This is a very old early 1990s light fixture. Appears to be aluminum and brass. In ruff original condition and needs to be restored down to the wiring. Looking for authentic pieces then your in luck! THIS SUPER STYLISH AND EXTREMELY ELEGANT MODERNIST ART DECO FLOOR LAMPS DATES FROM THE LATE 1970s AND IS COMPOSED OF A CIRCULAR CHROME DOMED SHAPE BASE WHICH HOLDS THE CHROME CENTRAL SUPPORT COLUMN. THIS IN TURN HOLDS AN ELABORATE CHROME FINIAL TO WHICH THE MUSHROOM SHAPED SHADE IS ATTACHED. THE SHADE IS REMOVABLE TO ALLOW ACCESS TO THE TWO BULB HOLDERS. Offered here is a unique bronze figural chandelier with original period carved alabaster shades. This period antique piece is in EXCELLENT condition. With only minimal chipping on the alabaster shades, and a light patina on the bronze frame. The figural caryatid busts are done extraordinarily well, with clear attention to detail by the original manufacturer. This chandelier was most likely produced in Chicago around the 1930's, while the shades appear to be Italian. This chandelier measures 41" tall by 21" wide. Up for bid. A Large Vintage Art Deco Theater Sconce Light, from The Grant Theater, 80 Main St. in Historic Cairo, West Virginia. The Grant Theater was built around 1914 and was open till 1960. Its actually connected to the Historical R.C. Marshall Hardware Store, in Cairo, West Virginia. It was once a small grocery store after the 1960's. Now, its being restored back to a theater, with period interior. This Art Deco Theater Sconce is in an uncleaned state. Its very well constructed. It needs rewired before installing. It has chippy silver paint with some rust, as shown in photos. Its constructed of steel, but its original paint is still intact. can be cleaned or repainted before mounting. That's up to you as to what your design preference would be. The insulators inside for the light bulbs are in good shape as far as i can see, just ... moreneeds rewired, depending on what your electrical codes are in your area. Metal hook running across top of back. The arms extend about 4" The wiring is dangerously old. Should be pulled out and replaced. Solid metal with a lovely patina. Verdigris and light rust. Antique Art Deco Period Crystal Glass Chandelier 5 Swirl Arms
Beautiful all glass crystal chandelier from the 1930's. It has 5 arms and comes with 20 eight sided prisms and 8 3 sided prisms that I took off for the pix as they are different. 6 of the 3 sided prisms were on the top and one was on an arm. There are holes for 46 total prisms. 8 per arm and 6 on top. There is no noticed cracks or chips on the arms or body. A couple of the prisms have small chips. The chandelier was not tested. But all fixtures and wiring looks good. It was in operation until recently from the estate it comes from. The chandelier measures 22" wide and 18" tall. Each arm can swing 90 degrees left or right. Very nice piece that pictures don't do justice.
