This is a vintage 1915-1925 hand painted glass ceiling light globe in wonderful condition. The exterior has been hand painted with a rural scen e. One side depicts a farm setting with house and barn with trees; the opposite sho ws a road curving through trees. The two scenes are separated by water with a likeness of a sail boat on the surface and hills in th e distant background. The glass itself is frosted over a co arse surface that reminds one of ice-chipped glass. The paint has no loss and the colors are rich and vibrant still. There is one thin fitter c hip that barely breaks the surface of the edge and would never show. The globe about 12"W X 6-6.5" H with a 10" fitter. They were used on an Orleans style home that was built in Texas. They are hand blown amethyst glass into metal frames. As you can see they were out in the weather and they wire/wrought iron frames have rusted but they are still intact. I have not cleaned them but I did wash some of the dust off of one so you can see the color of the glass. There are some tiny flecks of white paint on the glass you will need to remove as well but that is easily done with paint remover. You will never find ... morea pair of fixtures like these again! I feel they will clean up nicely and one could re-paint the wire to preserve it from further rust. They come in two peices that you would screw together. They will need to be re-wired as they have the old fabric covered wiring. The small pieces go on the top with a"ring" to hang them from. Sadly. One of them has broken areas on one side. If you are adventurous you might be able to get them repaired but I would not even begin to know how. OR you could just turn that one to the backside so it could not be seen. Absolutely stunning chandelier. Incredibly heavy 40 lbs or more. Just over 30 inches across making a 60 inch circumference. It is hanging down about 40 inches the way I have hooked it for the photos. Each post is 15 inches long from the leaf tip to the end of the brass and copper ball. This looks as though it has been re painted. It has been painted over on the electric wires. The iron has some slight pitting underneath in small areas but it is a normal issue considering its age. There are 4 chains plus a cap with more chain to hang lower if needed. Antique B&H Victorian Hanging Oil Lamp Light Parlor Hand Painted Shade Prisms
Up for auction is a very nice B&H Victorian Parlor or Library Hanging Oil Lamp with hand painted shade and pull down mechanism. The color on this shade is a very beautiful blue/green with rose motif. I have purposely left the brass unpolished as the buyer may want to leave the patina. I am not sure if all the parts which usually come with this brand and style of light are all present. I have tried to take adequate photos but if you require more or additional explanation. Please feel free to message me. It is up to the buyer to know whether the light is complete. I know that it hangs there and lights up and does a great job of looking gorgeous. Beyond that there are a couple issues which I will let you know about. I noticed the pull down weight extension mechanism tends to let the light"droop" I'm sure this is just a matter ... moreof some type of adjustment and is not serious. The ring between the mechanism and the lamp does not want to seem to balance so it is horizontal. Since I do not usually deal in these, I'm not sure what this needs to make it straight. May also be something very simple. The actual oil lamp is a hobnail reproduction. There may be something more suitable out there that should go with this fixture. The shade has an irregular flat spot around the large rim which you can see in the photos. This does not affect it being able to fit in the ring and it is not visible unless it is removed from the ring. There are no cracks or chips in the shade but some of the gold paint has worn off a bit. All the prisms appear to be present but they could use a good polishing. This lamp will be insured by the buyer for shipment and will be packaged meticulously.

Stunning Antique Hand Cut Crystal Chandelier 5 Arms Dripping prisim drops etched
This stunning 5 arm crystal chandelier is just dripping with crystals! Even the arms are made of glass! It has a partial sticker on it that reads IMPORTED Hand Made and the partial name EAOCRY but the rest is gone so I don't know the maker. If anyone does please let me know. The chandelier measures about 18 inches tall and 22 inches wide. The crystal ball on the bottom measures 1 and 9/16 inches. There are about 55 of the 3 inch drop crystals on it. Thee are 5 of the 1 inch square crystals holding 10 buttom chains each measuring about 14 inches. There are 5 etched votive cups that are 6 inches tall and about 4 inches across at the top. One of the votives is cracd but not all the way broked and I will try to pack it so it isn't broken completely in shipping. This chandelier is heavy and in great condition. The wires appear to be fabric ... morebut look to be in great condition. There are also 5 bulbs included but not pictured. I don't know if they work or not as I have no way to test it. Theer are a couple button and one 3 inch drip extra, I can't find out where they are missing from. None of the crystals appear to be broken and the pics look like the glass is white but it's just the lighting. The crystals and arms on this are clear. It is a torpedo like shaped fixture that has hand painted lines through it that form a check like pattern. It has a brass top and hanging chain on it. It measures 11 inches from the brass hook on its top to the pointed shaped bottom. It is about 4 1/2 inches at its widest part. Circa 1930's. This item is in very good condition with the exception being a'dent' on the top part of the glass dome. Not sure if it could have been from it being blown glass or not but its more like a melt then anything else and its a b out a 1/2 inch wide. That said it is'not' noticeable when its hanging as it is on the top of the dome. Otherwise its in very good condition and need only cleaning and a ... morere wiring. This is an antique light fixture originally from a church in France. I am using it now as a candlelabra which holds six candles. It is made of iron with a black finish. Antique Solid Copper Hand Made Outdoor Deck Post Light Perfect Accent Light
