Stained Glass Hanging Shades Description: A set of three matching stained glass hanging light fixture shades. The glass panes alternate between amber colored panes and medium brown with amber marbling panes. The shade with the straight sides measures approximately 12¼" tall excluding the hanger x 6½" in diameter and the other shades measure approximately 11½" tall excluding the hanger x 7" wide at the widest point. This is an amazing chandelier; it has a slag glass accent in the center column which I've never seen in this type of light before. The chandelier has newer wiring& is in excellent working condition. The ball finial underneath the center can be used to turn the light on& off; from the off position. When you twist the knob once, it turns on 2 of the lights. If you twist again, it turns on 2 more light(for a total of 4) When you twist the 3rd time, all 5 lights are illuminated. The 5 custard shades show some wear& have a little dirt/debris on them. Antique 1920's Lot of Hanging lights and glass iridescent/frosted shades H & H
On auction today is. A lot of 2 vintage hanging light fixtures. One is H&H marked as pictured. There are 3 glass shades as well. The first one is frosted iridescent carnival glass color with a design on the glass on the beige color fixture which is H&H. The second one is a purple iridescent color with an art deco design along the bottom on the dark metal fixture. The 3rd one(shade only) is frosted glass and newer than the other two. Most likely for a lamp. All are in this lot and will be sold together. It is cloth wiring now and would need to be rewired before use. Antique wall sconce light. Hanging 3 light with glass shades. Knob to turn on lights says Perkins on it. That paddle stitch was patented in 1899 and was used in the early 1900's. These were from a 103 yr old executive home that we are renovating. I don't know a lot about them but I believe they may be copper. The metal is very lightweight not sure. Copper, brass, tin? copper/ gold tone color) Very good condition. They were all working great when they were taken down. Photo shows how they looked while they were still mounted on the wall. I have 7 available. However glass shades are not all matching and some are without shades included. Beautiful lights! Fixtures measure14 inches wide. 10 inches from top to bottom with shades on.
