Impressive chandeliers I’ve ever offered, and abounds with amazing details: 1) The finial! Wow! Instead of the standard glass sphere. This chandelier has an intricate glass spear! Wow! 2) The five glass S-shaped arms have notches cut into the glass. 3) There are five additional arms which leap into the air. These hold a glass(not plastic! ring. The ring in turn holds double strands which swag out to the other arms. Elegant. Stunning! 4) The candle covers are not plastic. Nor cardboard. They are glass! Yes. Glass! I’ve never seen this before! 5) The glass bobeches(the disks under the candle covers) are unique. These are normally bowl-shaped but the bobeches here are more plate-like. And each has lovely details cut into the glass. 6) The candles sit in glass cups. And these, too, have lovely details cut into the glass. 7) Above the intricate glass stem is a large bobeche. And from this hangs alternating strands of short/long glass drops. The chandelier is impressive. Too, in its scale: it is 22-inches wide. The vertical wire is new. And cloth-covered like the original. By some miracle. The fixture is totally undamaged. There are no chips or cracks. I’m very pleased to offer this rather extraordinary. And very high-quality, pair of 2-arm Art Deco sconces! My research on the sconces has proven elusive. I suspect that the sconces are French made and designed. They could be late 1920s. Perhaps 1930s. But definitely not later than the early 1950s. They are. As mentioned, of very high quality, and in a league unlike any other sconces I have to offer(and I have some very nice sconces! The sconces have two stamps which may indicate their manufacturer. There is what looks like a 2 in two places(one place is hidden) And the numbers 34007 on the back. The sconces are. I believe, mostly cast brass. They are silver-plated. The candle covers that came with the sconces are brass tubes painted white. Most of the paint has flaked off, likely due to the heat of the bulbs. I cannot confirm if these covers are original or not. I replaced them with off-white cardboard covers(although I will include the metal ones in the shipping box) Please also note the original mounting buttons. The sconces are 14-inches high. 9-1/2-inches wide, and they project 4-inches. The part of the backplate that would mount over an electrical box is about 2-1/4 wide by 3-1/8 high. So. If you are looking for a pair of truly knock-out, important sconces, this pair may be ideal Wholly restored and with new wiring. For your consideration we have this sharp-looking 1200-watt continuous lighting kit from LTM. The light is a 6-inch size. 49 original hours on the meter. This kit sadly does not include it's Alimarc transformer ballast. Because it fell while our intern was loading it into a truck and no longer turns on. Needless to say she shouldn't have been carrying it, let alone lifting it! Contact ... moreus if you are interested in this component, it is NOT included. There are several scrim components included. Plus the barn door, and the 50 foot head cable. We are including a proper bulb with the unit, however although the bulb turns on properly it is showing signs of having a limited remaining lifespan. We recommend purchasing a new bulb in case this one goes! The head has been tested and works fantastic with defect of any sort. There are some light scuffs/scratches but it is very clean. The fresnel glass is free of any damage. There is a small stain on the reflective lining below the bulb. And some oxidation to the metal ring that secures the glass. The included heavy-duty cable is in excellent condition. Overall the lights have been used extremely little. And well-cared for while being set-up and stored. Extra clean and free of dust, except perhaps in some hard-to-clean spots inside the head. Everything is thoroughly tested and guaranteed to work flawlessly for you. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
