Listed is a matched pair of antique Arts and Crafts Mission style wall sconce lights. They apear to be cast iron with a hammered looking surface and a copper patina. They are kind of grimey and need to be rewired. One of the wiring covers on the back is marked Pauling. Yet is to small for us to capture its image in our photos. We do not see any damage or repairs. They measure 11 inches tall and 4.25 inches at the widest part.

These have just been removed from a home that was built in the late 1800's. I have reason to believe these lights were original to the home- making them well over 115 years old! Square bases measure 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" Lights measure 8 1/2" tall. These are in very good antique condition- I find no cracks or dents- I have cleaned them some. But they could use a more thorough cleaning- unless you want to keep the natural patina they have acquired over time. Very nice pair brass ceiling light fixtures(could also be hung on a bracket to be used as a sconce) Glass globes may not be original. Globes have threads and the fixtures do not. Brass has hammered look at the top of the fixtures. Both have pull chains and both have a good sounding click. They have some old chippy white paint left on them. One set screw is striped it would need to be freed up to get to the bulb in that fixture. Wire looks fair but may need to be redone. Up for sale is a Lot of 2 Vintage Antique Arts& Crafts Mission Brass Gas/ Electric Wall Sconce Light Fixtures. These fixtures are not matching; they are for RESTORATION/ PARTS/ REPAIR. They are UNTESTED(and need wiring) One sconce. With the round mounting part, has a receptacle in it that has some rips/tears around it. The mounting part appears to be circular but it has dents/dings/pushes that make it not quote even(the part that mounts against wall measures 4 7/8" x 4 5/8" It has a 2 1/4" round fitter diameter. The light sits out from the wall by approximately 8" The 2nd fixture, with a square mounting part, also sits out 8" when mounted on the wall. The mounting part(square) is 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" The square fitter is 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" Both fixtures have a tarnished.
