Vintage 16" Riddle Spider Web Design Deco 5 Light Chandelier Mint Unrestored Incredible Spiderweb Design Riddle Company Chandelier Made by the Edward Riddle Co. Toledo, Ohio, it is marked. This came out of our 1939 house but I don't think it was ever used in it. It was found in the attic. It looks much earlier than 1939; possibly mid to late 1920's. It doesn't look like it was ever used at all, in fact. Our home was built by a contractor and all we can think is that he brought the light home and his wife didn't like it so it went into the attic. It honestly looks new, the copper in the sockets where the bulbs would go look new; untarnished. Measures about 16" across. The cloth insulation is starting to dry out in places, no copper showing, but I would recommend having it inspected. This auction is for 2 vintage Art Deco. Riddle Company"candle drip" sconces. 1533. These sconces are very ornate and still have a lot of their paint. They are a cast material.and a magnet will not stick to them. The switches turn fine. The sconces measure about 7 1/2" long. 4 1/4" wide at the widest point.and sticks out about 6 7/8" from the wall to farthest point. Some of the color is missing from these lights. WELCOME TO MY AUCTION For sale today is this vintage and very ornate metal electric lighted wall sconce by Riddle Co. Marked# 704. Design patent pending. It measures about 9 in. in length and 5.50 in. wide. Made of cast aluminum, the main part is a two town brown color, with faded red and green highlights on the edges. Has a standard light fixture with a working pull chain off and on switch. I is missing the wall mount bracket and the decorative finial for the front. It does work but I would recommend a new cord. The brown paint is scuffed off some, but there is no cracks or broken areas. Enjoy and please look at my other auctions. We stripped all the old finish of this gem and set to about our business of lovingly restoring it. We chose an aged copper patina finish and polychrome paint to the highlight the design elements. There seem to be plenty of 4-light and 5-light fixtures available on eBay. But rarely the 3-light. The chandelier offered in this listing has its original finish, however, you can see in our posted photos that it is very dirty. It will be beautiful after it is cleaned and you can see the gorgeous color highlights. The chandelier has its original porcelain based sockets and remnants of cloth wiring. It will need to be updated and rewired. With the shades in place, the fixture measures approximately 26 inches in length and 14 inches wide. Vintage RIDDLE CO. 1920's-30's ART DECO METAL SLIP SHADE 5 LIGHT CHANDELIER
Rare and untouched vintage cast metal Riddle Co. 5 light ceiling fixture. Will need a makeover but I don't see any broken or cracked parts. Complete without slip shades. Measures about 22 inches tall and is almost 18 inches wide. Looks like the shades you'll need will be about 7 inches long and 5.5 inches wide.

VINTAGE VICTORIAN RIDDLE 1930s Cast Metal CHANDELIER Ceiling 5 Light Fixture! Here is a vintage/antique cast metal(I think it is aluminum. But I know it is NOT magnetic) ceiling light fixture. This dates to the 1920s or 30s. This was made by Riddle Company. It does have Design Pat Pend Made in USA 869 stamped on the underside. This measures 15 1/2" in diameter and it is in great condition. I did not see any damage. There is still some of the original paint on the flowers! I have replaced the wire in the fixture. The old wire was too old and damaged. THE LIGHT FIXTURE DOES WORK! There is no mounting hardware included. just the fixture. Also the bulbs in the pictures are not inlcluded. Buyer has 14 days after receiving the item to return it for money back.
