Offering 3 matching 4-1/4" tall glass shades for a wall sconce or ceiling lamp fixture. The shades appear to be cased glass. The glass if perfect through. With the exception of a tiny chip at the very top of the 2" ground fitter, on one shade, above the collar flange, that holds the shade. Absolutely unnoticeable when the shade is in place. Each shade is decorated with 3 bouquets of double roses, with stems and leaves, and 4 tiny white flowers, against a translucent opal white background. 2 Antique White ArT DeCo GLaSs Slip Shades for Chrome Wall Sconce Lamp Fixtures
This auction includes a set of two vintage small white art deco glass shades which have rough cut top and bottom rims. I have seen these type of shades on the old chrome wall sconce fixtures. They measure approximately 4 1/4" tall(one is slightly taller) By approximately 3" across the top openings. The smaller fitter ends measure just over 1 5/8" across to the outer edges. Both are in very good condition. And have no chips or cracks overall. There is minor roughness with some small chiggers to the small fitter rims which is typical on rough cut shades. No big deal in my opinion, but wanted to mention in case it would matter more to someone else. Bright spots are only light reflections. Beautiful set to complete your lighting! Rare X-Ray Light Bar. The only one I've ever seen. Unusual nickle light system. I believe it's nickle plated brass. The bar and joints make about an 11 foot bar. There is one 90 degree elbow. 6 socket tees(one has slight damage) There are 6 xray sockets, and 4 complete Mercury glass shades marked xray. There is one included partial shade. 2 Antique White Glass VITROLITE Ceiling Light Fixtures w/Shades Art Deco Chrome Hello Bidders, Thank you for stopping here to look. In this auction I have a pair of vintage or antique ceiling light fixtures with shades. Both are made of white glass"Vitrolite" that was used in businesses and homes. Mainly bathrooms in the early 1900's into the mid-century. The pair I have are stacked square ceiling mount. They still have porcelain and brass hardware or sockets that can be removed. They have a brass chrome plated fitter with three screws. The shades are also made of vitrolite. Not white milk glass. This glass is more opaque. They are round bell like shaped. The fixtures size is 6" x 6" square flush to the ceiling. The fitter for the shades. This is the chrome part, 2-1/2" d. The drop with the shades is 7-3/4" ... moreand the bottom of the shades is 6-3/4"d. Their condition is very good. Not chips, cracks, or repairs. There are tiny nicks or fleabites around the top of the shade that goes into the fitter. This cant be seen when put together. There are holes in the fixtures for screwing them up to the ceiling and one other hole for a switch if needed. These fixtures have a nice Art Deco period look. Thank you again for looking.
