Exquisite Pair Vintage Antique Ornate Bronze Victorian Era Candle Sconces 2 Arm
For your consideration is this beautiful pair of Victorian Era candle sconces. This pair of sconces is made of cast exquisitely cast bronze with wonderful rich old bronze patina and very ornate. The arms of the sconces slide inand out of the backplate and are moveable so they can be placed to suit your needs. They are finished on both sides of the arms. So they are beautiful from the side as well, if the arms are pulled in toward the center. The sconces measure 13 1/2" wide and 7 1/2" tall and stand out from the wall 6 3/4" as shown in first photo. The sconces are in wonderful condition, there is a bit of green candle wax and putty in the candle holders and one of the arms has had a repair. One of the pegs that slide into the backplate has been leaded as shown in photo#5, so there is a bit of silver leading, but it is hidden ... morewhen slid into the backplate and is holding firmly. This is a pair of heavy. Old, solid brass chandelier plates. I was told they were removed from a pair of 19th century gas lamps. They are 14" in diameter and quite ornate. They each weigh 3 lbs 5 oz. They have recessed slots and screw hardware to accommodate 3 arms. We intended to restore them to finished hanging lamps, but we just have too many projects right now, so we'll pass them on to you. Antique Ornate 3 Arm Cast Iron Chandelier Art Nouveau Deco Industrial Electric
Hello Industrial and Art Deco collectors! Up for bids is this recently recovered 3 arm cast iron chandelier. It appears to be 1920s vintage and at a cross over from Art Nouveau to Art Deco. It has black and white paint over what appears to be brass or copper. Measures just over 13 inches high. There are 12 inches between each arm and the base mount is 5 inches across. I see no marks to indicate maker. Still original wire. But it hasn't been tested. Comes from storage so needs cleaning up from some dust and dirt, but what a great restoration project! We are pleased to offer this fabulous chandelier! Dating to the Mid Century. This fixture features exceptional quality and is extremely heavy. It has a brilliant brass frame that features both straight lines as well as curves. There are four curved upper arms which connect to and support the fixture. The body of the chandlier feature 8 panel design. Brilliant brass separates the glass panels. The glass is very thick and is curved inward(concave) It is deeply etched/engraved on the top, down the sides, on the bottom with a linear, tri-cut design. The glass panels are held to the curved brass frame with a screw on their upper sections as well as their lower. The brass frame is accented on each panel with an acorn finial both on the upper and lower sections. The ornate center column is brass with an incised twist pattern. It is finished with ... morean acorn finial on the bottom. There are a total of 17 acorn finials on the fixture! There are eight arms which curve upward from the bottom of the fixture. Each arm houses a single bulb which are candlestick in design. The candle sleeve covers are also brass, not plastic. The fixture retains its original octagon brass ceiling canopy cover. This is an upper end fixture. The quality is superb and the chandelier is simply stunning! It is in very good condition with only minor signs of aging to the brass. The wiring is in very good condition and the fixture is ready to install. The chandelier is LARGE and measures 26" tall and is 17.75" in diameter. Each curved glass panel is 13.75" tall and 5.25" wide. There are approximately 36" of brass chain included with the chandelier. As stated. It is very heavy. This is a spectacular vintage lamp by BRADLEY& HUBBARD.I'm not sure if the glass kerosene burner is the original one that came with it. VINTAGE ORNATE BRASS CHANDELIER SPAIN 5 LIGHT 5 ARM with prisms great conditoin
Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE This chandelier came from my first house which was built in 1932. I am uncertain if this was the original chandelier but it is definitely vintage/antique. It has all prisms attached though I am unaware of the material used to make them. The only thing missing from the unit is the chain(it is pictured with chain but the chain was re-used for it's replacement) The chain is easy to find/replace as most hardware stores carry them. The original canopy is included. It is wired with a ground. But you will need to splice to extend the wire or replace the wire. There are no known issues with this unit. But once in a while one light would flicker. I just tapped it or turned it a slight amount and it would stabilize again. Since this is an antique/vintage unit. Pair Ornate Antique 5 Arm Brass Sconces w/Prisms - 16"
Description Dramatic pair antique brass wall sconces with 5 lights. There are 4 prisms on each bobeche and 1 additonal prism on each arm and swags of prisms between the arms. There is a small bow on the top of the backplate and detailed design. The sconces are in original working condition but as with any item they should be checked before installation. There is a hook on the back to hang and they can be wired in the wall. The cord is only so I could show them lit. The prisms are all new as the old ones were chipped and had broken wires. Sconces measures 16-1/2" long and 13-1/2" wide and extend from wall 8" They have tier original finish- could be polished a bit if new owner wants a shinier look. There is no damage to the sconces. Email with questions. Buyer pays shipping. Will ship internationally but due to postal size restrictions ... moresome countries will have to have them shipped in separate boxes.

Beautiful Double Arm Solid Brass Wall Light Sconce w/shades-Ornate-Reversible
This light is not brass plated. It's high quality solid brass made. Of course the arms have to have a hole in the for the wire to feed thru but there's nothing cheap about this beautiful ornate brass light. I don't see a makers name on it but that's not unusual for any light of any age. It's versital because it can be mounted up or down depending on your needs. It doesn't have the cross plated behind it for mounting but you can find those at any home improvement store such as lowes, most of the time, there's already one there if your taking one down to put this one up.
