Antique HP Cast Aluminum Art Deco Vintage Ceiling Light Lite Fixture
Old Art Deco Aluminum li ght fixture. It has been hanging up in an old barn since the mid 60's. One of the li ght sockets is cracked on the back side and needs rewired and cleaned up. This will be a stunning fixture if cleaned up and repainted. It is 14 1/2" diameter and from bottom of fixture t o top is 2 1/2" thi ck. It is marked H. P. Inc with the number 905-15. This is a Non Working light fixture and can be used for parts or to rebuild. I think this would be an easy project. The metal is in good shape, not split or corroded, would clean up and look really nice with a new paint job. I am selling it in"As Found" condition. Look closely at all photos! Photo number 4 shows the cracked porcelain socket back. Need more photos or have questions please do not hesitate to email.

Offered here is a lovely decorative cast aluminum polychrome chandelier with crystal accents. This piece has been fully rewired. Cleaned and restored. As with all of our antique and vintage lighting, this piece is ready to install in your home. Notice the green and red highlighted details on the ornate portions of the light. This kind of work is called polychrome. And is very common for piece produced in the 1930's for the American lighting market. A piece like this was frequently ordered for a few dollars from a catalog. Most of this frame is made of cast aluminum and brass. The socket interiors are new. Though we retained the exterior of the sockets to match. The five crystal prisms are cut in an'almond' pattern. And are made of fire polished Italian crystal. Antique Cast Aluminum/Cut Glass Hanging Light Fixture Chandelier 3-Socket
Up for auction is an antique hanging light fixture/chandelier. I believe it's made mostly of cast aluminum(but not positive) with a white and gold finish. Most of it is not magnetic. The parts the sockets sit in are magnetic, so they probably are cast iron. The upper part is cut glass that is actually 2 pieces. I got this at an estate. Have no idea if it works, no way of testing it. Needs some light cleaning. Appears to have the original wiring. Has 3 sockets that take regular size bulbs. It's in very good condition considering it's age. No chips. Cracks or breaks that I can see in the metal part. The glass part on the top piece has a couple of chips. One of the pictures shows them. The spot they are in makes them not too noticeable. Has some scuffs, but not bad. The screws are pretty rusted and the guts of the fixture are missing(should be rewired anyways because of age) Only cleaning I've done to it is knocking some dust off. The socket is a bit loose, as reflected in the last photo but can probably be tightened by an experienced hand. This measures 22-3/4" high, is about 7-1/2" wide and roughly 5" deep(front to back) The amber stained glass shown from the exterior measures about 11" high and about 5-1/4" wide.
