This hanging ... morelight fixture dates from the 1920's. It is made mostly of brass however some parts are made of cast iron including the chain. Please ote. This lamp is being sold as-found for parts and repair. There are a couple tiny cracks in the fitters as you can see. There is also signs of rust on the thumb screws as well as the chain which would need to be cleaned up. It looks as if someone had started to restore this lamp but never finished. There are new wires as well as new sockets and it is being sold as working. The lamp shades shown in the pictures will be included. The glass lamp shades are free from any chips or cracks. The fitter size is a standard 2 1/4" so most antique lamp shades would fit this lamp. This lamp also comes with the ceiling canopy and the original mounting bracket. The fixtures measures 17" at the widest point. The diameter of the ceiling canopy is 5" And it hangs a total of 29" from the ceiling. Combine on multiple items and save HUGE on shipping! Exceptional design in this Lightolier vintage 1970s import made by the well known German firm Glashutte Limburg. These would look great in many modern interiors. Impressive blown glass modern bell shade measures 12" tall, 11 1/4" diameter. Bold green color case with white, just as Emeralite used to create. And white ceramic wheel at the top to accommodate movement. The bottom of the lamp is 10" in diameter with a scalloped edge and 24 wire ties where prisms hung. THE ORIGINAL PRISMS ARE MISSING. The ties are 1 1/2" apart and between each of them are oval"dimples. The simple motif is echoed in the top of the fixture, which is 4" in diameter at the upward opening.
