The other pictures had a flash and it shows the colors more brights. But as can see it is gorgeous It has new wires. The part that has the screw under the the canopy is broken but it does not take away once you finish installing the chandelier. Light bulbs not included. It has the original sockets. Selling Here Matching pair of old pendant light fittings Very good condition and all the glass shades are perfect. Shades are 5.5" diameter and the main body has an 11" drop. Would look nice in a hall. Dining room or lounge. Fully working when removed last weekend. I will pack these securely so they will get to you in perfect condition. They are a bit dusty would benefit from a good clean. I`d guess they are c30 years old probably brass plated. Were in the hallway of our Edwardian house when we moved in. Ceiling roses not supplied and come with 3 links of chain(both available cheaply on ebay) These work best with clear candle bulbs and I`ll supply 6(used) bulbs. Old Art Deco Nouveau Victorian Ceiling Light Fixture CHANDELIER w/ 5 Orig Globes
For your consideration here is a lovely vintage old chandelier ceiling light fixture with 5 original ivory/ cream color original glass globes. There's a nice hand blown heavy glass round"ball" shaped piece on the chandelier. The entire chandelier is all completely original. It is made from multiple types of metals. I am not 100% sure what all the metals are but I think at least some of the metals may be brass. Cast metal, possibly bronze.some of the metal is magnetic and most of it is not magnetic. There's a little rust on the magnetic round disk shaped piece near the middle area of chandelier but it's nothing I would consider major. The original wiring, cables,etc are still present. The chandelier measures approximately 25 inches tall. 18 inches wide. The glass round ball shaped hand blown piece measures 9 inches around. The glass globes measure approximately 5-1/4 inches in diameter. 3 inches tall, 4 inches in diameter at largest opening and 2 inches in diameter at smallest opening. Chandelier is quite heavy. Hello Industrial and Art Deco collectors! Up for bids is this recently recovered 3 arm cast iron chandelier. It appears to be 1920s vintage and at a cross over from Art Nouveau to Art Deco. It has black and white paint over what appears to be brass or copper. Measures just over 13 inches high. There are 12 inches between each arm and the base mount is 5 inches across. I see no marks to indicate maker. Still original wire. But it hasn't been tested. Comes from storage so needs cleaning up from some dust and dirt, but what a great restoration project! Loaded with triangle shaped fluted prisms 86 in total, this is in good working condition all sockets tested, wires in direct comes with the brass finish ceiling plate, has 86 prisms total, the are 4 tiers the top tier has 21 long prisms and 21 short, the 2nd tier has 14 long and 14 short, the 3rd tier has 9 small prisms but is missing the 9 other small prisms that hang on the on the tier, the bottom tier is one row and has 7 prisms, The missing row does not take away from this light as there are so many that you can't even see it missing, I had no idea until I took it apart to clean it, the prisms just slide into place on the metal rack, This is a wonderful mid century art deco piece, a wonderful piece of architectural lighting, A must have for any collection or a great addition to any room of your ... morehome, the chandelier itself measures 19 1/2" wide by 14" high, not including the arm and post that mounts up at the ceiling, five lights on the top and one on the bottom. A PAIR of Antique THEATER SCONCES Light Fixtures! Here we have very cool and very scarce find. A pair of antique light fixtures. Sconces, that I am told came out of an old theater that was being torn down. These were purchase in New York around 20 years ago. They were probably hanging on either the wall above the aisles or over the doorways into the theater. They look to be from the early part of the century to me. These lights are huge. Measuring approximately 26" long by 6" wide. Beautiful Art Nouveau. Deco flower and scroll design that would work either horizontally or vertically. They are metal with wood backing and are quite heavy. Looks like they were originally painted gold and one of them is worn more to the metal than the other. One has original inside fixture. The other needs replacing, this should be an easy find and ... morethe backs come off very easily. The last photo. although not a very good photo-sorry) show the one with the fixture lit, to give you an idea of the pretty glow they make when working. Of course even though this one worked, I would rewire it anyway. These would be amazing brought back to the original look. Although I bought them partly because I liked the original patina, either way they will be a wonderful addition to your home or business. This auction is for 2 vintage Art Deco. Riddle Company"candle drip" sconces. 1533. These sconces are very ornate and still have a lot of their paint. They are a cast material.and a magnet will not stick to them. The switches turn fine. The sconces measure about 7 1/2" long. 4 1/4" wide at the widest point.and sticks out about 6 7/8" from the wall to farthest point. Some of the color is missing from these lights. Up for auction today you will find a very beautiful vintage chandelier. It is what I refer to as reinvented vintage. The body is very vintage/antique. But it has been recreated into a one of a kind working piece of art. This gorgeous chandelier embodies that grand eras of Art Deco and Nouveau. The frame is a dark antique gold color. It is very ornate and made of brass. The brass is thick, heavy and every inch shows intricate molded detailing. As shown. It hangs 36 inches.The 11 inch chain could be shortened easily or lengthened without much trouble. The body of it is 25 inches and it is 7 1/2 inches wide. It takes 1 regular base bulb. The decorative jewels/prisms are amber, antique gold, charcoal and clear. The jewels and prisms were painstakingly sought out over time for their unique beauty and come from my personal collection. Some are ... morecrystal, some are glass and some are lucite/acrylic. The large roses that adorn the top of this piece are ceramic/porcelain in shades of antique bronze and an antique pearl beige. The decorative metal applications are gold and silver color. The silk tassels are a deep, rich eggplant color and there are twenty of them. They all compliment each other and add to the dramatic statement of this great piece. This chandelier must be seen in person to truly be appreciated. The pictures cannot capture the full essence of this elegant chandelier. This chandelier is a tremendous find for the Art Deco. Nouveau, French, Italian or Victorian designer. Art Nouveau, Art Deco frosted glass lamp shade hexegonal form
