The vintage Cupid brass figure is approximately 8 1/2 inches tall and the lamp with the shade stands around 18 inches tall. It is on a solid marble base. My estimate for the figure and base is around the 1930s and it has a French look to it. The beautiful thing is that it has been rewired professionally. So no worries about the wiring. Also, the shade is newer and looks pretty nice, but the statue is exquisite 1930s beauty. It has excellent detail like a great sculpture. It has its original patina. Nothing on the statue is broken, cracked. The nose has a bit of wear like somebody was rubbing it, but that makes it charming. I tried to capture the nose in the photographs. This is a smaller lamp. So please consider the size of 9 inches is. The size of the statue. Again, this is quality. I purchased this from an estate. The house was way over $1 million. I like the shade, but it isn't original to the lamp. This lamp would look beautiful with an antique shade in my opinion. So please examine the pictures carefully because what you see in the pictures and what I describe will be better than what you see in the pictures and what I describe when it arrives. I normally never say that. But in this case. This is a beautiful lamp, a beautiful brass cherub, something special to behold. Please feel free's to ask questions regarding this item. Antique Pr Girandoles on Marble Bases BIRDS and More BIRDS With Old Prisms
For your consideration we have an antique pair of brass[possibly some bronze] girandoles on marble bases. Purchased on a buying trip some time ago to Oregon. I have enjoyed having these displayed on my mantel, but wish to make room for something else. I love all the birds, and note on the upper portion near the candleholder, the 4 pair of birds are even feeding each other! The crystal prisms are quite old and appear to likely be the originals. These girandoles stand approx. 13" tall, while the crystals have an approx. total 4" drop. The prisms are lovely and sparkle. They do not show sparkling in the photos, and I will post a photo of one after the crystals are cleaned. In very good condition with normal and expected wear for something this age. The marble bases have felt bottoms and there is some very slight wear to the marble ... morewith some light discoloration; something that occurs in very old marble. These are absolutely stunning ornate. Gilt girandoles with white marble bases and beautiful crystals dripping off the foliate candle holders! These absolutely magnificent pieces probably date to 1850's-1900. They are replete with depictions of three squirrels on each piece amongst a background of what looks like morning glories and other foliage. These measure 12 3/8" H x 5 5/8" L x 3 3/4" D. There seems to be chips along the edges of most of the crystals. The shorter crystals are replacements as all should be the longer rectangular ones. Five of the originals have perished somewhere along the lines, but will send the other five with the set. This item is part of an ongoing effort to raise funds to benefit the Missouri Botanical Garden in St. Louis. Iona Scotland Alexander Ritchie Dawson Bowman near pair crosses on marble bases
A near pair of silver plated on brass St Martin's crosses executed by Hamish Dawson-Bowman and probably dating from the 1940s/50s. After Alexander Ritchie died in 1941 Celtic Art Industries was formed in the early 1940s to continue his work and was run by three silversmiths. Hamish Dawson-Bowman, John Hart and Iain MacCormick. One of the crosses bears the marks IONA, SCOTLAND and DB for Dawson-Bowman, the other(on the darker coloured base) just bears the DB mark. Each stands 18cm(7" high and is set on marble bases of differing colours. The crosses measure 14cm(5.5" high. I presume the bases are formed from imported Connemara marble rather than Iona marble but am no expert so cannot say definitely one way or ther other. The darker coloured base has a small chip to one of the bottom corners. Vintage Mid Century Italian Cherub Angel Lamps Marble Bases Shabby Chic
This auction is for one lamp. The other I will send to you free as a gift. It is just as beautiful as the other and was working just fine until I plugged it in to take photos. It is probably a simple fix and when I was looking over the lamp probably*jiggled* something out of place. Anyway, this lamp is free and in no way should reflect my feedback. Should you not want this lamp, please, let me know. The other works great and both cords are in un-frayed condition. The lamps are porcelain and feature a delightful scene of frolicking cherubs. The lamp consists of three porcelain pieces held together with pretty decorative brass hardware. At some point in time, yet still mid century, real Italian marble bases were added and the lamps rewired. The porcelain is in very good condition with no breakage. Measures approx. 26" tall.

