It dates from the early 1900's around 1920. It is a signed Electrolier fixture. This company made high end lighting in the 1920's and 1930's. This fixture comes with the slip shade. The glass shade is free from any chips or cracks. This lamp looks quite nice hen it is lit. The sconce has the original gold paint and it is free from any signs of rust which is nice. This slip shade sconce has the original switch on it and it is still active and working. This lamp has been tested working however it still has the old cloth wires so you may want to have them replaced. The sconce measures 6 1/2" x 10 1/2" and projects 5 1/4" from the wall( with the shade on) The slip for the shade is 4 5/8" at the top and curves in over 3 1/4" As you can see there is some white wall paint on the one corner. This could easily be cleaned off but we did not want to ruin any of the original gold paint so we will leave it up to you. Never Any Reserve! All questions will be answered promptly! RARE ANTIQUE SPANISH MISSION COLONIAL IRON CHANDELIER BLOWN GLASS FLAME SHADES
ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! We are pleased to offer this rare. Antique to older vintage Spanish Mission chandelier. This stunning fixture features hammered and scrolled wrought iron which is paired with hand blown, crackled amber glass. The chandelier is 5 arm and 6 light as there is a bottom, down light in the center of the fixture. The blown glass is featured on each shade/globe as well as in the center of the chandelier frame. The rare globes/shades are glass blown into each wrought iron cage. The globes are flame shaped with a swirled iron cage and pointed tops. Because each is hand blown, the shades are not identical and each is slightly different from the others which gives the chandelier tremendous interest. They have iron bases and simply slip into the bobeches. The blown glass in the center of the frame is a bell shaped piece with curved ... moreends. The iron frame is gorgeous. Ornately scrolled wrought iron accents alternate with each of the arms. These sections extend below the arm level for a nice, dimensional affect. The scrolled sections are flattened and hammered while the arms are hammered but tubular. The chandelier has a scalloped iron canopy and hammered/scalloped bobeches. We purchased(and removed) the chandelier from an estate which was built in 1922. The fixture was added in the 1930s. The glass is the"sharp to the touch" very textured style of blown glass. The chandelier has"vintage" wiring(has been rewired in the 1960s) and. While the chandelier is working, was actually being used up to the time that we removed) we always recommend that the wiring be inspected. Each of the sockets(6) on the fixture require regular(not small candelabra) bulbs. The chandelier measures 23.5" in diameter. It is 13" tall WITHOUT the shades attached and is 15" with the shades in place. There is a 24" section of iron hanging chain included with the fixture as well as the canopy. Reduced Rare Art Nouveau Crafts Large Cut Glass Dome Chandelier 3 Frosted Shades
Hello. Welcome to our auction of this original Art nouveau brass chandelier with large central frosted& cut glass dome and 3 large pendant lantern lights suspended down from the centre piece. The ceiling rose measures 8.5" wide and 4" tall. The main frame is 17" across and 5 1/4" tall. it measures a total drop from the ceiling of 34" With each side pendant on a chain of 3 links and total length from the top if the frame of 16.5 inches. It will require a re-wire and small amount of attention to the metal links holding all the pieces. It still has the ceramic rise& fall fixture within the ceiling rose. Which now has a metal hook. Each of the pendants has the old white ceramic edged screw fittings(normal width) There is a suspended arm adjoined to the frame which holds a bulb to the centre if the dome. For the ... morepurposes of the photos I have suspended the light over a single energy bulb.not the brightest. But I think this gives a basic idea of how it could look. The glass is in near perfect condition with only a couple of light edge marks where the small screws have held it in place. The dome and other 2 lanterns are unmarked. One of the small screws is damaged, but the shade is firmly in place with only 2. Good patina and age on the metal work, could be slightly polished so the floral motifs are highlighted. RARE 1920-30s Metal Torchiere mica shades (pair!) - art deco arts and crafts
This auction includes only the 3 items you see on the red table. Namely a super RARE PAIR of mica torchiere shades(art deco or arts& crafts style) and one metal torchiere shade base. Not included is the gold floor lamp base in the first photo. I've always loved my lamp and years ago. I ran across the pair of'spare' shades and extra base that I purchased. My loss is your gain as you can make your own torchiere lamp or solder a frame onto the shades to use them on a floor lamp, etc. Many possibilities! You get: Pair of sturdy mica shades which have alternating silver bands and mica bands. Shades are about 9.5" tall. 7" diameter at top, and 4" diameter at bottom where they fit into the(single) metal base. Shades are in nice vintage condition, but note that the silver bands have a bit of the silver missing here ... moreand there in a few places. One silver colored torchiere shade BASE. It is heavy. Gothic style, non-metallic(magnet doesn't work) The base is threaded to make a lamp and there is a hole cut out for the pull chain.

4 Porcelain Industrial Hubbell Pendant 12" Light Shades rare Complete 1912 VTG
4 Beautiful Industrial Age Green Porcelain Paint Pendant light shades from 1912. Three are in remarkable shape with very minor chipping around the rim. One has some chips and scuffs on the white interior. Please see the pictures. 2 have Brass Hubble light socket collars with patent dates from 1912. They have flower retaining screws as well. The other two collars are unmarked. These collars. Which are rare themselves, make it exceptionally easy to attach the shades to standard light sockets with threading on their exterior. If shipping is less than calculated I will refund that amount. The collars are original to the shades. They were part of a mill complex that was built in 1897.
