Antique Brass Ceiling Light Fixture UNO with Glass Shade Pat. Dec 24 1912
BRASS CEILING LIGHT FIXTURE WITH GLASS SHADE I am offering for your consideration this single brass ceiling light fixture with glass shade. The fixture is marked UNO with a patent date of Dec 24 12 and the socket is marked Arrow. It appears to be complete but I have not tried to see if it works- it has a length of wire being approximately 20" coming from the top of the tube at the point where it would mount to the ceiling. It has a 17" drop from the ceiling to the bottom of the shade. Good original brass patina with minor discoloration and oxidation. One screw that holds the shade has been replaced and is rusty, the link that attaches the rod to the socket is not brass and small rim chips and roughness around the bottom of the glass shade. 3 Chain Ceiling Light: Fixture Vintage Shade w/ Reproduction Brass Fixture Base
This dainty little gem of a ceiling light fixture has a maximum drop of approximately 14 inches and is 10 1/2 inches at its widest point. The vintage globe is clear glass and it is painted on the inside with a frosted type paint finish. It features a decorative floral pattern that is molded into the glass. The solid brass fitter base with a nickel finish is made from brass kit parts and features a new porcelain socket, new wires, new brass, and new mounting hardware. The fixture is showing it's age with the vintage glass shade having some chipping around the area where one of the chain rests in the hole and wear in the finish, along the top of the glass rim as well as a small scratch on the bottom outside side of the shade. This charming ceiling light features a light pinkish peach color vintage glass deco shade with a new solid polished brass fixture. The light fixture has a maximum height of approximately 14 inches and is 11 inches at it's widest point. The shade is vintage and is showing its age with some imperfections in the frosted pinkish peach colored glass including small scuffs on the underside of the shade and small chips in chain holes all of which is pretty common for old glass. The new solid brass fixture base is from a pre-assembled fitter kit featuring a brass beaded chain. Porcelain socket and wire(all U.L. listed but the fixture is not U.L. approved) There is a small tarnish mark in the brass neck and other minor imperfections in the brass finish. It is approx. 6 1/2" tall. the outside is frosted, has a pansy flower in the middle the rest of it is an organic veined texture. All around the sides are pansies. It is in good shape, no breaks or chips. There is a tad bit of slight scuffing by the center flower. A fantastic shade! It is a ceiling mount fixture with 5 frosted slip shades. It is a beautiful fixture that is a cast metal with a copper finish. It measures roughly 16” tall and 16” wide. The glass shades measure 8 ¾” x 6 ½” The condition is very nice. There is some paint around the edges of top mount piece. There is a little wear to the post. It used to hang from a light fixture, probably an old chandelier. This finial is in the shape of a tassel. It measures approximately 5 3/4" long(to the top of the plate and not including the screw at the top) The plate is about 3 1/2" in diameter and the tassel, alone, measures about 4" long. It is in very good condition with the original finish still there. It is turning green in some places but it only adds to the antique charm. You are viewing a 1940s Ceiling light fixture, Shade thick glass and is a rose pink Satin color on the outside.It has a clear raised design of leaves on the outside rim and center. The inside is smooth and the outside is a slight texture to it. There are 3 small holes for the hanging chains to the aluminum colored fixture the chains and fixture are all will are included. All is in excellent condition. The glass shade measure 11" in diameter. And is quite heavy, 3 1/2 lbs. This fixture has not been tested. All wiring appears in good condition, though it is original. It has scalloped edge at ceiling, with a clear designed glass piece just below the 5 1/4" base at the ceiling.The fixture is 4" in length, then hangs approx 4 more inches with the chains. vintage brass single light ceiling fixture with old hp shade + edison socket
This is a very nice ceiling fixture circa 1890-1910 with a fine old holophane shade and an Edison socket. It hangs from ceiling to bottom of shade about 12.5 inches. The socket appears to be good though I don't know if the socket is complete inside. I think it is. I have seen older Edison socket with a different interior.but I do think this is OK. Feels as if the switch is working well. The fixture is exactly like it was when removed from the ceiling of an old building recently. Has all hanging hardware in the cap. All old solid brass. I will refund any excess above actual shipping cost.

Vintage Art Deco school store ceiling light fixture beehive milk glass shade
For sale is a vintage art deco metal school store ceiling light fixture with an awesome milk glass shade. It is a vintage light but is new since it still is in the box it was bought in and has never been installed. It has been stored in the attic for many years and the lady discovered it and sold it. The fixture with shade measures about 12 inches down from ceiling and about 9 inches wide at widest part. The fitter of the fixture measures about 4 1/4 inches and the opening on the shade is about 4. The fixture is metal painted a very dark brown almost appearing black and a white section holding fitter to canopy. It is in excellent condition. The fixture has a new bulb holder and the original wiring that is in good working order. The wiring does appear to have dried out some and is a little brittle being on the attic so long. Might consider ... morereplacing wiring. easy and very inexpensive thing to do) The milk glass school house shade is in great shape without any chips or cracks and has a shape I think is similar to a beehive or possible acorn shape(very unusual and art deco looking) It is painted white and has some clear glass sections.This is a great fixture that would add an awesome vintage. THIS FIXTURE COME FROM A HOME THAT WAS BUILT IN MID TO LATE 1800'S. HAD 12 FOOT CEILINGS 13 ROOMS AND ONE OF THESE LIGHT FIXTURES IN EACH ROOM. I WAS ABLE TO SALVAGE ONE FIXTURE BEFORE THE BUILDING WAS TORR DOWN. THIS VINTAGE PORCELAIN FIXTURE IS IN EXCELLENT ORIGINAL CONDITION. FLOWERS AND COLORS ARE VERY STUNDDING TWO LIGHT. WIRED 11" LONG 6" WIDE 3 1/2" FROM BASE TO TOP OF FIXTURE 5" CONNECTING ROD/WITH PORCELAIN TIGHTENING KNOB CAN BE WIRED TO OPERATED WITH WALL SWITCH OR PULL CHAIN
