pair is very rare and unusual as the sconces mirror each other, unlike most common pairs where both sconces are the same. Both sconces have very minor hairline cracks to the back-plates, and the back-plates are slightly bent outwards(we did not try to bend them back) One of the outer arms of the left sconce was repaired in the past(before current ownership) and is slightly bent backwards.
