Vintage Cast Pot Metal Ceiling Light Fixture Art Deco 2-Bulb Flush Mount Painted
From a local estate. Here is a beautiful older ceiling light fixture. This is painted pot metal and is set up for two bulbs, it measures about 12.75" end to end, about 7" across the middle. Sockets, mounting piece, and finial are intact. Will definitely need to be cleaned and rewired, but a good start, no damage at all. Classic art deco styling, should restore to a showpiece. Here are 2 great 1930's art Deco porcelain wall sconce lights from Paulding. You will see in the pictures that they are in great condition. I have not tried to clean them and appear to be fully functional. The fastening screw is included and the pull chain porcelain end is also still intact. Very hard to find everything together. These also have the outlet on the bottom behind the pull chain. These can be wired 250v 10amp or 125v 15 amp. I have had some questions about the wiring so I have included 2 more pictures. Vintage Antique Art Deco Slip Shade 7 3/8" by 4 1/2"
For your consideration is this Vintage Art Deco slip shade. The shade measures 7 3/8" by 4 1/2" wide at the top fitters and 1 1/2" wide at the bottom. The shade is in great condition. It has a couple of tiny flea bite chips on the fitters and one on the inside of the top left scallop. These are small and will not show or affect the hanging of the shade in the fixture. ANTIQUE / VINTAGE PAIR OF BRONZE BRASS 2 LIGHT ART DECO WALL SCONCES
For your bidding is a gorgeous pair of Art Deco 2 Light wall sconces. The backs which are 7" in diameter are brass grating with a brass plate in the back that has been painted white. Each sconce has two lights/candles that are 6 1/2" tall with the original sleeves and pull changes to turn on and off(all working) The total length of each sconce is 9 1/2" The arms of the lights have swirled detailed designs and reach out 6 1/2" from the wall. The back plates of the sconces are held on by three nuts. There is a metal bar in which to hang them. They have the original wiring which looks to be in good condition. All parts are originals. This auction is for 2 vintage Art Deco. Riddle Company"candle drip" sconces. 1533. These sconces are very ornate and still have a lot of their paint. They are a cast material.and a magnet will not stick to them. The switches turn fine. The sconces measure about 7 1/2" long. 4 1/4" wide at the widest point.and sticks out about 6 7/8" from the wall to farthest point. Some of the color is missing from these lights. Vintage Modern Light Fixture Milk Glass Globe Schoolhouse Antique Art Deco #2
Large vintage/antique milk glass chandelier. On pendant pole. Total fixture and shade measures 46 inches, from the ceiling to the bottom of the shade. The shade alone measures 10 inches tall and has a diameter of 16 inches. Would be great in a large room or area with a taller ceiling. The wiring has been redone, at some point, and the light fixture is in good working order, but, as with all vintage electrical items, should always be checked for safety. The glass globe has no chips, cracks or breaks. The metal pole has some discoloration/corrosion. This buy it now is for one light fixture, but there are two available. Beautifully designed and working American Art Deco period flush mount ceiling light fixture in its untouched original finish. Enhanced by patina. This impressive cast metal piece of history continues to be sought after by collectors and period enthusiasts. 2 Matching Vintage Wall Hung Art Deco Bathroom Light Sconce Lamp Fixtures, Works
DESCRIPTION: A vintage pair of matching Art Deco. Sconce style, wall hung bathroom light fixtures. They are 100% Complete, 100% Original, 100% Operational! I do not know the age, but am guessing circa 1930's. They both have a round bakelight switch at their base which allows for individual control of the lights aside from any wall switch to which it may be connected. The glass cylinder"chimneys" are large enough to accomodate regular size incandescent bulbs(I photographed one of them with a 60W bulb to demonstrate it's luminescence) The sconces appear to be nickel plated. A magnet will stick to them and the plating is thick. But please note that I am not a metallurgist. There are several design indentations located at several places on each sconce, in which it offers a textured surface that is in contrast to the super sleek ... moreshine of the majority of the surface area. The chimneys are a white milk colored glass(NOT frosted) and are evenly shaped cylinders. Important dimensions: Total Height = 8 1/2 inches. Chimney Height = 5 inches. Chimney Diameter 2 3/4 inches. Sconce Height(at the wall) 6 inches. Sconce Width(at the wall) 3 7/8 inches. Mounting Bracket = 3 3/4 inches Long. CONDITION: These matching fixtures are 100% operational. Restored Vintage Art Deco Glass Light Fixture Chandelier 1 of 2!