Very nice clean Art Nouveau or early Art Deco Lamp Shade made of clear frosted glass. The shade is in clean condition with only some very small chips on the top rim(which is attaching the shade to the light fixture- therefor it will be invisible) The shade is about 6 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches in diameter. The diameter for the top is 2 1/4 inches(outer part of the rim) and 2 inches(inner curve of the rim) all messured on the outside of the rim. Overall a wonderful shade. Please see pics. Gorgeous antique pair of art deco or nouveau wall sconces. Cast metal by Moe Bridges of Milwaukee Wisconsin. Painted beige with bits of green on the leaves and other parts of the fixtures. Heavy cardboard candle covers over the sockets. Retain original finish, they have been rewired with new sockets, the original switches are still on the lights but are not hooked up. If you wished to use the switches again they should be tested, and probably new switches installed. Will work fine wired directly into your house wiring and bypassing the switches, just wiring to a wall switch. There are small bits of metal cut on the sides of each fixture, probably for wiring, this isn't readily noticeable and over all these are really cool. They could be repainted or just left shabby as they are, they are great looking pieces. This is a beautiful. Large, Art Deco ceiling light with its original chain, escutcheon, porcelain socket, globe fitter, and milk glass globe. It has been painted gold many years ago but now has a wonderful patina that cannot be reproduced(even though people try very hard) You can see the original copper on the inside. There are a couple of small dings and the paint is chipping in areas but it still looks great! It has been rewired with a new. Antique styled, cloth covered cord. The globe measures 13" w x 11" h The adjustable chain measures 29" I have other unique lighting as well as custom lighting pieces in my eBay store. I also have architectural salvage. Check it out! Art nouveau deco geometric nickel bronze ? Bomb chandelier Light Lustre French ?
I will try to describe this as best as I can; I am not a lighting expert but I do know a nice thing when I see it! If I am in error in any way. I welcome a polite correction and will add to the listing accordingly. This light fitting is the most wonderful shape. It puts me in mind of an archetypal WW1 bomb with it's upper fins. It is extremely heavy and although I'm not absolutely sure what it is made out of, it could be bronze that was nickle plated/ gilded, originally. It weighs just under 8kg, it is 75cms from the bottom point to the top of the loop fitting and it is 55cms across it's widest point. I haven't attempted to clean it in any way as it looks great the way it is. I'm sure a new owner would be the best one to decide how to use or restore it if need be. Apart from what I presume is obvious loss to the original ... morefinish, there is no damage that I can see, no dents or breakages. The shade sconces are a little out of shape here and there but nothing serious. Of course, the whole thing would need re-wiring and new bulb fittings installed but it will look sensational in the right room, I'm sure. There is a chain attachment at the top with no ceiling rose but I'm sure that this would not be too much of a problem to source. I do have 5 pink satin shades that came with the fitting and will post a picture anon. I think however that some frosted Muller or Degue shades would suit it better. Obviously the postage for this item is going to be very high- around £25 to £30 for Europe and certainly around the £100 mark to the USA. The fins at the top of the fixture and the 5 lower arms do unscrew. So it would be fairly straight forward to re-assemble. I am happy to post abroad but please do bear in mind the costs. I am happy of course to mail within the UK but would really prefer personal pick-up/ collection. If possible. I have acquired a handful of lighting pieces from this period. Dripping in prisms, this dramatic chandelier is made up of beveled glass panels, with glass, crystal and lucite prisms and 184 glass rods. All adornments are in great condition, no cracks or chips. It is rare to see these with their original fenials. This matching fenial is very ornate and highly details. The fixture has embossed pale pinkish flowers with green leaves. The sconces are cut metal flowers. This piece is simply stunning. It is in excellent condition with no dings or dents. There is a bit of paint loss where the hole is. Double candle holders with highly ornate floral deco and two big fish at the top. The sconce measures 18" tall and 10" wide across the candle holders. There is a space for a picture or photo(opening is 3 1/2" x 71/2" The back has a thin brass plate covering the photo opening and a strong round ring for hanging. It weighs over 3 1/2 lbs. There is a surface crack in the bottom right candle holder. Shown in the last photo. This is a great old piece that will add some life to your deco wherever you put it! You are bidding on one lovely Art Nouveau lightweight cast metal enamel finish ceiling light fixture. This fixture is ivory. I think it has been painted because I am also listing a matching fixture with the same sweet swirled design accented in pale aqua and rose pink. The base of the fixture that fastens to the ceiling is 6 3/8" in diameter. It has 2 holes where it screws into the ceiling. The part that holds the socket/bulb has a decorative folded back design. Winning bidder will need to have the fixture rewired as the wires are cut. There is also a little bit of paint here and there where ceiling paint got on it. Gorgeous architectural salvage-antique ceiling light with 2 hanging bulbs. Switches on lights have the Paiste label. Glass shades are a light champagne color and are rippled on the insides. Brown metal with gold accents-see all pics for lovely details. Plate measures 13 1/2 x 8 inches. Original cloth-covered wires so you will want to trade those out. Please see last pic-the nut for the finial bolt may need to be traded out to make the finial fit tighter. Unless you can tighten it yourself.
