Antique Hand Wrought Iron 8 Light Chandelier Copper/Brass Gothic Spanish Revival
Absolutely stunning chandelier. Incredibly heavy 40 lbs or more. Just over 30 inches across making a 60 inch circumference. It is hanging down about 40 inches the way I have hooked it for the photos. Each post is 15 inches long from the leaf tip to the end of the brass and copper ball. This looks as though it has been re painted. It has been painted over on the electric wires. The iron has some slight pitting underneath in small areas but it is a normal issue considering its age. There are 4 chains plus a cap with more chain to hang lower if needed. This auction if for a very beautiful. Ornate and well made vintage made in Spain brass and crystal chandelier. The chandelier is a three tier one. With crystal prisms hanging from all three layers and it has eight arms with eight lights(candles) The metal work is all solid brass and it is therefore very heavy. Without the prisms on. It weighs 20 pounds. The ornate brass canopy and chain are original to the chandelier and are matching all other scrolled work on the metal. The entire brass metal work on the chandelier is very intricately detailed. It has a brilliant brass frame that features both straight lines as well as curves. There are four curved upper arms which connect to and support the fixture. The body of the chandlier feature 8 panel design. Brilliant brass separates the glass panels. The glass is very thick and is curved inward(concave) It is deeply etched/engraved on the top, down the sides, on the bottom with a linear, tri-cut design. The glass panels are held to the curved brass frame with a screw on their upper sections as well as their lower. The brass frame is accented on each panel with an acorn finial both on the upper and lower sections. The ornate center column is brass with an incised twist pattern. The frame attaches to the bottom of the chandelier in between each arm. The top of the fixture has a total of 8 large crystal florettes attached to the scrolled frame. There are 8 of the florettes toward the lower section of the frame as well. There are 3 tiers of crystal beaded chains which attach horizontally to the fixture. The top section of chain features a large, blue, raindrop crystal which hangs(vertically) in the center of the chains. The middle row of chains have a 4 bead crystal ... morechain that hangs vertically in the center. The bottom tier of horizontal chains do not have a vertical feature as the candle sleeves rise at this mid section. The bottom of the chandelier features 9 blue raindrop crystals. This is a stunning and eye catching chandelier! The chandelier includes original ceiling cover/canopy and several inches of original chain. The chandlier is in very good condition. There is expected aging to the brass patina in a few areas. But overall it is still brilliant brass in color. Florettes are in very good condition. Wiring is vintage, but is in very good condition and chandelier is working. It has a blue"Union Made" sticker attached to the inside of the canopy. There are no other marks. 8 Matched Vintage Cast Brass Nautical Wall Sconce Lights - Polished & Rewired

These original cast brass nautical lights are just a little smaller than our other bulkhead lights. From the top of the wall mount to the bottom of the cage they measures just over 8 inches long. When mounted to the wall they will extend out by about 6 inches. The wall mount is 3 1/2 inches tall and about 3 inches wide with three mount holes. The cage unscrews from the main light housing and the glass globe drops out and gives way to the bulb fixture. The glass globes in these lights something have minor chipping along the bottom edge. But with the rubber gasket in place, you never see it. These lights have been ... morere-wired with all new Westinghouse UL-Listed parts rated for up to 250 volts. Normal house current will work just fine. You can use a normal screw in house bulb of 65 watts or less in this light. These lights can be used inside or outside, they will never rust! Beautiful Antique Brass Chandelier with Crystal Globes up for Auction. It has been converted from gas to electric and works. All pieces are complete. Globe settings are adjustable. A Stunning Solid Gilt Bronze or Brass Crystal Chandelier. In a very good condition, with very sparkly crystals in varying shapes and sizes. With 8 arms. The casting is very good and there are no missing crystals. A few of the plastic candles are cracked. See pictures. Measures: hanging approx 35 inches. Width approx. 22 inches at widest point. bottom to top of chandelier where the chain connects is approx. 17 inches. Will need to be cleaned/polished as it's been hanging where you see it for the last 35 years. Has been in the same family since the mid 1950's and moved from a few different houses. This is a new old stock chandelier that dates back to 1973. Must have been in a controlled climate its whole life because it looks brand new. A real piece of history because it serves to authenticate all the other antique pineapple chandeliers out there. Buyer will receive the box it came as well as the original instructions. There are 8 arms on this stately piece along with 80(2) inch glass pendant crystals. Amazingly the crystals are 41 years old. But, are brand new. Don't forget about the massive crystal ball.
