Wow! 2) The five glass S-shaped arms have notches cut into the glass. 3) There are five additional arms which leap into the air. These hold a glass(not plastic! ring. The ring in turn holds double strands which swag out to the other arms. Elegant. Stunning! 4) The candle covers are not plastic. Nor cardboard. They are glass! Yes. Glass! Vintage Retro Double Glass Globe Swag Hanging Light Lamp Ceiling Fixture
This double hanging swag lamp has glass globes. The globes are Approx 6 1/2" Diameter& From outside of rim to rim is approx 3 3/16" The chains are Approx 35" There is some corrosion/ rust on the metal canopys please see pictures. It needs to be hard wired& the wires need to be replaced. I picked up the lights at an estate sale& have not tested the lights. With that being said I am selling the lights as is and untested. This is a complete swag lamp kit from what we estimate is 100 years old or more. It is an art deco/ Art Nouveau design, stamped ceiling plate. The chain and hardware are all original to the last installation. We are selling some architectural salvage items for period correct restorations. These are sold"as parts" to create period correct lighting. The electrical will probably have to be upgraded. The ceiling plate and tassel are in solid condition. No holes or pitting noted. There is a cast iron three hole piece on the ceiling side of the plate in which the threaded tassel tube mounts to. I believe I neglected to take a photo of that. The diameter of the metal shade is 14" in diameter. The crackle glass shade is 8" in diameter. There is over 15' of chain and cord to hang this fixter where you want it without having to be concerned about electrical connection. There is a regular plug in the end to put in any outlet. I do have a soft pink natual light buld in it but you can use even a eco bulb if you wish. The fixture may look a bit crooked but it is difficult to hold this hanging light and take pictures. Up for auction today you will find a very beautiful vintage chandelier. It is what I refer to as reinvented vintage. The body is very vintage/antique. But it has been recreated into a one of a kind working piece of art. This gorgeous chandelier embodies that grand eras of Art Deco and Nouveau. The frame is a dark antique gold color. It is very ornate and made of brass. The brass is thick, heavy and every inch shows intricate molded detailing. As shown. It hangs 36 inches.The 11 inch chain could be shortened easily or lengthened without much trouble. The body of it is 25 inches and it is 7 1/2 inches wide. It takes 1 regular base bulb. The decorative jewels/prisms are amber, antique gold, charcoal and clear. The jewels and prisms were painstakingly sought out over time for their unique beauty and come from my personal collection. This Mid Century Modern SET of swag hanging lights are most dramatic and a must for this era décor. These are original fro the 1950's to early 1960's- one ceiling mount(needs a refreshing) that hangs from it the two swag lights. Plenty of chain and wire to stagger the arrangement. The iridized glass globes are 12" long and 5" wide- held in the fixture with three set screws. Each swag has 55" of chain- the fixtures appear to be nickel plated and are in excellent condition. Standard bulb sockets. total weight of these is 8 pounds- so hipping will be consideration- a large flat rate box might be best for long distances- will do my best to keep it down. globes will be removed and packed with care.

Vintage Draped Crystal Chandelier Swag Lamp Toleware Ceiling Light Italy
Vintage draped crystal swag lamp. It measures 14" vertically and 8 ½" across. There is 13-14 feet of cord and chain. The chain and cord are in good condition- not dusty or sticky. The chain shows some wear to the metal finish. It doesn't have a switch. But you could add one easily. The metal pieces show some minor wear from age. A couple of the crystals have damage. But it's hard to notice when it's hanging(photo 9) I'm going to ship it with the crystals attached. Some of the ones on the bottom will probably come off, so it will require a bit of assembly. Includes the bulb shown as well.

Antique Leviton ceiling light fixture swag lamp milk glass globe hand painted
Antique hanging swag lamp with base. Socket and white milk glass globe with a hand painted design. The turn type switch says Leviton on it and all seems to be in good condition for it's age. May want to rewire it before installation as it is all original and has the cloth covered wiring. It hangs down about 35" and the base is 5" across. The globe is 4 1/2" tall, 3 1/2" across the open end and has a 2" fitter. I have described the items condition to the best of my knowledge. I have other fixtures listed and more on the way. This is a cool fixture it will look great in any home or office. It has normal wear you would expect from an original and it does work fine. It's about 15.5 at its widest and about 18.5 inches from bottom of center shaft to where the chain starts at top. The chain is really long and has a switch built into it. You could also always hard wire this to the ceiling.

This is a Nice Vintage Hanging Swag Light Fixture It is in good used vintage condition. It has a milk glass globe that is shaped like a mushroom or acorn. That features 2 birds perched in a fruit tree. The design is repeated 3 times. There is a band of blue on the bottom and top. No chips or cracks or damage in visible areas. Only the normal wear in the fitter area. The globe could use a good cleaning. I'm not sure what to use without messing it up. So I decided to leave it for the new owner. The globe measures aprox. 7" tall x 9" diameter at the widest part with a 3 7/8" fitter. It takes one chandelier/ night light type bulb. The fixture itself is made of a heavy metal. It has a 5 foot chain to hang and a cord that is over 9 feet long. There is a place 1'7' up where the cord has been spliced. I can't think ... moreof why that would be.
