You are bidding on/ buying a TRUE VINTAGE GE STREET LIGHT SHADE. This sale is for the glass shade and metal housing as shown on the photos. It is not for the electrical components. This is a smaller shade. It measures about 17 inches tall. And 15 inches in diameter across the middle. I have the larger version of this same shade if you are interested. The metal top part is in good. Clean condition, the hardware, clamps, latches are all solid and secure. They hold the shade tightly. The glass shade is marked GE STREET SIDE/ HOUSE SIDE(On the sides) And on the bottom it is marked 205 805570 A-2. On one side of the glass shade there is 3 BB holes. PHOTOS 5. 6, 7. Looks like someone shot at it with a BB gun when it was in use. The glass has not splintered or cracked, the shots went clean through. Vintage Holophane Industrial Lighting 17" Light Covers for Large Lamp
I was fortunate enough to come across these Holophane covers that have been stored in a barn for many years. They measure 17" across. And have heavy clear glass in the center. All of the glass is intact and in great condition. They are marked Holophane DIV J-M No GS173. I do not know much about these covers, other than the lights must have been very large. They were possibly used for a barn or factory. These covers would be great for repurpose projects.

Antique Vintage Lighting Industrial Aluminum Art Deco Ceiling Light Fixture 30's
Description This listing is for a set of 10(ten) 1930's Vintage Light Fixtures. They were made by Curtis Lighting out of Chicago. As you can tell by the pictures. Everything that is in the picture is what you will be receiving. These fixtures are aluminum and in great shape to be from the 30's. They originally came out of a 2-story department store and have been sitting in the second story of this store ever since they replaced the lighting with florescent lights. The fixtures have been in the same store the entire time and very well cared for all these years. I have 10 of the actual large round light fixtures which if you look closely at the 10th picture. You can tell there is a gap on the under side which allows light to be reflected onto the ceiling. There may be some small area's with a few tiny rust spots, but not very noticeable ... moreas you can tell by the pictures. There are four layers and a shiny top which adds to the look of the fixture itself. These measure from the base to the tip of the top approximately 8 1/2 inches. The diameter measuring from the bottom outer edge is approximately 21 3/8" wide. I have 6 of the cone shaped pieces that fit into the larger round fixture itself. They have 3 longer pieces that attach onto the cone. At the bottom of these. There is a prong which simply slips into the fixture. I am missing one of the longer pieces which attach to the cone, however, you could easily make one yourself. As you can tell by the pictures, one of them is even held on by a screw(which could be cut down more flush to make it not as noticeable) Hanging from the ceiling-it would not be noticeable at all. These measure 12 3/4" measuring from the ground standing on the 3 prongs to the tip of the cone. The cone itself measures 8 3/4" and the diameter of the smaller hole on the top of the cone measures 3/4" The widest part of the cone at the bottom measures 3 3/16" I have 6 of the ceiling fixtures that attach to the top of the ceiling. I have a nice vintage industrial light fixture for your renovation consideration. This fixture comes to you with a heavy pressed and threaded bullet globe. Heavy cast aluminum housing and galvanized cage. Housing and cage manufactured by Appleton Electric Company. Pressed glass globe is marked KILLARK. Measures approximately 9 inches from threaded housing end to tip of cage. Appears to be shatter and explosion proof. It has a quality porcelain bulb receptor that is easily removed with two brass round head machine screws for easy rewiring. Looks like a standard 1/2 inch pipe thread for mounting on housing end. Threaded set screw on cage loosens and tightens to housing for bulb replacement. Bring some real vintage character to your home shop or garden with this authentic vintage quality light fixture.
