Antique Vtg Arts & Crafts Mission Slag Stained Glass Chandelier Fixture Leaded
A vintage antique ceiling fixture/ chandelier composed of slag glass and textured glass panels. One of the dark purpled toned slag panels is cracked as is one of the white glass panels, and one seam shows some slight seperation going from the top to bottom. Wire harness and switch are currently working, but the harness shows wear, decay and distress and I would recommend replacing it. Was rewired in the past also, it is not the original wiring harness.

Perfect Mission Craftsman Arts& Crafts Stained Glass Slag Fixture Pendant Chandelier Up for sale is a perfect. Uncracked, unrepaired, solid, heavy stained slag glass fixture. Features 8 light blue to milky white panels and 8 transparent cobalt blue panels. None are lose. Very secure fixture. You can see bubbles in the slag glass. Glass is held in place with lead, and chain and canopy are brass. Original socket was at some point in time replace with the kind you find in a lamp with a switch, so you could mount this so you can reach it and turn it off/on from the fixture or the switch on the wall. I think the canopy is a replacement also because it’s too shiny for the age of the fixture. but it is solid brass. This listing is for a smaller Vintage Stained/ Slag glass Leaded Glass Ceiling Lamp in Amber and Opal Color. It is wired and comes with a very short chain connecting it to a scuffed ceiling plate. 10 5/8 inches widest diameter. 8 inches in overall height Consisting of 60 glass panes connected together to form the shade. 5 rows of 12 panes. Textured amber. And marbled opaline glass. In good condition with two of the larger panes. One amber and other the marbled opal having cracks in glass together with light indentation. You can see this I think in the 4th image down This could be easily remedied by trying to straighten the two panes and maybe adding some adhesive to help keep the broken glass together, or perhaps replacement with similar pieces by someone that is familiar with this style of glass and associated connections. excellent. Original arts& crafts/art deco era amber slag glass pendant light with original ceiling mount and chain. This fixture is made of tin held together with its original screws and square nuts and has lead soldered seams. Wrought iron chain. It has a beautiful wrought iron top finial and and entire light tapers from top to bottom. This period fixture measures over 3 feet long and a foot across the bottom of the light. Each slag glass insert is held in place with bass/copper tabs. Original cloth wiring has been removed for easy rewiring. Original bryant socket dated 1907 is still in place. Iron Art Nouveau-Deco 4 Orange Slag Stained Art Glass Panels Swag Lamp vintage
I can find no markings on this 4 sided cast iron lamp that I assume meant to be a swag because of the chain through top of finial. It weights 10 pounds. It appears to be very old from the patina marks. It stands 15" high and as photos shows there are slots for 4 pieces of stained glass. Photo shows the 4 thick swirled stained glass in hues of swirled oranges like you'de picture hot lava. Also that one panel has had a skillful repair thats only noticeable if removed from lamp. And is not in a compromising condition because of mend. Each windowed frame measures 4-3/4" wide and 7" tall. All I see is 4 original flat head screws about halfway down on outer 3 sided corner moldings(photo 3 shows) Original light socket, no color variations throughout. I'm hardly an expert but the ornate craftsmanship and distinct patterns says ... morethis is a piece of the art nouveau-deco period. The electrical cord is not cloth but not much newer than that, and has no breaks or mends. Where the original iron chain ends a length of newer added, works fine. For many years it hung on a second story porch and the vivid orange colors radiated in the dark distance like a beacon.
