1920's Tudor Eclectic Bungalow Wall Sconces Two light. Candle style sconces made of cast brass and bronze. Hammered finish, shields and crenelated bobeches with cartouche form backplates. This pair has been polished. Lacquered and rewired. Better quality porcelain sockets are Edison base, reducers are provided for candelabra base light bulbs as shown. Brass turn knob switches. In this auction you are bidding on two authentic polished aluminum nautical ceiling lights that are about 8 1/2 inches wide. They will extend out from the mounting surface by about 5 inches. The back side of the light has three mounting legs. You will need a mounting surface area that is about 8 inches wide. The conduit holes originally used to bring the wiring into the light have been fitted with brass plugs and a new hole was drilled on the back side of the light to allow the wires to enter the light and not be seen. The glass globes are original and do have surface wear but no cracks. To access the bulb area, you remove the three screws that hold the cage and glass in place. Like every other light we sale, these two lights have all new wiring and bulb holders already installed. We only install UL-Listed components made by Westinghouse Electric that are rated to work with any voltage under 250 volts. The bulb holder accepts bulbs with an Edison Base(this is a normal house bulb) and we recommend using a bulb of less than 75 watts. Each light about 5

You are bidding on the 2 piece set of matched wall mounted nautical lights shown in the above photos. These original cast brass nautical lights are just a little smaller than our other bulkhead lights. From the top of the wall mount to the bottom of the cage they measure about 8 1/2 inches long. When mounted to the wall they will extend out by about 6 inches. The wall mount is 3 1/2 inches tall and about 3 inches wide with three mount holes. The cage unscrews from the main light housing and the glass globe drops out and gives way to the bulb fixture. The glass globes in these lights may have minor chipping along the bottom edge. But with the rubber gasket in place, you never see it. These lights have been re-wired ... morewith all new Westinghouse UL-Listed parts rated for up to 250 volts. Normal house current will work just fine. You can use a normal screw in house bulb of 65 watts or less in this light. These lights can be used inside or outside, they will never rust!
