Amazing chandelier. Take a look at the pictures it is just mind blowing details and Colors. The first 2 pictures is more how the colors look when is hanging. The other pictures had a flash and it shows the colors more brights. But as can see it is gorgeous It has new wires. The part that has the screw under the the canopy is broken but it does not take away once you finish installing the chandelier. Light bulbs not included. It has the original sockets. Selling Here Matching pair of old pendant light fittings Very good condition and all the glass shades are perfect. Shades are 5.5" diameter and the main body has an 11" drop. Would look nice in a hall. Dining room or lounge. Fully working when removed last weekend. I will pack these securely so they will get to you in perfect condition. They are a bit dusty would benefit from a good clean. I`d guess they are c30 years old probably brass plated. Were in the hallway of our Edwardian house when we moved in. Ceiling roses not supplied and come with 3 links of chain(both available cheaply on ebay) These work best with clear candle bulbs and I`ll supply 6(used) bulbs. These are a beautiful pair of original Art Deco slip shade sconces. Very nice detailed design in shades and sconce holders. The finish on the the back plates looks to be original and is great shape but could use some cleaning. The detailed shades are beautiful with the original orange highlights and are in great shape. There is a teeny sliver chip on the side of one shade near the fitter(barely noticable only mentioned for accuracy) and a thin line on the fitter tab of the other one that is not seen when shade is in fitter. See pictures. The electrical and switches do work but they have cloth wiring and should be checked by a professional or rewired. See picture of one of the sconces lighted. Old Art Deco Nouveau Victorian Ceiling Light Fixture CHANDELIER w/ 5 Orig Globes
For your consideration here is a lovely vintage old chandelier ceiling light fixture with 5 original ivory/ cream color original glass globes. There's a nice hand blown heavy glass round"ball" shaped piece on the chandelier. The entire chandelier is all completely original. It is made from multiple types of metals. I am not 100% sure what all the metals are but I think at least some of the metals may be brass. Cast metal, possibly bronze.some of the metal is magnetic and most of it is not magnetic. There's a little rust on the magnetic round disk shaped piece near the middle area of chandelier but it's nothing I would consider major. The chandelier does show use and age but still a fantastic chandelier with wonderful art nouveau/ Victorian designs& patterns. The 5 glass globes are all the original globes.they do ... morehave tiny, tiny barely there flea bites around the opening but they are not noticeable.I only saw them with my magnifying glass when I was looking the chandelier. The original wiring, cables,etc are still present. The chandelier measures approximately 25 inches tall. 18 inches wide. The glass round ball shaped hand blown piece measures 9 inches around. Antique and original pair of Art Nouveau brass piano candle sconces. Or wall sconces. These sconces swivel on the piece that mounts to the wall. The y both have hard to read marks on the back- looks like DEP.MUSTER. Each scon ce stands out from the wall about 9 3/4 inches(24.8 cm) The flat piece that mounts to the wall measures about 4 3/4 inches(12.1 cm) top to bottom and 2 3/4 inches(7 cm) across at the widest point. Some points on condition: the pins on which these sconces swivel are different and likely not original. There is some pitting and greenish oxidation(see pictures) also some very small age/stress cracks that do not affect either the look or structural integrity of these sconces. Impressive interior light fixture featuring a deeply embossed paneled design with crosshatch background. Ceiling canopy. Chain, gravity hooks, and sockets all feature a matching finish. Hello Industrial and Art Deco collectors! Up for bids is this recently recovered 3 arm cast iron chandelier. It appears to be 1920s vintage and at a cross over from Art Nouveau to Art Deco. It has black and white paint over what appears to be brass or copper. Measures just over 13 inches high. There are 12 inches between each arm and the base mount is 5 inches across. I see no marks to indicate maker. Still original wire. But it hasn't been tested. Comes from storage so needs cleaning up from some dust and dirt, but what a great restoration project! We can see a predominant Art Nouveau theme with Louis XVI elements. It originally had a central gas lamp and two additional lamps at each end. The gas lamps are now converted to hold electric bulbs. This is a counterweighted lamp: the center section can be extended/retracted with a chain and pulley system. This system works as it should except the chains could be longer. The bronzework on this chandelier is excellent. With high quality construction and nicely done details. It is accented with a small brass urn in the upper center with petite tole flowers. There are 5 large fern leaves or fronds that attach to each arm with a brass florette. The fern leaves sweep upward and arch outward and display a wonderfully incised pattern. The chandelier's arms curve outward from the center. The light sockets are housed in brass, bell shaped bobeches with extremely ornate floral brass trim. A circular and twisted brass piece connects the arms at the bottom section. A PAIR of Antique THEATER SCONCES Light Fixtures! Here we have very cool and very scarce find. A pair of antique light fixtures. Sconces, that I am told came out of an old theater that was being torn down. These were purchase in New York around 20 years ago. They were probably hanging on either the wall above the aisles or over the doorways into the theater. They look to be from the early part of the century to me. These lights are huge. Measuring approximately 26" long by 6" wide. Beautiful Art Nouveau. Deco flower and scroll design that would work either horizontally or vertically. They are metal with wood backing and are quite heavy. Looks like they were originally painted gold and one of them is worn more to the metal than the other. One has original inside fixture. The other needs replacing, this should be an easy find and ... morethe backs come off very easily. The last photo. although not a very good photo-sorry) show the one with the fixture lit, to give you an idea of the pretty glow they make when working. Of course even though this one worked, I would rewire it anyway. These would be amazing brought back to the original look. Although I bought them partly because I liked the original patina, either way they will be a wonderful addition to your home or business. Antique Art Nouveau Hand Painted Frosted Glass Hanging Dome Fixture c-1930's
Here you are bidding on a"Antique Art Nouveau Hanging Glass Fixture" It is a hand painted frosted glass that has a crackle look to it. It is a torpedo like shaped fixture that has hand painted lines through it that form a check like pattern. It has a brass top and hanging chain on it. It measures 11 inches from the brass hook on its top to the pointed shaped bottom. It is about 4 1/2 inches at its widest part. Circa 1930's. This item is in very good condition with the exception being a'dent' on the top part of the glass dome. Not sure if it could have been from it being blown glass or not but its more like a melt then anything else and its a b out a 1/2 inch wide. That said it is'not' noticeable when its hanging as it is on the top of the dome. Otherwise its in very good condition and need only cleaning and a ... morere wiring. Depending on how you choose to use it. I have 2 other matching domes both in very good condition and both'without' the melted dent. Super ornate Nouveau/Arts& Crafts period double sconce shade with mica. This piece will need a good bath. But there are no broken or missing pieces. It is a symmetrical bunch of branches/leaves with three roses. The leaves will need a little tweaking to get everything perfectly symmetrical, but that should only take a few minutes. It could be refinished or used as is after cleaning. The shade is 7 inches high and 8 3/4 inches wide. The mounts are 4 1/2 inches center to center. The mica is a bit rough, but it's still there. Whoa! Check out this set of THREE(3) antique/vintage shades. In frosted purple glass& with hand painted violets! They are genuine antique shades from the Art Nouveau period. are as PERFECT as you are ever likely to find for a SET OF THREE in this type of shade& color! This set was among vintage& antique items collected for restoration of our historic home. But sadly, they don't fit any of the fixtures I've chosen. Having shopped for period-authentic light fixtures for the past several years(both in shops& on eBay) I know just how hard it is to find sets of 3 antique shades that are this special.