Antique opalescent Glass, Pair Of Lamps, Marble Bases, Working
Offered is a matching pair of vintage. Opalescent, swirl font, table lamps with marble and brass stands, tasteful without being ostentatious in a shabby chic white. These would be nice for the beach or a young ladies bedroom. Judging from the original wiring which is all works perfectly; I'd date these early 20th c. around 1930. Each stands 30" tall with the arms inserted and 19" without. The marble bases are 5 inch squares. The metal is brass and brass plate. I see no imperfections. You would want 12"drop shades so that the bottom of your shade just meets the top of your lamps. You might want to go with bold shades in a calico or something deliberately off skew if you get my drift. This pair of lamps is from a local estate. Each has a textured baby blue satin glass body with marble base. Very good condition with no chips or cracks on glass. There are a few spots where it looks like blue has separated a little from the inside(I tried to get a photo in photo 4 but it's hard to see) Each lamp measures 28 1/2" high to top of finial, 4" at base. And are of exceptional quality. The figural women are made of bronze. And are mounted on marble column stands. Each woman is holding a gilt bronze curved horn shaped holder. These may have been candle holders or lamps of ... moresome sort. There are no markings. ITEM MEASUREMENTS Lady figures measure about 17 1/4" high. 3" wide and 3 1/2" deep, stone base 6" high by 4 1/2" wide. There are small holes in the sides. some with small round headed screws) but I don't know what they were for. Above is a modern little nail I used to hold the horn in place for photos. Later white felt bottoms. The arms were cast separately. And attached. The seam above needs repair. Above: The tab needs to be re-brazed to the wrist THIS ITEMS CONDITION REPORT These need small restorations. And are missing the top parts. These are a great project. Very Unique*Max Le Verrier* Unsigned Cubist French Art Deco c1920-1930's Era Bronze BookEnds of Marabou Storks with Portoro Marble Bases. Wear Conducive to age and use but in EXCELLENT CONDITION! MEASURE: 6" x 5 1/2" x 3 1/2" PLEASE WAIT FOR INVOICE! BIO: Max le Verrier was born in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Near Paris, in 1891. From an early age he showed great promise as an artist and sculptor; and after serving in the French army during World War I, he studied at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Geneva. During his studies in Switzerland he met fellow sculptors Pierre le Faguays and Marcel Bouraine, who became close friends and with whom he collaborated for much of his life. Upon completing his studies. Le Verrier returned to France in 1919, and founded his own studio in Paris. It was at this time that he created his first popular ... moresculpture- the famous'Pelican' which was the first of a long line of animal figures that bore his name. Le Verrier was awarded a Gold medal for his sculptures at the 1925 Paris l'Exposition des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels(the famous exhibition from which the term'Art Deco' was derived) In 1926. Le Verrier opened his own foundry, casting pieces for a wide range of French sculptors of the period, including Pierre Le Faguays, Marcel Bouraine, Janle, Denis, and Charles. From the outset, he gained a reputation for the very high quality work, exceptional detailing and accuracy of the items that his firm produced. Interestingly, the foundry did not cast in bronze as is commonly assumed, because le Verrier felt that he could achieve better detail by using his own proprietary mix of metals. Pair of Vintage boudoir vanity lamps with marble bases
For sale here are a pair of vintage vanity boudoir lamps. They are some worn spots on the shaft of them but I think if you spray painted them they would look a million times better. Theres some black marks on the frosted white glass but they'd probably clean off fine. I just haven't tried. The marble bases have some small chips on them but nothing too big or too noticeable. Both lamps work but with vintage lighting I always suggest rewiring for safety. This is a collection of animals created by Herman and Neil Deaton. On the base it has Fine Marble Base made in Italy. On the bottom of base it describes each animal. It states Crated By Deaton Museum Product. Inc. Newton. Iowa, Made in USA. One is the American Bald Eagle and then there is a Pelican and then the Arctic Husky. These are heavy. The bottom measure 2" by 3"Very good shape for age.

Pair C1850 Gilt Bronze Figural 3 Light Candelabra Lusters w/ Marble Bases No Res This is a listing for a pair of circa 1850’s French 3 light gilt bronze figural candelabra lusters with glass prisms and marble bases. The candelabrum measure 16 ¾ inches or 42.5 cm high. And are 15 ¼ inches or 38.5 cm at their widest. The candelabrum features a rectangular marble base which supports the figural stem and two scrolling leaf arms. The figures are a courting couple in their finest dress; she holds one hand to her chest as the man leans in to be closer to her. Behind them the two candle arms raise up and out and the center arm rises above them. Each candle cup has a foliate bobeche with glass prisms hanging. Each candelabrum has a total of 30 prisms. This is a really nice pair of vintage brass taper candle holders with a wonderful art deco style. The candle holders are approximately 6-3/4" H x 4" L x 4" W. The bases are lovely white marble. The candle holders are in good condition. Given their age. There is a little pitting on the cup and a little wax and tarnish at the base of the flair but overall good condition. But as is, they have great bones and a lot of potential. Each lamp has a star burst design etched into the crystal base, followed by brass tone collars which frame a marble pillar, topped by a brass flower cut-out, culminating with a brass tone embossed six sided pillar. There are the remnants of labels on the bases, but not enough to be readable, so the manufacturer is unknown(to me, at least) Both lamps are in very good condition which will only improve once the wiring. The lamps are nice with an elegant style(see photos) The lamps are in good working condition with normal minimal wear from age and use(see photos) Each lamp measures about 3 feet high to the finial. 2 feet 2 and 1/2 inches high to the socket top and 6 and 2/2 inches wide at the base. This is a BEAUTIFUL set of bookends with REALLY DETAILED LARGE LIONS on a beveled black onyx or marble base by the Bombay Company! The base has 4 ringed brass feet nearly 5/8" long with little green felt pads to protect your furniture! These lions appear to be bronze and they are just FANTASTIC! They can be placed either facing each other or looking away. GREAT DETAIL wh ere you can see the MAGNIFICENT manes and their fur and even their nails! Lot of two Baseball Trophies without plaques from the 90's. These were from 15-20 yrs. ago when I played. Now I have a son and don't have room for anything but baby stuff. These two trophies can go to a boy or girl that needs one. All that it needs is a new engraved metallic stick-on plaque with the players name and maybe a sticker plaque with the year. This can be done at any local trophy shop for real cheap. Note: There is some residual glue from the plaques but it will not interfere with the new plaque. It will help the new plaque adhere. glass dining table with marble bases with 6 metal chairs
This is a complete dining set. The table has a glass top that is 1/4" thick and it is held up by 2 marble pedestals in a triangle shape. You can see what I mean in the picture) It is rectangular shape for 6 chairs. The glass is not cracked or chipped. It has some slight superficial scratches from normal wear and tear. But all the edges and corners are intact. The sale includes 6 chairs that are a dark metal color. The seats are cloth and the cushions can be removed to easily cover or change the current fabric. This is the original fabric that came with the chairs. I had them covered in a lighter fabric, but I just removed that one for potential buyers to see how they originally looked.
