All new modern sockets and wiring but with high quality brass casting and design. This is a large fixture and the pictures may not convey the scale. It measures 63" tall x 33" wide. It is perfect for a Victorian entryway or stairway. You would need tall ceilings for this one. Check out the pictures. The detail is beautiful. Cast Griffins and torches are right out of the 1800's. This fixture is not marked but in excellent condition. The 5 brass arms have gas key turns and nice solid brass shade holders in a period style. Shades are hand tooled glass. The design on each shades is of flowers and trees repeating around the base. The shades are French and marked"CVV Vienna and Made in France" They have a wonderful blue tint at the ruffle rimmed top. Vintage Antique Solid Brass 3 Arm Chandelier Light Fixture w/ Shades Up for your consideration is this beautiful antique solid brass 3 arm chandelier with matching shades. This fixture was installed in the library of a huge“1898” Queen Anne style summer home located in Harbor Springs. Michigan. Most of this home still relied on the original“knob and tube” wiring for its electrical power. The first floor ceilings of this home were 11' high. A few of the ceiling fixtures were controlled by pull chain switches due to the lack of wall switches. This fixture was originally equipped with a pull chain switch. Photo#10 shows the hole where the switch was installed. This ornate fixture has great detailing and is in very good condition. It has an overall height of 36-3/4” from top of canopy to the bottom tip of the finial) The widest point of the ... morefixture is approximately 22” measuring to the edges of shades. This fixture was just re-wired and new socket insulators were installed. It has been gently cleaned so as not to disturb the aged patina. All three of the original solid brass“Fat Boy” sockets have mica centers and are in very good condition. They are marked"Edison Patents 250V 50 C.P" The paddle key switches are marked“Bryant” The 2-1/4" shade fitters are marked"PAT. The cross hatched cut glass design and the delicate beaded ruffle enhance the overall beauty of this light. Shades measure 4-3/4" high. Have a 5-1/2" diameter at the ruffled bell opening and are 2-1/4" at the fitter. Canopy has a 5” diameter at the ceiling and is 3” high. The canopy has a couple of small bumps and dings. In addition. Antique Original Victorian Brass and Crystal Chandelier Parts, Just Needs Shade
This is part of an original chandelier from a registered historic Victorian mansion in New London. WI. It would have had a bowl shaped shade covering the sockets. All the hardware is included to make a complete chandelier- just the shade is missing. The base is brass and covers the cast iron bracket that screws to the ceiling. There is a brass post connected to the bracket that fits through the hole in the base. There is a brass ring that screws onto the post to hold the the base in place. On the bottom of the post are three brass loops that form a chain that the chandelier dangles from. The last loop screws onto another post that feeds through three crystal(or possibly really thick glass? pieces. Underneath the crystal is a brass housing for the wires that connect to three sockets. The sockets screw onto the brass housing and look replaceable. ... moreThe original wiring is intact which will need to be replaced. The stem comes out of the bottom where two brass rings screw on to hold the shade in place. Under the bottom ring screws a decorative tip made from brass and glass or crystal. Besides the old wiring, the fixture is in very good condition. The only flaw is a tiny unnoticeable chip missing from one of the crystal pieces. Antique Victorian Brass Chandelier 3 Lamp Ceiling Fixture Very Nice Bronze Look Brass Chandelier. The bronze color is paint and appears to be original to the fixture. I believe the metal is solid brass but I do not want to scratch any of the paint. This was removed from an older Victorian style home with tall ceilings. The fixture hangs approximately 34" from the ceiling with a switch in the top and a long brass pull chain with a glass tube pull at the bottom. Uses 3 standard socket light bulbs and standard globes. There are no globes included. The wire insulation is frayed and should be rewired prior to use. Otherwise a very nice ceiling fixture.

Offered for auction is this wonderful brass wall sconce double candle holder. The back plate screws to the wall and the two fixed candle holders stick out at 45 degree angles from the wall. The holders and the arms all have a scale like look and the finished has darkened to a nice rich brass patina The sconce stands from the wall about 4" and is 7" tall. Up for auction is an antique gas light double arm fixture recently found at auction in the Syracuse. NY area. It is found in good to very good used condition. It is quite heavy and ornate in form. The arms are in good shape as well. This hardware has a nice gold wash, with green hues. I believe it to be brass or bronze in form. This piece measures approximately 18 1/2" x 5" in size. VICTORIAN 1800s ANTIQUE CHANDELIER RESTORED BRASS GAS LIGHT ETCH GLASS SHADES
This chandelier is a beauty! Formerly a gas light. It is fully restored and electric addes. The only imperfection is a slight chip on one of the etched shades as shown in the close up picture. You will also note that the edges of the shades vary slightly even though they appear to be just alike. The chandelier measures approximately 31 1/2" tall by 32 inches wide. Local pickup would be the best scenario but will work with the buyer if shipping is necessary. This is a very old chandelier and the glass shades are original.