Vintage Or Antique Solid Copper Outdoor Light Handmade And Wired For Electricity Perfect For The Porch Or Garden Post Please study the pictures carefully. This is a large electric light built for mounting on 4 X 4 deck posts. Very attractive as is. I would wire it up and mount it on a post in the garden or on the corner of the deck. Who knows when it was built but it is evident that it was hand crafted with some care. There is a screened vent at the top to allow ventilation. Top comes off by unscrewing a few sheet metal screws to access the light bulbs. A picture shows the inside where a light fixture has been mounted. Condition is very good with no major dents or tears in the metal and no broken or cracked glass. A series of 4 colored glass discs are mounted on each side to give it character. See pictures for how it looks lighted. Tough ... moreto get a night shot but you get the idea. The vintage light is wired and I easily wired it up temporarily with a spare lamp cord. You will need to re-wire once you decide where to put it. The lamp measures 22 inches from top to bottom of post mount to pinnacle. The upper square(face) of the lights measure 14 inches on each side tapering to the lower square measuring 8 inches square. The mounting box opening is 3 5/8 inch square to fit a standard 4 x 4 post as seen in one of the pictures. It has a beautiful opalesent globe with a brass ring at the bottom. and a brass holder. I believe the globe is hand blown. On the top it has a beautiful glass knob. There is some pitting and discoloration on the brass but the globe doesn't have any cracks or chips. the glass knob does have a very small chip on one of the ridges. So small that I couldn't get a picture of it. It is 11 inches tall not including the chain and is 6 inches in diameter at its widest point. It does need to be rewired. It is stunning. This auction is for ONE old. Handmade porch or outdoor light. The light the winner receives, may or may not be pictured, but the two main differences between the lights is how much exterior paint is on them and how much twist there is on the 1/4" square stock welded to the light. It is probably an antique. But I haven't been able to verify that. I am told these were taken off a local church in the Williams, AZ area. It was definitely on a building when someone repainted it. That is why you see paint on the parts that would have been against the wall. The previous owner told me that the glass is handblown. When you run your hand on the glass. Pieces of it tries to grab you. The 1/4" square stock looks like it was heated& hand twisted. Before it was welded to the frame. Rate of twist varies from bar to bar on the light. Some ... moreare 1 twist per inch. Some are 1 twist per 2 inch. The wires are pretty old& I don't trust the insulation. What a lovely. Delicate candleholder this one is! Pretty piece measures 11" L x 4 1/4" across top at widest point x 3" D(measured at part that holds candle) Not sure what type of wood this is made from and it reminds me of several items I have bought that are German/Bavarian(Christmas Pyramid) It is lightweight, but strong. There is some wear and patina, it is a used item, but it is lovely and I haven't seen one like it. The only identifying marks are handwritten in pencil on the upper and lower back side of the candleholder(which are in photos) and one other pencil mark I just noticed on the underside of the wooden bobeche. It appears to be a handwritten"A. in pencil in the same style of script writing. Most of the items I sell are pre-owned and will show normal signs of use. Magnificant Antique(19c) Hand Blown Chandelier with French brass. Baccarrat/ St Louis. Approx 38 inches tall by 28 inches wide. This exceptional chandelier was created by a master glass blower. No missing prisms. Each bobech has at least 32 alternating stripes and edge is accented with a very tight red twisted cane. The twelve arms(six up and six down) are latticino style. The arms that fit on the upper level are smaller than the arms on lower level. Chandelier can be disassembled(arms and bobech wrapped seperately) for shipping to its destination. Each arm is secured into a loop on the inside of the frame. Not originally electrified. It has been electrified by running very thin wiring along the arms. This could be converted back to candles. This pair of brass wall sconces measure 13 1/2" in diameter and date from the mid-late 18th century(c.1750-1800) Each is hand chased by an artisan and one has a lion and Coat of Arms and the other shows someone of aristocratic society(possibly who this exceptional pair of sconces were made for) The candlesticks are removable and show a dolphin head just below drip pans and they show period construction with hand hammered copper rivets. Antique Leviton ceiling light fixture swag lamp milk glass globe hand painted
Antique hanging swag lamp with base. Socket and white milk glass globe with a hand painted design. The turn type switch says Leviton on it and all seems to be in good condition for it's age. May want to rewire it before installation as it is all original and has the cloth covered wiring. It hangs down about 35" and the base is 5" across. The globe is 4 1/2" tall, 3 1/2" across the open end and has a 2" fitter. I have described the items condition to the best of my knowledge.
