You are offered this vintage bathroom fixture. It is circa 80- 90 years old. Still working! It came from a 1920‘s house. Condition is good, with porcelain and shade no cracks. A few paint spots on shade. The bottom shade rim has rough finish, typical of these shades. This has a pull chain socket, which works. I have plugged in a lamp to show that socket also works. The pic on back shows heavy duty cloth cord. Looks like people may have plugged something more heavy duty back in those days. Rewiring is recommended, as it is all original. Vtg Rare Black Porcelain Ceramic Bathroom Light Fixture Wall Mount Pull Chain
Up for auction is a vintage porcelain/ceramic bathroom light fixture. Ceiling or wall mount. I got this from an estate. It was part of a complete bath set. But some of the other pieces were broken. Before they remodeled the house, it had Robin's egg blue tile with the black fixtures. How retro is that color combination? It is oval shaped. Black with a black porcelain chain pull and white porcelain/ceramic screw ring that holds the socket in. Single socket with a pull chain. Has a 2-prong plug receptacle, but has no wiring to it. It's in very good used condition. No cracks or breaks. There are 2 or 3 tiny spots that look like flaws from manufacture. They are so small and hard to see that I cannot say for certain that they aren't chips. I just can't tell for sure. One chip on the inside of the base rim(that goes against the ... morewall) it won't be seen when mounted. The chain pulls on/off easily. The socket unscrews from the fixture easily. Up for auction is this VERY COOL AND HARD TO FIND VINTAGE LARGE 10.5" PORCELAIN"PORCELIER" ... more3 LIGHT PULL CHAIN LIGHT FIXTURE from the early 1900's. Its condition is very good as you can see with some crazing to the finish in a couple of places and no cracks. Breaks or chips that I can find. Its a recent estate find and apparently stored snce around 1977-78 as the newspaper it was wrapped in I have shown in the photo is dated 1977. It has some places where paint was slopped on it during a repaint or two over the years. The pull chain switch was lengthened probably in the 1960's or 70's as there is a woven piece of leather to make the pull longer that is attached to the chain. The detail cleaning and removal/replacement of the chain will be up to you and its sold as is. Definitely a super addition to any collection! This is a set of 5 vintage porcelain lampholder light fixture bases. 2 are Leviton brand. 1 is new in the box. The other Leviton brand one has a pull chain and a plug in on it. 2 of them are Paulding brand and 1 doesn't have a brand. The one with out the brand is the only one with out the insides. They are all single screw bases. They are untested and being sold as is.

Vintage Paulding KAOLITE Art Deco Porcelain Pull Chain Light Fixture w/ Shade
This is a very gently pre-owned vintage Art Deco style porcelain single bulb pull chain light fixture with glass shade and power outlet. This is a Paulding KAOLITE 1795 Moderne Sconce. This is a circa 1930's piece. This great fixture is rendered in WHITE glazed ceramic and measures approximately 5” by 5.5” by 2.25” It is marked as CAT NO. 1795 and features Art Deco styling details. Metal pull chain switch with ceramic end, single two blade style power outlet, brass bulb socket and two-wire wiring. The“milky” WHITE glass shade measures approximately 5” by 3.5” by 3” and features Art Deco styling details. The shade attaches to fixture with a ceramic bezel ring. A rubber gasket originally came on the base of the shade but has long ago disappeared. The combo works fine without it but replacements are available at many hardware and lighting ... morestores. This fixture was obtained in a business inventory buyout lot and originally hung in the bathroom of a very old bar in Leavenworth, Kansas. It was removed in a renovation project and placed into storage. The fixture and shade are perfect. There are stains, cracks, chips, damage, or signs of wear. The internal components are sound and the pull chain switch“clicks” positively. This is a great restoration or retro-modern piece. Don’t miss it. This item is being sold as is and as shown.