This beautiful vintage light fixture features a thick. Heavy, textured, light golden, glass shade with a wheat pattern on it that gives off a gorgeous warm glow when lit. The rim is clear and scalloped and refracts light beautifully. There is antique brass center column with an acanthus leaf design that holds six crystal prisms. The shade hangs by three chains with a small crystal bead and crystal rosette on the ends. The canopy is antique brass. These 2 Paulding sconces came out of a bathroom in a old Victorian house being remodeled and had layers and layers of paint on them. I cleaned them in off the best I could. No chemicals were used. No cracks breaks or repairs. A few very tiny flea bites along the edges. Needs re-wiring. The chains are snapped off inside. Only a little shows as seen in the pictures. There were a lot of these fantastic pieces of hardware being tossed into the dumpsters. There was so much paint on everything no one knew. Unfortunate I came along too late to retrieve some hardware. By approximately 5 1/2" tall to the top of their mounting hardware in the center of the glass. Both are in very good vintage condition. there is some expected wear. a nick to the inner edge of one porcelain socket. maybe some surface rust on the interior and back side of the fixtures. I haven't cleaned them being I don't want to cause damage. This is one of several sconces we got recently. They all need re-wiring. And various amount of TLC. This 2-light sconce is brass. It's dirty. We cleaned it a little. And some of the original accent paint showed through- Arts& Crafts green. The metal is solid, but one of the bobeshes is bent. The sconce does not stick to a magnet. It still has some of the old cloth wiring and needs to be rewired. From the very top to bottom. The sconce is 8.5” high without bulbs. It's about 9” wide and 5” deep. It's got a small footprint. Vintage ART DECO CEILING LIGHT skyscraper 2-piece globe shade 6" fitter EXC COND
For your consideration is this incredible ART DECO CEILING LIGHT. It is all original and includes a two-piece shade consisting of a milk-glass"skyscraper" shade attached to a prismatic clear glass shade with a stainless-steel band that secures with a thumb screw(see photos) The shades and band are in excellent condition: no cracks. No visible chips. There is some light chipping around the rim that fits inside the 6" fitter, but those can't bee seen with the light assembled. The fitter is chromed steel and it has some tarnish on it, almost completely on the part immediately above the shade that is not visible from belw. Again, see the photos and judge for yourself. This is an awesome and classic art-deco fixture. Its original ceramic socket is in excellent condition- just hook it up to the wires in your ceiling junction ... morebox. The milk-glass shade measures about 12" in diameter at its widest point; the stainless-steel band where the two halves of the shade meet measures about 10" in diameter; from the tip of the clear glass to the top of the fitter the fixture measures about 18" long. The fixture is tested and guaranteed to work. The socket accepts regular-size. Medium-base light bulbs. The light has been rotated in the photos and shot from various angles to show all surfaces. Vintage Mid Century White EXIT Globe Art Deco Style Light 6 1/2" RED letters
Nice old ceiling fixture EXIT sign. It is about 6 1/2 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches on 2 widest sides. 3 1/2 on other two sides. Diameter across the lip(to fit into fixture) is 3 1/4 inches. I'd say it is mid-20th century, typical EXIT light from those days painted white with large red letters. The side that would be facing the door has no letters as it would not be seen anyway. The bottom side angles slightly outward to peak in the middle. I found in a box of several of these and they appear to be old unused stock. There is some slight discoloration of the white paint which I can see upon close examination but I think just from aging. There are no cracks, breaks or chips on this globe. This is for a pair of original art deco lights. I got these out of an old house. I don't know what type of metal they are made from. Each light has chrome like finish with parts that were painted red. I have not cleaned them or anything and have no idea if they work. There is discoloration. So please review the pictures for condition. The 5 arm chandelier is 16 inches tall and 18 inches wide. The arms themselves are 9 inches from middle to end. The 3 arm chandelier is 15.5 inches tall and 12 inches wide. The arms are 6.5 inches from middle to end.