Vtg. Antique Brass Hanging Electric Ceiling Light! Lamp! Victorian! Chandelier
I have two of these listed so if you need a matching set please view it's mate. I listed separate because most of the time people only need one. This wonderful antique light measures 23 inches wide/round and 18 inches tall. The chain and the part that attaches to the ceiling are an additional 20 inches. But of course, the chain can be shortened to adjust to the height of your ceiling. I personally would replace the chain and rewire the lamp due to age. For its age, it's in excellent shape, and I can find very little wear. There is a bit of scuffing and the metal has tarnished a little bit in spots. That would be mainly on the chain and such though, as the body of the lamp is just great. The bulbs need replace and you can chose the bulb of your choice. Antique Victorian Gas/Electric Brass Wall Sconce~Acorn Pull Chain~Hubbel~Flowers
Beautiful little sconce. And has a very unique acorn finial on the pull chain. The set screws on the pierced top fitter are pretty little flowers, and all three are present. It was in use in our 1891 home until just recently when we opened up a wall to the reading nook it was in to make a master bath. I suspect it was there from when the house was wired to replace the gas lights. Our town. Bellefonte, was the second town to be electrified after Edison's home town! The sconce is wired and ready to go. But please an electrician or knowledgeable person double check the wiring to your satisfaction since it is not a new piece. The wiring is cloth covered, but doesn't look original, so may have been rewired more recently. The piece is marked 250V Hubbel 250W on the socket. And Pat Applied For on the arm. I polished it about 4 years ago, ... moreand it has mellowed to a lovely light brass patina. PAIR! Antique FRENCH Victorian/Art Nouveau Brass Electrified Candle Sconces~PCCF
Pair of beautiful late Victorian or Art Nouveau electrified candle sconces in ornate brass. They are marked on the back with PCCF. And +++++ underneath. At first I had thought they were made for a church(and they may well have been) but some internet research found another piece with the PCCF markings. Skinner Auctions sold a French Art Nouveau fireplace screen marked PCCF and 151CC for $652 in June of 2011. So these are definitely high end sconces; substantial. Ornate and beautiful metalwork from all angles. They measure approximately 8-1/2" high. 6-1/4" deep, and 3" wide at candle cup. Probably made for candles. I believe someone has wired them. I have not tested them, though from the look of the wires, they have been used. They are marked in pen"R" and"L" on the back.

This auction is for an ornate Victorian or Art Deco looking brass ceiling light. Chandelier style, made to hang on a chain. It was taken from my mother in laws house recently during a remodel, the house was built in 1916 and this is the original living room light. It has three lights, the holders for the bulbs are on ornate arms, and dangle, they are not fixed in place, and they were set up to turn on individually by turning the key on each light. The chain, and ornate key bit on the end are still present as well as a cone like piece, but I can't recall how they were all put together. but all the pieces are here. There are 3 heavy glass shades, lightly frosted on the insides and not chipped or damaged. The light fixture has some dust on the top, a few paint splashes from paint jobs over the years, and the wiring is the old original cloth ... morecovered style, so I would recommend rewiring! Brass Antique Victorian? Hubbell Candlestick Light Acorn Pull Chain Bracket
This listing is for an unknown age light fixture. This is a rather beautiful light fixture that most likely came from a larger chandelier or maybe a part of a wall light. It is working and has been tested. The bulb fixture was made by Hubbell. The bulb fixture fits on a bracket with grooves probably originally to hold a glass shade. The bottom bracket does have a ornate design leading to a victorian age but the pull chain and cord lend themselves to the 1920s-40s. Lastly. Someone painted some silver spots on the fixture. The bottom knob for the pull chain looks like a miniature Acorn which is a beautiful accent. The fixture measures 10.25 by 2.5 by 2.5 with a 8 foot cord. They would be good for refurbishing a victorian era home or various other decorative home projects. This would make an excellent addition to any collection. ANTIQUE VICTORIAN LOUIS XVI BRASS CUT-TO-CLEAR CHANDELIER / GASOLIER L@@K
This is a 19th century brass Gasolier. It's very large. It measures 44" high& 34" wide. The top canopy measures 10" across. The brass rim that the shade fits in measures 16" across. The frosted cut-to-clear shade measures 15 1/2" across and is 8" high. The hole in the brass top on the shade measures 2 3/4" across. This beautiful chandelier/ gasolier with the frosted cut-to-clear shade is from France and is heavy. It has a great patina on it. The wiring is old and should be replaced. I would think the light would work as is. But I haven't tried it. This originally used gas, but has been converted over to electric. All the gas valves are still present, and I'm sure could be converted back to gas. The shade does have a few small chips around the bottom rim. Which I believe is normal for these ... morekinds of lights. But it's nothing major. You can barely see them. You can mainly feel them when you run your hand around the rim. Also. I believe the chandelier is bent just a little bit, because when you put the glass shade in place one of the uprights next to it is closer than the other side. That makes me think it's bent just a little. I believe that shows in one of the pictures. I'm sure if someone takes the fixture apart, which I would think you would do to replace the wiring, it would be an easy fix. The canopy is very large on the top, and is beautiful. The two place candle pieces that hold the bulbs are broken, but can be replace easily. I will be shipping this in two different boxes to insure the shade doesn't get broken. I really have no idea what this gasolier is worth. But I do want to sell it. I'm putting a"buy it now" price on it, but if it's more than you think the chandelier is worth please be sure and make me an offer. Pretty sure it's made of brass.it weighs around 10 lbs. I looked all over. But could not find a maker's mark. If you have any idea of who the maker might be, please let me know. I'm very curious. Measuring from the rim of the mount to the bottom of the dangling"tassle" is about 37" Widest width about 19" The leaf design around the bulb area has a red/green tint. It only appears to be on certain areas though. A cool effect. I have not attempted to clean this. I will let the buyer do that as they wish. It does need a detailed cleaning. Quite sure this will need rewired. The cardboard pieces around where the bulbs go ... moreare worn. Still cool though. I can only imagine what this will look like after it's cleaned. Hung and lit. Antique Cranberry Hanging Oil Lamp Victorian Brass Queen Anne Estate Find This lamp is directly from a local estate that had accumulation from the 1800s which had been passed down in the family. The main shade was not found with the lamp. However it seems as though all the parts are there. The burner is marked Queen Anne, otherwise no other markings. Cranberry glass is in excellent condition. The brass does have some oxidation, but nothing horrible. Chain still good and functions properly. There is a weighted mechanism with a heavy iron weight in the center. The ball can be pulled up or down to allow for lighting the lamp. The weight is not included.
