ABOUT THE RESTORATION SCHEDULE: The fixture is not yet restored. This will take up to two weeks after payment is received. ABOUT THE LENGTH: The fixture as shown is 29-inches long. If you need the fixture longer please contact me. The fixture can be reduced by 5-inches. ABOUT THE FINISH: The fixture was originally a burnished coco. The leaves just under the candle bulbs were highlighted with red and green. I will replicate this finish. DETAILS: Sadly. The period-correct, hand-painted bulbs are not included. When the fixtures are lighted at night they throw astonishing patterns on the ceiling and walls. Really. Quite riveting. Wouldn’t it be great to see the pair sorta close together over a rectangular/oval dining table? Wow. A great look. Or hanging low above the side tables on each side of your living room sofa? Or perhaps hanging low over the night-tables in your bedroom? Each globe has a cylindrical perforated tube inside which diffuses the bulb. The amber glass has dazzling honeycomb patterns. Too. Just incredible when lighted. The fixtures are intended as mood lighting and will create the ideal atmosphere for drinking martinis and listening to your Magnavox Hi-Fi. THE BACK STORY: I believe the fixtures were originally swag lights. You know. The chain hung from a hook on the ceiling, and swagged over to a wall plug. At some point the fixtures were, I believe, converted to hardwire directly to a ceiling box. Vintage Lamp, Amber Glass, 1960's, 3 Way Lighting
This is a really cool vintage/retro lamp. The glass is'ufo' shaped with no cracks or scratches. The metal parts of the lamp are light. And gold/brass plated. The plating is completely intact. Not faded or rubbed off anywhere. The lamp lights up either at the top, the bottom(an accessory bulb) or both. The lamp has the original wiring. It could use tightening up, where metal meets glass. I am not knowledgable in such things, and I don't want to screw anything up. The lamp measures 20" to the socket. 33" to top of harp, and the globe is 11" around at the widest part.

Antique Amber Crystal Glass Hanging Parlour Lamp Hand Painted Floral Design Vintage Victorian era Lighting! We are pleased to offer for auction: A Lovely Victorian or Edwardian era Elegant Hand Painted Amber Glass Crystal Hanging Parlour Lamp The two Glass Lamp Shades each have a lovely Floral Pattern Design Hand Painted in white paint on the outside of the glass. All the way around each shade. The Chain. Wiring and Metal frame are all in very good condition! There is a very light hint of rust forming in the chamber where the bulb sits. This could be easily resolved with a little Steel Wool and some Oil. There is a small chip(3/8" wide) on the bottom rim edge of the top/larger shade. This does not show when the lamp is together. Otherwise the shades are in excellent condition! This lamp was originally an oil lamp. It has been converted ... moreto electric! The lamp shades did have"Cranberry" Flashing on the insides. Cranberry is a blend of Ruby Red and Gold. The Cranberry flashing became dried, and completely washed off. The glass is Medium Amber color. We have included some photos taken with a RED Light Blub in the lamp. Without the red bulb the lamp emits a soft Amber color. The lamp is overall in excellent condition. And works perfectly! It measures: Top Shade 11" wide X 9" high Bottom Shade 6 1/2" wide X 8" high Overall Height" 20" The chain and cord are approximately 110" long and are both in very good usable condition. The cord appears to be from approximately the 50's or 60's. It appears to be without flaws. You still might want to update it to a modern cord and plug. Up for auction is a beautiful mid century amber globe ceiling hung light. The globe is in beautiful condition and you can see bubbles in it where it was hand blown. The globe and the finial measure roughly 10 inches long. 6 inches in diameter at the widest point and four and a half inches in diameter at the bottom. From ceiling to the bottom finial is roughly 25 inches. The wiring will need to be replaced. And there is some pithing on the metal of the ceiling fixtures. I tried to capture it in one of the pictures. The tag in the ceiling fixture says E 11679. Underwriters Laboratories Incorporated. For sale is a vintage wrought iron hanging light. Unique glass& scrolled iron work. This lovely light has amber molded glass inside a iron casing, scrolled iron work on top, with a diffuser inside. Measures 17 1/2" tall overall. Light is 13 3/8" 6 3/4" diam. a 14'5" cord w/switch on cord, clear casing on cord has cracks, but electric cord itself does not. Pictures show the detail& work that went into the making. You don't see one like this every day, light works as shown in pictures& ready to use. 3 Vintage Hand Blown Amber Swirled Caged Glass Lighting Decorative Globes/Shades
3 Unique amber color lighting globes. These were from a lighting fixture in an old nightclub nearby. They are hand blown glass with steel wire cages. Not sure of their origin but date them anywhere from 1930 to1970. Each one measures approx. 10 inches tall. They are about 5 1/2 inches wide at the biggest part. And 3 inches wide at the bottom. The bottom part of th e glass is rough cut but each globe is free of chips. Cracks, or breaks. Will need a good cleaning, the paper they were wrapped in is dated 1970. Great for any restoration project.

THIS IS A VERY BEAUTIFUL ART-DECO CRACKLE GLASS LIGHTING GLOBE. 9" ACROSS. 8" HIGH AND 4" OPENING. THERE ARE 3 TIERS TO THE GLASS THAT RESEMBLE ONES USED IN THE ART-DECO CHRYSLER BUILDING. THE BOTTOM EDGE HAS ONE FLAKE AND THERE ARE A COUPLE OF CHIPS ON THE OPENING, BUT ARE COVERED BY THE BULB HOLDER. THEY ARE NOT NOTICEABLE AND DO NOT EFFECT THE TRUE BEAUTY AND INTEGRITY OF THE GLASS. THIS IS AN OLD AND RARE PEICE AND WOULD LOOK MAGNIFICENT IN YOUR HOME.
