Matching pair of elegant pendant lights from the early 20th century. Canopies. Sockets, and decorative brake in the chain are wrought brass. Chain is steel. Shades are white and cream with an acid etched finish. Each shade is decorated with a repeating palmetto and flowing foliage design. Each measures 32" long x 4 3/4" wide. Shades have 2 1/4" throats. Antique and original pair of Art Nouveau brass piano candle sconces. Or wall sconces. These sconces swivel on the piece that mounts to the wall. The y both have hard to read marks on the back- looks like DEP.MUSTER. Each scon ce stands out from the wall about 9 3/4 inches(24.8 cm) The flat piece that mounts to the wall measures about 4 3/4 inches(12.1 cm) top to bottom and 2 3/4 inches(7 cm) across at the widest point. Some points on condition: the pins on which these sconces swivel are different and likely not original. There is some pitting and greenish oxidation(see pictures) also some very small age/stress cracks that do not affect either the look or structural integrity of these sconces. Original early century art nouveau 21" wide and 21-1/2" high(to top of brass bell) expressive inter-laced nouveau brass five-light chandelier with thin and fine scalloped"pumpkin" or gourd globes. It has no damage anywhere. Just the patina of age. N.B.The high"golden" hue in some of the photos do not reflect the actual color of the chandelier. it is a darker, more golden bronze. Each globe measures roughly 5-1/4" wide by about 4-5/8" high. the globes are in fine condition. there may be some rough areas at the tops under the holders; visible globes are perfect. Beautiful ANTIQUE ART NOUVEAU ceiling light fixture from an old hotel in Hillsboro. Tx. with the period Acanthus leaf details. We have had this since the hotel was torn down in the mid 1970's. My husband's family owned this property in Hillsboro which was built around 1900. Around 1969 or 70 some of the hotel was turned into dormitory rooms for the local Hill Junior College. Then around 1975 the property was sold and it was torn down for a grocery store. My husband and I grew up in Hillsboro, before moving to Austin for UT in 1974. This is one of the pieces I thought we had lost but I recently found. It's mixed metal. brass, cast iron, maybe more. There are some holes in the electrical canopy for whatever reason. Vintage Chandelier Ceiling Light Fixture Brass Antique Art Nouveau Toggle Switch
Payment by palpal only. As shown an Antique Chandelier made from a Copper/Brass Alloy. The 3 socket shades were wired to the fixture. The holes do line up but stiff old fingers cannot manipulate the tiny screws. Note the flowers on the shades& the fixture. The piece is heavy at more than 6 lbs. And about 14 1/2" in diameter. The lamp is in very good restorable condition. The wiring has been replaced but the sockets have not. The other lamp in the last 2 pictures is listed separately. I retired from the U. S. Pair of beautiful late Victorian or Art Nouveau electrified candle sconces in ornate brass. They are marked on the back with PCCF. And +++++ underneath. At first I had thought they were made for a church(and they may well have been) but some internet research found another piece with the PCCF markings. Skinner Auctions sold a French Art Nouveau fireplace screen marked PCCF and 151CC for $652 in June of 2011. So these are definitely high end sconces; substantial. Ornate and beautiful metalwork from all angles. They measure approximately 8-1/2" high. 6-1/4" deep, and 3" wide at candle cup. Probably made for candles. I believe someone has wired them. I have not tested them, though from the look of the wires, they have been used. They are marked in pen"R" and"L" on the back.

Up for sale is an Antique Solid Brass Gas Wall Sconce features a rose design. Looks like a bouquet of roses. There are 2 tubes that lead to the large open roses, which thread onto the tubes. The front features a hole where a knob would be mounted to control the flames. There are a total of 2 gas burners, it could be used as candlestick holders or even be converted to make a really nice wall accent lamp. It is approximately 21"T x about 12 1/2"W, and total it stands approximately 4" from the wall, so I would say 4" deep. This is a really intricate and realistic casting, note the detail work on the closed buds and on the leaves. This is a very quality piece, and very solid and heavy, it weighs almost 6 lbs. Vintage antique Art Deco Nouveau ceiling light Paiste pair double brass? finial
Gorgeous architectural salvage-antique ceiling light with 2 hanging bulbs. Switches on lights have the Paiste label. Glass shades are a light champagne color and are rippled on the insides. Brown metal with gold accents-see all pics for lovely details. Plate measures 13 1/2 x 8 inches. Original cloth-covered wires so you will want to trade those out. Please see last pic-the nut for the finial bolt may need to be traded out to make the finial fit tighter. Unless you can tighten it yourself. Antique Gas Wall Sconce Solid Brass Electric Crescent B.M. Co. Art Nouveau
Up for sale is a gorgeous antique gas brass wall sconce. It has been converted to electric. But it is a vintage/antique original conversion, with the original cotton wires from the early 1900's. Stamped with the maker"Crescent B.M. Co Pat'd" on the back(there is also a patent number but it is unreadable to me) I would caution any buyer who purchases to please rewire for safety reasons. Those wires are not considered safe anymore, needs new wires if going to be used. Also needs a switch. Is in good condition, with only one notable issue. It appears that at one point there was a decorative accent on the top, it has been snapped off, it looks like it never had been there in the first place, so the break happened in a natural looking place. Antique 5 Light Early Electric Chandelier Brass Ceiling Art Nouveau Fixture
Very nice antique. Turn of the century, art nouveau 5 light chandelier. This is a very heavy solid light fixture. It weighs about 15 pounds. It measures approx. 19" across and is about 32" from the top that attaches to the ceiling to the tassel that hangs down in the middle. There are five copper lined sockets. Each one has a bakelite switch. Four of them say"GE" and the fifth one says"Paiste" The tassel in the middle is very heavy. I believe it is solid brass. This light is very old. Dating back to the early 1900's. The glass globes with it are not the original ones that were with the light. We just knocked the dust off of it. Vintage 2-Light Art Nouveau / Art Deco Brass Sconce Needs TLC Hall Porch Rehab
This is one of several sconces we got recently. They all need re-wiring. And various amount of TLC. This 2-light sconce is brass. It's dirty. We cleaned it a little. And some of the original accent paint showed through- Arts& Crafts green. The metal is solid, but one of the bobeshes is bent. The sconce does not stick to a magnet. It still has some of the old cloth wiring and needs to be rewired. From the very top to bottom. The sconce is 8.5” high without bulbs. It's about 9” wide and 5” deep. It's got a small footprint.
