Materials: The corpus of the chandelier is mostly made out of brass elements. Each single one hold in typical, strict geometrical Machine Age design. The chandelier is additional adorned with thick-walled, square-shaped glass elements below the lampshadeholders as well as on the center parts. The lampshades are very elaborated, made out of molded glass and adorned with airbrushed pattern and gilded linings. Latter matches wonderful with the brass elements of the chandelier. The entire design of the chandelier reminds strongly on the Modernist works of french designer Jacques Adnet. Measurements: The total height of the chandelier is 29.5" 75 cm) The max. width is about 27.6" 70 cm) The squared-shaped ... moreglass elements measure each 3.2" x 3.2" 8 cm x 8 cm) Each lampshade has a diameter of 7.9" 20 cm) and a height of 3.9" 10 cm) The canopy has a diameter of 4.7" 12 cm) Condition: The chandelier is in excellent. There is the usual light chipping on the ground base but no cracks of obvious defects. They are a light creamy yellow color. The fixture itself is made out of aluminum and has a milk glass bottom and clear glass top right above the fixture. The top of the fixture which fits into the ceiling is aluminum. This light is in excellent shape. Just has a few scratches on the milk glass part, a few on the yellow part, and on the silver. The milk glass part in the picture shows to be a little crooked. However, it is moveable and will adjust so it will not be crooked. The inside of the fixture has two places for light bulbs. It is held together by a moveable and adjustable(by screws) pieces that attach to the aluminum fixture itself. The glass insert has not been cleaned. ... moreHowever it still looks great! PLEASE NOTE* After several questions. These lights will need to be re-wired. The person that wires the lights into the ceiling can easily just re-wire these. I am not an expert on these lights.
