Description: This light fixture has a frosted glass shade with raised. Clear stars. The rim of the shade and the bottom center are clear glass. The bottom center of the shade is in the form of a compass. The light hangs down about six inches, and measures 10-1/2 inches in diameter. The metal portion of the fixture was custom made in our workshop. And has been finished in a metallic bronze color. This has two new porcelain sockets with new wiring, including a ground wire. Condition of the glass is excellent, with no chips or cracks, although there are a few very minor flakes on the inner top rim of the shade, not even noticeable. What a great light fixture! I DON'T KNOW THE MAKER OR THE EXACT AGE, BUT THESE ARE LIKELY FROM THE LATE 1920s OR 1930s. THEY HAVE A CIRCULAR FITTER THAT HAS AN OUTSIDE MEASUREMENT OF 1 5/8 INCHES. EACH SHADE IS ABOUT 6 1/2 INCHES TALL IN THE FRONT; 4 1/4 INCHES TALL IN THE BACK; 4 5/8 INCHES ACROSS AT THE WIDEST POINT; AND ABOUT 4 1/2 INCHES DEEP. The scones measure 10 1/4" in height with the back plate measuring 4 7/8" wide and it will stand out from the wall 3 1/2" from the back plate to the edge of the glass. The back plate is made of brass. The curvature of the glass measures 3" from the base plate to the maximum curvature and is 4" wide at the base. The glass is 7 1/4" high. The wiring is cotton braided. The light is operated by a turn knob located at the base of the light socket. Labeled on the back of each sconce is a sticker indicating the manufacture as GLOBE LIGHTING PRODUCTS CO. along with a union made label. There are no chips. Here is a pair of original Lamp or ceiling fixture art deco era shades they measure 8 1/2" across by 5 1/2" tall and a 7 1/2" opening at the lip. They are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks or defects. Great original addition to your 1940's fixtures.

Vintage Antique Art Deco Frosted Glass Shade Ceiling Light Fixture 3-hole
Very nice Heavily Frosted Glass Ceiling Light Fixture shade. It has flower pedals flowing from the rim to the center hub. It has three mounting holes. There are no chips cracks or that I can see. It probably needs some additional cleaning. It measures 11" in diameter and 4" high. I have several other ceiling glass globes and shades.
