The shade measures about 12 inches in diameter and is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. The metal components have been sanded and repainted a glossy white. The original Leviton porcelain socket has been rewired and accepts a 150 watt bulb. This amazing light fixture hangs 16 inches from the ceiling. The mounting hardware will be included. This is a vintage 1915-1925 hand painted glass ceiling light globe in wonderful condition. The exterior has been hand painted with a rural scen e. One side depicts a farm setting with house and barn with trees; the opposite sho ws a road curving through trees. The two scenes are separated by water with a likeness of a sail boat on the surface and hills in th e distant background. The glass itself is frosted over a co arse surface that reminds one of ice-chipped glass. The paint has no loss and the colors are rich and vibrant still. There is one thin fitter c hip that barely breaks the surface of the edge and would never show. The globe about 12"W X 6-6.5" H with a 10" fitter. I have up for auction this super nice find. This piece was found in an old estate that I cleaned out. This piece is super awesome and guaranteed old. The is all metal with leafe designs that are all painted cream. Then there is a mirrored back with the light bulb that sticks out. Then on the light bulb are all glass beads that are tied around the light bulb which you can remove when the light bulb burns out. Then all along the perameter of the piece are super great solid glass or crystal tiered round ball prisms. They are all there and the piece is in good shape for its age. The mirror does have some light crazing which is on the back side but just great authentic patina to the piece. The piece measures about 10" in diameter at the widest point. It has a gorgeous cream colored column AND ceiling cap made of porcelain that is beautifully painted with floral motif and accented with gold.This was made by the famous Porcelier Company and it's rare to find the chandelier body and ceiling cap together. And in such fine condition. It is paired with this very nice, pale, sort of creamy beige-ish pink glass shade that is ribbed and scalloped and has no damage at all as far as chips. Cracks or scratches. Does show nicks in the paint. Normal wear for age, mainly around the flat bottom part of the shade, around the finial. I have shown this in the last 3 pics. Available here is an antique art deco light fixture. It has a beautiful skyscraper style milk glass shade. The shade is in good condition with no chips or cracks. It has a 6" fitter. The shade only stands approximately 11.5" tall and is approximately 12" across at its widest. The fixture looks to be brass and has been partially painted over. I am not sure of the best way to remove the paint and will let the new owner decide what to do. It has the original socket and cloth wrapped wiring. I have not tested it and would recommend rewiring it for safety. Rewiring this would be pretty simple since it is a single socket. When hung. It has a very soft white/frosted coloer with beautiful-highly detailed clear glass. All components are in really good vintage condition and are from the mid century era. The shade and stem compliment each other beautifully. The shade measures about 15 1/4 inches in diameter and is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. There is minimal wear which only compliments the overall vintage look of this stunning chandelier. This style of shade is very hard to find in this large size. The chain is new and is aluminum-which compliments the other metal pieces quite nicely. The ceiling canopy was sanded and repainted as is also from the same era. There are four new porcelain sockets pictured with 60 watt bulbs as well as all new wiring. This amazing light fixture can be adjusted to hang between 16 and 24 inches from the ceiling. This is all original. AND GORGEOUS! Has not been tested. As it is the original wiring. I was told this DID work when pulled from the home. This is in BEAUTIFUL condition. Very few(very FEW) minor little flea bites on edge. The spots you see here and there are from my lens.NOT the lamp. This heavy Frosted glass shade measures about 11" across x about 4 1/2" deep. Up for auction is an antique light fixture. Probable for a porch. Looks like an outdoor fixture. The fixture is metal. Painted white. The globe is white glass. The acorn at the end of the glass is cast aluminum. It uses a standard size bulb. I don't know if it works. I have no way of testing it. It's in good used condition. No cracks. Chips, or breaks. One very tiny chip on the globe edge that goes into the fixture, hardly noticeable. Some surface rust on the metal, paint worn/faded. Globe has scuffs and marks. Looks like a new socket has been put into it. Has the original screws that hold the globe on. It measures 12" long. Fixture is 5 1/4" diameter, globe is about 6" diameter, opening that goes into the fixture is 3 1/8" diameter. This is a really neat antique light fixture that would great as a porch light ... moreor hallway. The center features a stunning sparkling cut crystal column topped of with a crystal bobeche. The lights are surrounded by halophane style glass shades.The chandelier is adorned with accent beaded pointed crystals. Each of the five lights can hold up to a 60watt light bulb. The chandelier has been cleaned and rewired. A fine addition to any home décor! Chandelier measures approximately 17 inches high and 19 inches wide. The whole fixture is just wonderful but the particular oh-my-God aspect are the five amber glass bells and the amber glass ball finial! And(drum roll please) they are original to the fixture! In fact. The whole fixture ... moreis in remarkably original condition. The rich polychrome is near mint, and the fixture retains its distinctive canopy, socket rings, and chain. Even the original cloth wiring looked mint(it was kinda sad replacing it with new cloth-covered wiring) The colors are so lovely. The main color is a sorta coffee and there are accents of jade and red. Yum! All this really comes alive when the fixture is lighted. Strap-style fixtures(so named because of the flat metal arms) were very popular in the 1920s and 1930s. This fixture is quite rare though and the first I’ve ever offered. The fixture will look very good in most pre-WWII home styles. While originally intended for a living or dining room. Today I can envision the fixture in your newly renovated kitchen! Wholly restored and with new cloth-covered wiring. This fixture is ready to hang, and comes with all the mounting hardware needed! DETAILS: Sadly.
