This is a pretty one light hanging gilt/gold light fixture/chandelier. Made in Italy. It did have a made in Italy label when I found it but unfortunately I lost it, It has been around a while so does have tarnish spots on it. PLEASE LOOK OVER PHOTOS. I did add a new socket and wire, but otherwise it is AS FOUND. It has a short chain and about 2 feet of wire at the top( i added plenty of wire in case you need to lengthen the chain, you can always cut some off if you don't need it) It has a bamboo/wicker look ceiling mount. You could add chain/cord to make a swag you could use anywhere, or use as a hardwire light like it is. It uses a large base bulb. This measures about 15" tall and 15" wide. Up for auction is an older large& heavy vintage Italian Birdcage gold gilt metal tole chandelier. It is loaded with lots of sparkling crystal prisms. It measures 21" tall and 18" wide and has 5 lights and is in working condition. The wiring looks great but best to have all vintage wiring checked out by an electrician. I purchased this at an Estate Sale years ago and there was no chain or ceiling cap that came with it so the owner must have had it hardwired right into the ceiling. But I will include a ceiling cap(which is a golden color but not a perfect match) and some chain in case you want it to hang a little lower. This chandelier is a wonderful edition for that sparkle and glitz to your room.
