It's measures about 8 3/4" tall, and would stick out from the wall about 7 1/2" It has one area on top. In the front, that looks like it was rubbed or polished some time ago. It doesn't have any glass panels. But one of those clear"Edison" bulbs would look pretty good in it without the glass. The the old cloth wiring looks"ok" but I would check it out before assuming all is well and installing it. It has some wear and dings.
