All new modern sockets and wiring but with high quality brass casting and design. This is a large fixture and the pictures may not convey the scale. It measures 63" tall x 33" wide. It is perfect for a Victorian entryway or stairway. You would need tall ceilings for this one. Check out the pictures. The detail is beautiful. Cast Griffins and torches are right out of the 1800's. This fixture is not marked but in excellent condition. The 5 brass arms have gas key turns and nice solid brass shade holders in a period style. Shades are hand tooled glass. The design on each shades is of flowers and trees repeating around the base. The shades are French and marked"CVV Vienna and Made in France" They have a wonderful blue tint at the ruffle rimmed top. Each measures 8 1/4" wide x 5 1/2" tall. Perfect scale for this size chandelier. Antique Gas Light Fixture Arms with Burners, Valves, parts
Up for bids we offer two antique gas light fixture arms that were recently found in an attic of an old house. They were likely part of a large. Single fixture but could be wall mounted without much effort. They both have burners and working valves are just as we found them. They show lots of age and each has a thin stress crack and other wear and tear that can be seen in the photos. Each are 7 3/4 inches long, not including the shade holder on the burner. HERE'S A GORGEOUS PAIR OF TWO-LIGHT METAL SCONCES. CIRCA 1940S. PLEASE REFER TO ALL PHOTOS AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION. They have been rewired and are ready to mount. Each sconce weighs appx. 2.5 lbs and each on measures 10 inches tall. 9 inches wide and appx. 5 inches deep. There are a few chips in the faux wax drips on the socket coverlets, but, I think that just adds to the vintage patina. A truly elegant pair of sconces. SHIPPING NOTE: I only ship USPS. VTG ITALY SHABBY CHIC IRON METAL FLOWERS CHANDELIER 4 ARMS TOLE FIXTURE LIGHT
Up for auction is a vintage Tole or Shabby Chic metalware ceiling chandeliers with beautiful hand painted ceramic flowers and applies cut metal leaves. This is a beautiful fixture and is in a birdcage design with climbing ivy. There are four candle light electric lights within the metal frame. The colors are white enamel. And hand painted green leaves with pink yellow and blue flowers. These fixtures are hand made from Italy and marked"SIGILLO GARANZIA" on silver tags. I don't know the age of these but they have newer sockets and newer wire so they are at least 1980's or newer but are very similar to the vintage 1930's-50's tole lighting. Each measures 21" tall x 15" wide. There is a nice matching flower ceiling cap that would look beautiful when hung.
