Gorgeous antique cast metal slip shade stye sconce fixture. Measures about 5 ½" wide by 7 ½" long. Very good condition for age. Has a lovely pattern and nice bronze/copper finish. There is a little discoloration at the bottom tip of fixture, but I was afraid to try and clean it. I believe the piece is cast iron as it is quite heavy, but it could be cast aluminum, or spelter. This is a beautiful antique wall sconce for restoration. It has original copper socket and wiring so this would need replacing. This would take a slip shade, which unfortunately was not with it when found. There is no maker name or other markings that I can see.
