Vintage Antique Heavy Gold Colored Wrought Iron Electric Hanging Chandelier
This vintage. Gold colored, iron chandelier was purchased at an estate sale, and if only it could speak, I'm sure it would have some VERY interesting tales to tell. This old timer will need some work(and rewiring, I'm sure) but it would feel right at home in Dr. Frankenstein's castle. WROUGHT IRON TWO TIER 12 Candle Black CHANDELIER with Large Loop for hanging
Here you have a large Black Wrought Iron Chandelier- not sure how old. Or if it is definitely an antique. It is 2 Tier with 12 Candle Holders. It weighs about 30-35 lbs and is 42 inches wide and 37 inches tall. There are minor rust spots and the finish may need to be re-done. One of the long curved wires is slightly bent, but is not overly noticable. There are some numbers and letters on the iron- on the bottom loop(picture included) it says RB 9 SR 24- not sure what that means. It is a very classic rustic looking candle holder chandelier. The amber glass color is beautiful when the light is turned on. It has a white glass underneath the bulb. See all pictures. This is very heavy. I had it professionally hung from my ceiling. This listing is for a 5 arm wrought iron with acanthus leaf and deep scroll styling. Lamp has been completely rewired while sparing all original parts. Arms could be reversed to have lights pointing down instead of up as shown in pictures. Original lamp used a ceiling mount. Lamp measures 22" across and 20" tall. Up for sale is a VINTAGE WROUGHT IRON BLUE. GREEN, BROWN STAIN GLASS HANGING LIGHT LAMP. The stained glass is REAL glass, NOT plastic. Measures approximately 25 inches tall by 11 inches wide. Comes with around 20 feet of chain/cord. Each GLASS panel measures 13 1/4 inches tall by 5 1/2 inches wide. I removed the finial at the bottom so it would stand up for taking photos. It's been reattached(just screws on) It's in decent condition. But does have a few minor issues. 1) Was really dusty when I got it. I've cleaned it. But it's"guy cleaned" meaning it may need a bit more. Photos were taken BEFORE I cleaned it) 2) The cord has been repaired in three places. 3) Missing one of the brass screw knobs that hold it together. Has been replaced with a regular hex nut. Completely made by hand with nicely wrought. Cut, and hammered pieces which have a nice white paint. it has an ornate hook at the top to be able to hang from the ceiling and a very large circular dome shaped base to be able to hold large flower bulbs. the chain has many links and connects to a detailed cherub finial. it is in good shape with a nice aged look. This GORGEOUS LAMP was tested and does work as shown in the pictures. It takes one regular size light bulb(as found and shown w/ 200 watt bulb- Bulb will be included but it used and cannot guarantee it will not break in shipping. The blue and green river glass panels are all in tact. One or two might have a tiny chip on corner edge but glass panes are not cracked. The black wrought iron has some nicks from age and use. This lamp has been stored for a long long time and could use a good dusting! Measures 14 inches tall. Finial on the canopy is present and has a loop with a chain for display/ hanging. Lots of ornate scrolling/ twisted and curly metal. Magnet does stick. the metal has been painted to look like copper. There are 6 glass panels. Glass is has an orange tint. Smooth on the inside and a rough. Texture on the outside. The glass panels are in place with wide, bent metal tabs. The bottom finial looks like an opening lotus or tulip! This a fabulous antique Stickley Era hammered brass and wrought iron hanging pendant lamp. It measures 17" tall and the design is that of the Arts& Crafts/ Spanish Revival Era featuring florets. Leaves, and a beautiful large amber glass prism. It is very detailed and has a hammered surface that appears copper in color although I believe the metal is actually brass or wrought iron. The upper part of the lamp is brass as is shown by the interior section. The original cloth wiring is still intact and lamp is in good working condition but the new owner may want to have wiring replaced just to be safe. All are in very good condition but the amber prism does have flea bite nicks around the edges. Offered here is a vintage wrought iron chandelier with 8 what appears to be hand blowen glass globes in a crackle glass pattern. The globes appear to have been blowne right in the iron frames. The glass is 3/8 inch thick. The chandelier measure 32 inches across and is 18 inches high from the point at the bottom to the top ring. There is a chain that it hangs from that measure 36 inches long. The wiring is all intact but I would recommend that it be rewired to make sure there are no problems. This chandelier has set in a damp location for a few years and has some surface rust on it that I think could be cleaned up easily or it can be left as is and be called Rusty Rustic or something like that. This vintage/antique lamp is from an estate. It stands 17" tall and is 12" in diameter. There are six sides(4 1/2" wide) and six sharp metal points at the top and bottom.
