Here for consideration is a magnificent chandelier by Gaetano Sciolari produced I imagine by lightolier with heavy brass. Heavy chrome, hundreds of glass rods and a feel much larger than the measurements suggest. This is a chandelier that can only be seriously appreciated in-person and not via photos. Plenty of photos provided showing details to see how good this is. Please review them all. General Description: Gaetano Sciolari has designed many great pieces. And this one is one of the largest designed. This exact chandelier may be found on first dibs, and another seller on ebay also has one listed with frankly, more alluring photos than mine- I do not have a studio. I photographed it with only about 40% of the rods in place due to the weight that was bearing on the ceiling hook. Twelve 40 watt bulbs illuminate 204 glass rods that are 18" each suspended on 6 solid brass and chrome plates that alternate in height. The quality of the brass and chrome is second-to-none. This chandelier came from an institution in West Virginia with a 7 foot chain linking it to a ceiling plate. The chandelier was kept in a humidity and temperature controlled environment which means it has survived well. It measures approx. 21" high from the top of the hanger finial to the bottom of the lower row of glass rods and is 21" wide. Condition: Brass and chrome is almost near perfect with only mention of some scuffing and light scratches to very few areas- not worth the mention but for the sake of accuracy must be. The only area to show any real patina is on the central spoke holding the three arms to the 6 fixtures. The janitors took good care of this but in the process over time. 5 of the glass rods have been broken- as the fixture has internal rods and external rods we recommend either sourcing 5 rods, or simply omitting them from the interior rod arra

The chandelier cage houses crystal bead chains, large crystal florettes, large crystal u-drops and very large crystal Argand style spears. This is a STUNNING chandelier, very dramatic. We are pleased to offer this beautiful. Mid Century, 1960s drum chandelier. This stunning, Hollywood Regency fixture features elements of both French and Italian design. The fixture is made of bronzed, textural brass. The chandelier is tiered with the upper, 3 banded tier, housing the chain connectors which attach to the lower tier. The lower tier features seven"window" sections which are accented/framed with an overlay of ornate brass trim. Inside each window are 6 strands of 3 crystal beads. The 4 light housing is located in this lower tier. The chandelier hangs from an ornate chain with a 10.5" long, beaded and swirled glass, decorative connecter. The chandelier is in very good. And the arms are lined with macaroni beads. Vintage Ornate French Brass Crystal Chandelier 6 Light 1960s Regency Italian
Offered is a lovely vintage brass and crystal 6 light chandelier. This is an extraordinary design with fancy open bobeches. Scrolling arms and dripping in crystal pear shaped prisms and large acorn finial. The chandelier features ornate detail throughout including a divine ornamental chain and canopy. It is a beautiful piece that adds character and a lot of elegance to a room. All crystals are included. None seem to be missing. Length from where I have it hanging to the bottom of a crystal is 32.5 inches. To bottom of the lamp is 30 inches. Width is 2 feet. The large crystals are 3 inches and the small crystals are 2 inches. With each crystal there is a small round crystal above each one which measures 1/2 in each. The chandelier is in a perfect working condition. It is 6 arms. With 3 lights,3 of the arms are just decorative with a big crystal on end, measuring 18"wide and 26" from top to the final crystal.
