This antique Slipper Shade light fixture made of bronze. Cast iron and brass is in good condition. It is missing one of the light sockets. Im not sure if it works. It is a 3 light fixture. It measures 5 inches across at the bottom and is 12 inches long from the top to the bottom where the switch is. This sale is for an OLD ornate vintage cast brass/bronze colored metal ceiling light fixture- made by Hedco Inc(marked"N.Y. 10 N.Y. No cracks or damage. It is approximately 8 inches across. The set screws are intact and thread in and out freely. It has four mounting holes; two are approximately 2.75 inches apart and two are approximately 3.5 inches apart. This beautiful cast brass 5 light ceiling chandelier from a midwest estate is approx. 20" in diameter by 16 1/2" long including the pendant but not including the chain or cap. It is in excellent condition with very little wear to the original bronze finish and appears to have been rather recently rewired. It could use a gentle cleaning. The metal appears to be either bronze or brass. Heavy Vintage Italian Cast Bronze or Brass Wall Sconces Etched Glass Shades
This is a Beautiful Pair of Heavy Antique/ Vintage Cast Solid Bronze or Brass Wall Sconces with Etched Frosted Glass Shades. Made in Italy. Each of these heavy sconces weighs just under 3 pounds(without the shades about 6 pounds for the pair) And they have a nice heavy, solid feel. The back of each sconce has"ITALY" etched or cast into the back near the center hole as seen with a blue circle and arrow calling your attention to the location. I initially thought the sconces were brass but based on the patina and weight we think the may likely be bronze but we do not know for sure. I do not know if this meets current standards or not; convert an electrical professional. As you can see there is an IBEW(International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) UNION MADE green and white paper sticker and an Underwriters Laboratories Inc. black and yellow sticker on the back as seen. I found online that Underwriter Laboratories was founded in 1894. We do not know the age of the sconces, but it looks to me like they might be circa 1910s to 1930s, possibly toward the earlier part of this range since they are not of the 1930s/ 1940s Art Deco style. There are 2 cherub/putti on this holding what looks like a torch. This piece features a bow& ribbon crest at the top. This measures approximately 16 inches tall. 6 inches across and stands out from the wall approximately 3 inches. This is a substantial, heavy piece. Vintage Cast Brass/Bronze Chandelier 8 Arms Pineapple Center w/46 Prisms Spain?
You are bidding on a heavy cast brass/bronze(I am not sure which metal it is) vintage chandelier. This was pulled from an old house that was to be gutted. So it is an older, heavy one. It has 8 arms with the metal in very good condition. It has a pineapple motif in the center and flora designs over the piece. The plastic wraps that look like dripping candles have some damage, but can be replaced. The cord has also been spliced, and would need to be replaced. There are 64 holes for prisms to hang, but there are only 26 large(7cm) prisms, and 20 small(6cm) prisms. The whole fixture measures 45cm(18" tall and 54cm(21" across.
